I groaned in sleep and started gaining consciousness because of the rising pain on my stomach.

"Ow" I growled clutching the side pillow. I shut my eyes tightly to somehow stop the sunrays hitting on my sun.Finally giving up on sleep,I opened my eyes and stifled a yawn. I smiled brightly when my eyes found the sight beside me. Sumedh was lying on his stomach, his face buried on the pillow with one arm securely clutched around my waist. His lips parted and he softly snored with his messed up curls falling over his face in random direction. It took me a while register what was going on as I scrutinized my surroundings.

I had almost given up yesterday. I lost all hopes of reuniting with him after experiencing something horrible. I could never forget that. I had read and watched these types of typical dramas in books and movies. But who knows that oneday I would be kidnapped just like those heroines?Well, not entirely it was equal since female leads were too weak to try for defending themselves whereas I had tried with all of my abilities to get over the situation. And I was kinda proud of myself.

Keeping those bad memories aside, I faced Sumedh who seemed to be in deep slumber. Our legs were entangled together, making it impossible for me to get down.He had a cute frown over his face.I traced my fingers through his luscious curls which always tended to attract me towards him. He shuffled a little but his frown peeled off. I kept moving my fingers through his curls. He looked so peaceful while sleeping.

I smirked mischievously when an idea struck on my head. I carefully came out of his hold and jumped out of the bed. I couldn't walk properly due to the several pain on my body but I somehow managed to reach the dressing table.Grabbing two rubber bands and red designer hair band from the dressing table, I made my way in the bed. I settled on the bed and slowly tried to pull Sumedh. God! He is heavy. I carefully made him to sit against me with his head resting on my chest. He stirred and made a movement. Thankfully he didn't wake up though. I slowly messaged his hairs and placed a kiss on his forhead. My hands were working through his hair swiftly that he couldn't even know how evil I could be. I gathered his hairs into two ponytails and tied them with the bands. I put the red band on his head.

I thanked him internally for not interrupting me somehow by waking up. I smiled triumphantly at my incredible work and wrapped my hands around his neck kissing his neck. I rubbed my face on his neck and moved my hands over his abs.

"Ow" He groaned but opened his eyes. He looked at me through his lashes and blinked his eyes to perhaps understand the situation.

"Good morning" I wished him and tightened my hold around him.

"Good morning." He hoarsely replied and sat down rubbing his eyes.

I separated from him and eyed at him. My eyes darted to his two ponytails and a giggle escaped from my lips. He looked at me with suspicion and shrugged off his shoulder. He then stood up from the bed and his ponytails were waggling to his side. I bite my lip to control my laugh and coughed to refrain myself from laughing. He narrowed his eyes at me deliberately and shook his head in disbelief. I palmed my mouth unable to control my laughter.

My laugh died off when he suddenly hoisted me in his arms. I frowned at him.

"I can walk you know." I said.

"No, you can't. Let me take you to the shower." He spoke without looking at me. I didn't protest more because I liked being carried by him. I felt special. He took me the washroom. I freshened up and did my morning chores. I put on a short sleeve loose tshirt dress that reached till my knee and came out of the washroom. Sumedh again carried me to the bed. He was going to take shower but I didn't let him go because he might know what I had done to him. So I pretended to be hungry. So he immediately agreed and he helped me to walk in the drawing room. We went down to find everyone seated on their respective seats. Avneet's eyes fell on me and she was going to say something but her mouth opened in "O" shape seeing the sight beside me. I nodded my head negatively gesturing her not to laugh.

She took a piece of her food and dug it in her mouth not to choke for laughing. Sumedh helped me to the table and made me sit on a chair. Everyone's heads turned towards us when Sumedh sat beside me.

"Good morning Su....

Siddharth came shouting in the room but stopped in the middle when his eyes widened in shock observing him. A silence prevailed the room when Sumedh looked at all of us with confusion. Then it blasted. I couldn't control more. We all burst into fits of laughter when Sumedh only looked at us with weird expression.

"S-Su-Sumedh, you l-look so bea-utiful-l." Siddharth shuttered while he pinched the bridge of his nose and clutched his stomach toppling on the floor like a maniac. Sumedh looked at him and mouthed "weird"

"Oh My God! What have you done ,Mallika? I am so proud of you." Siddharth said after a good time laughing. He got up from the floor and pulled me in a tight hug. I laughed pulling away from the hug.

"Aww, my boy looks beautiful. Trust me Sumedh, I am ready to divorce Avneet if you look this much beautiful." Siddharth exclaimed in girly voice and bent down hugging Sumed from behind. We laughed hard and Sumedh pushed him off glaring at his friend.

"Dad, what happened? Why are you all laughing so much?" He asked as he faced Ralph who was also sniffling a laugh.

"Nothing son." He shook his head controlling his laughter.

"Avneet ?" He then turned to Avneet who was still giggling.

"Nothing really. You just look so cute." She replied as a laugh escaped from her mouth. She got up and came to my side. We gave high-five grinning at each other.

"Can anyone tell me what is going on here?" Sumedh shouted patting on the table and stood up from his chair. I immediately looked at Siddharth with pleading eyes to save from the upcoming storm. I was sure that he would definitely kill me now when he would see what I had done to him. Siddharth nodded his head in understanding and picked me in his arms. At that moment, Cassey braught a mirror with him still trying suppress his laugh.

