Somewhere at a empty lava world within the dark h*ntai Omniverse.

On top of the volcano is a floating platform which have a unknown symbol on top of the flat surface.

However it wasn't long until a portal open in front of the symbol and exiting the portal is Mastermind himself.

Mastermind: "Ah this place hasn't changed in a long time" he said summoning a briefcase which is emitting a sinister aura. Mastermind then summon a few items which are place upon the symbol. Once placed he performed a ritual which lead to him opening the briefcase causing the sinister aura to merge with the items.

Then a huge light surrounded the volcano which last for a few seconds but after the light vanish and in the items places are a few beings.

D/N: "I am D/N! The pure evil version of Union Y/N Gremory aka Chaos Dukemon!" She said kneeling before Mastermind who remembers how he got pass Metroid99 to get Y/N Empress DNA along with Union data to create her.

Kurayami Anzhong: "I am Kurayami Anzhong! A fusion of all Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, and Ultraman!" He said kneeling before Mastermind who remembers how he got pass PauloGamenha and his other accounts to get the data along with help from colinguo on creating him.

Dustin Ryder Thorns: "I'm Dustin Ryder Thorns! Evil version of Justin/Alex Ryder/Vines!" He said kneeling before Mastermind who remember how easy it was on getting pass Bretrain5 to get the DNA and data to create him.

There are more but their identities are hidden due to the cloaks that they are wearing. However there's exactly 20 in total.

All 20: "What's your command Mastermind" they said.

Mastermind: "At the moment you 3 will begin recruiting these into our alliance" he said giving Dustin, Kurayami, and D/N with invites which all three nod before vanishing.

Mastermind: "As for the rest of you. You 17 will await for further instructions as there a lot of allies waiting to be recruited into our alliance. Now go Outsiders!" He said which all 17 vanish leaving Mastermind alone.

???: "You know that we have enough allies" a male voice spoke causing Mastermind to chuckle evilly.

Mastermind: "In case you forgot. We are a threat to the major groups that keep everything in balance and peace. So it's best to gather allies before the true war begins" he said looking at his old pal.

Black Hat (True Evil): "True but me and the others are being impatient" he said referring to the other old pals of Mastermind that haven't been introduced yet.

Mastermind: "Patience my friend for you and the others will show these forces of good why we aren't a joke" he said looking at the sky then both men just vanish.
