Alec's POV
The darkest days starts with one fight and a dance—where I fell in love with a Bane, our worst enemy. The worst part was the fact that we're now married. I sighed as I played with my wedding ring when my father ran in my bedroom, angry. "Alexander Lightwood! Your wedding with Katherine Pierce is tomorrow!" He shouted. "Wedding?" I asked.
"You've forgotten!"
"I was only affirmed of this until now"
"I told you at the dance, you idiot!"
I rolled my eyes and stomped out of my room to walk out the castle. "Lightwood!" Jace yelled before shooting me. I gasped, falling to my knees as the gunshot wound was in my side. I groaned, trying to reach my phone and call someone for help. Then everything went black.

Magnus's POV
"Alexander, come back. Please come back. I've tried everything except," I cried before kissing him on the lips. Nothing. "I can't lose you, I'd die for you!" I shouted and stabbed myself until death.