"What do you think you are doing, Sid ?" Sumedh asked annoyingly but Siddharth ignored him running away with me in his arms when Avneet shortly followed behind still laughing.

"WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCKKKKKKK! " Sumedh shrieked loudly we heard something breaking in the next moment.

Siddharth sped up and ran into the study room which was on the ground floor. I ordered him to hide me behind the cupboard. Before he could keep me in the safe place, we heard the door open with loud thud. Siddharth instantly put me down as gasps of shock left from our mouth. Sumedh scowled at me. His hair was disheveled probably because he had ripped out the bands. I smiled sheepishly and moved backwords when he came forward.

"Siddharth and Avneet, go away." He spoke with authority. I rolled my eyes at him.

"Why so? Why do you think that we will listen to you all time?" Avneet glared at his back.

"Make your wife shut up ,Siddharth." Sumedh turned to Siddharth who had a weird expression plastered on his face.

"Stop making faces. Go dammit otherwise I will kick you out of my home." Sumedh shouted when Siddharth glared at him but anyhow obeyed him. He dragged a half protesting Avneet from the room.

"What did you do?" Sumedh asked calmly facing me. I shrugged in reply.

"When did you do that to my hair?" He asked narrowing his eyes at me.

"Anytime" I nonchalantly replied and sat down on the couch trying to show that I was not afraid what he would do.

"Is that so?" He looked at me challengingly and popped down beside me.

"U.m...Yeah " I said looking anywhere but him.

"You know that you are unwell. Still you are behaving like a kid in this crucial time. Are you fucking crazy that you are trying to pull these types of childish pranks on me?" He yelled ,his voice laced with seriousness. I got afraid and tried to move far away from him. But he snaked his one around my waist and pulled me closer. I gasped falling on his chest as my face collided with his chest. He even didn't leave a single gap between us ,his eyes blazing. I think that I seriously crossed the limit. I should not do that. I should not forget how he was.

"Can't you understand that this behaviour of yours irritates me. Stop being a kid and be mature. There is a limit of everything.We are not some kind of old lovers or something. " He said harshly.

Ouch, it hit hard. I blinked my eyes as my eyes welled up in tears hearing his words. His eyes soon softened but he had already done the damage. I tried to push him away from me but he held me tightly. I kept trying on shoving his chest so that he could leave me as more tears left from my eyes wetting my cheeks. He tightened his hold, pulled me closer making me sit on his lap.

"OK, I said something wrong. Now I will never say that. Stop crying." He said composing himself as he wiped my tears from my face.

"Leave me." I mumbled under my breath.

"No" He stubbornly replied. I gritted my teeth and hit on his chest.

"You are so cruel. I hate you. How much do I have to hate you, Sumedh? Once you are loving and caring and the next moment, you are being paranoid about me. If you can't be the Sumedh I want then don't pretend as if you are concerned for me. Deep down on my heart, I know that you will never care for me. Stop giving me hopes and expectations. It hurts when you start being indifferent towards me. Why do you do it? Do you like hurting me so much ? Tell me . What have I done to you even that you treat me just like a toy. I have emotions. I am a human being. Stop being like this. I like Sumedh, not Riccardo. You can't....

I was cut off in middle when a soft pair of lips grabbed mine. I shut my eyes in shock when he moved his lips fervently against mine. I sat there frozen on his lap trying digest the fact that he was actually kissing me now.

Before I knew what was happening, my hands unknowingly moved in his hair as I curled his hairs in my soft fist. I began responding to the kiss by moving my lips accordingly. His lips moulded into mine leaving me breathless. But we could care less about that. Fireworks trailed over my spine as I felt myself getting heated up in the moment. The kiss deepened with our tounges rebelling against each other to get the opportunity to savour the taste of each other. Obviously he won for which he savored my taste with his tounge. I moaned on his mouth when he pushed me hovering over my body. I ran my hands over his sculp as his lips smoothly worked over my jaw to my cheekbones trailing soft and sloppy kisses after kisses.

My hands went to unbutton his shirt and I finally undid his two buttons as his lips trailed on my chest area. I made him look at me and pulled him by his collar and pressed my lips against him again. We kissed each other now like hungry beast fearing upon his prey. We kissed each other roughly and hardly not caring about anything at the moment. It was moment where I found us in different world where no one could find us. It felt so magical and strange. Before we could continue more, a loud bang of door broke us apart.

I know that you all are probably mad at me because I couldn't update on the time I said before. I am really sorry for it. Actually I wrote the whole chapter and just when I was going to publish it on that mentioned day, the wattpad started having glitches. It was not being published. So while trying to publish again and again, I ended up deleting the entire chapter. Can you now imagine the level of frustration? That chapter was having 2000+ words. Now can you think how much frustrated and furious I got then ? I have to rewrite the whole chapter now.

But since I promised, I posted the next chapter of my other story on that day to comprehend with it. That was fine. I just found that someone said that I never keep my words. Well I will just say one thing at this point that it has never happened when I couldn't keep my words. Even if it has ever happened, it has been completely unintentional due to studies or any other personal reasons. I now apologize if I ever have not kept my words and couldn't do according to my words. I apologize to everyone who has been disappointed with me.

I am really sorry. But I want all of you to know that I am now in 12th standard. So I hope that you know the amount of pressure I have now. I may not be regular with updating but I will try my best to update. Plz don't get offended with me. I always try to make free times to writing stories. I too have a life just like all of you. So I hope that you all will understand and stop saying things about me for not being able to update regularly.
