Alec's POV
When I was born, I was born with a curse. The curse was when I'm older, I would become immortal and half warlock. Sacrifices had to be made, including true love. So when I asked Camille to expose me, she first disagreed and after a while, I convinced her to do it. Camille, as untrusting as she is, was the vampire I had to go to when the curse began sadly. I walked across the dance floor sighing and started little harmless sparks. "Secrets And Lies! Play it if you dare!" A male shouted, getting the attention of everyone. "Go against the high warlock and see if you can beat him!" He continued. I shook my head knowing what I had to do was the hardest part of my life. Only 2 sacrifices had to be made and the curse would be complete. Giving up a family member seemed to be so difficult as it was hard convincing him to not trust me. "Alec, we should try the game out!" Jace shouted. "I already have, I'm not letting you try this game," I argued. "You two, thanks for volunteering!" The man shouted.
"Thanks, Jace"
Jace grinned and walked inside. "Huh. This is going to be easy," Magnus smirked. "We're going to take the champion down!" Jace yelled.
"Do you even know how to play, Jace?"
"Nope!"
"Well, it's simple. You draw a card and someone has to ask you for a secret or a lie. If said person is correct, you have to obey or choose to be blasted. If said person isn't correct, you don't have to say anything. The round ends when someone gets the history card where you have to tell something about your history. If you refuse, you get blasted. The game ends when everyone gets the history card. If the same person gets that card twice, they'll be eliminated"
"Sounds fun!"
"No, Jace, it isn't," I spoke. "Let the games begin," Magnus smirked.
