Your name was (Y/n) (L/n). You were a huntsman attending beacon academy. Your weapon was a sniper rifle that could turn into a semi-auto rifle.

You and your team (Y/n)A(F/n)K were in Professor Ozpins office. He had a mission for all of you.

Amy: oooh I hope it's something good like sneak into a white fang base or something like that.

Amy Pine. She wore a blue combat skirt with stocking up to her knee caps. She had pink hair and bunny ears and red eyes. Her weapon were two fans combined with daggers. She was an odd faunas girl. Then again you have met odder loke Nora Valkarie in team JNPR.

(F/n): doubt it. Probably just another grimm scouting operation.

(F/n) (F/l/n). You and him have been friends since you met at Signal academy. He wore a leather jacket with long green pants. He had brown messy hair and blue eyes. His weapon was a violin that transforms into a crossbow.

Krystal: Never know. Could get lucky this time.

Krystal Finley. She was the quietest one on your team. She's been like a big sister to Amy. She wore a leatger top that showed most of her belly and 'assets' and long skinny black jeans. She had Blue hair with white tips on the end and purple eyes. Her weapon was a whip that would have spikes come out of it. She used it more to punish anyone who disrespected Amy.

(Y/n): I'm sure its just gonna be a simple mission. Well I hope so anyway.

Amy: Oh yeah! You and Ruby's 1 year anniversary is next week!

You nod with a smile. Ruby Rose. You met her and her overprotective sister Yang at Signal too.

Krystal: Yeah. That reminds me, How's Yang going (F/n)?

(F/n): She's been a little less....'touchy' since our first time.

(Y/n): wait wait wait. This is Yang we're talking about right?

(F/n) nodded and sighed.

(F/n): She said she's gonna hold off till marriage now.

Amy squeeled.

Amy: Thats cute! When we graduate and become huntsman you should go for it!

(F/n): Yeah...heh maybe. Remember thats not till a few years. We never know if we'll still be together during that time when it passes.

(Y/n): Never know the possiblities.

Your conversation was cut short by the sound of an elevator followed by footsteps could be heard.

Ozpin: (Y/n)A(F/n)K, thank you for being here.

Ozpin took a seat at his desk as Goodwitch and Ironwood stood at each end of his desk and grabbed his scroll bringing up images of a crash sight.

Ironwood: Yesterday at exactly twenty-two fifte-

Glynda: James please. They aren't your students or your men.

Ironwood: Umm, Yes right. Yesterday at ten fifteen pm reports of an explosion east of emerald forest. Reports from a survey corps say it wasn't a ship from any of the four kingdoms.

(Y/n): An unknown?

Ironwood nodded.

Ironwood: They said it was too hot to go in. We told them to set up camp and hold off until it was cool enough to enter.

(F/n) crosses his arms.

(F/n): You want us to assist them. That's the mission right?

Ozpin nodded.

Ozpin: you leave in two hours. Check your weapons and grab water and snacks. You'll only be there for an hour and a half.

You all nodded and left the office.

Timeskip~

(Y/n): welp I better go tell Ruby where I'll be.

(F/n): Same with Yang.

Krystal: I'll go gather our supplies. Amy wanna come help?

Amy: sure!

They both walked to the dorm while you and (F/n) walked seperate ways. You going to the cafeteria and him off to team RWBY's dorm.

You walk in and spot JNPR with Yang, Blake and Weiss. You walk towards them.

(Y/n): hey guys!

They all stopped and looked at you.

All: Hey (Y/n)!

You look around.

(Y/n): No Ruby with you seven?

Weiss: You just missed her, she took off saying she had to take care of something for Professor Peach.

You nod.

You look over and see Yang sit down next to Blake.

(Y/n): Yang! (F/n) was looking for you.

Yang: Hey (Y/n) and thanks for letting me know. Why was he looking for me?

(Y/n): We're off on a mission and we're just letting you know that we'll be gon for an hour and a half.

Yang: okay thanks. Want me to tell Ruby?

(Y/n): Nah. I'll tell her face to face. I'll see if Professor Peach can let her have a few minutes.

She nods as you waved bye to them all and went to professor Peach's lab.

Timeskip~

You were walking down the halls, passing dorms as you thought to yourself. She wasn't with Professor Peach nor did she help because Peach didn't need any today. Your last place to look would be her dorm.

You walk up to the dorm to see the door slightly open. You heard muffled moans. It sounded like Ruby. She's not. No she's too innocent to be doing that. Then again Yang may have told her some...stuff. You hear alot of shifting. You thought Ruby was probably finished and now just getting changed so you waited.

After awhile things were quiet. You thought she was done and peaked through the crack in the door. Your eyes widen as your heart just sinks to the bottom of your stomach. There you see your best friend putting his pants and shirt back on and your lovely girlfriend in her bed with a blanket covering her exposed body.

You felt betrayed. Unwanted. Empty. Now lonely.

Ruby: hey (F/n). Can you play that song again.

(F/n): of course.

You heard the sound of a violin. You looked down at your feet and walked away.

Timeskip~ (fuck me there's a lot of these)

You sat with Amy and Krystal at the landing pad. They noticed that you had gone a little pale.

Amy: (Y/n)?

You looked up. They saw the red and puffyness in your eyes.

(Y/n): y-yeah?

They looked at eachother then back at you.

Krystal: You seem...down. what happened.

You rubbed your eyes and sighed.

(Y/n): I don't wanna talk about it...

They looked at eachother again and nodded. You heard footsteps rapidly approaching. You all looked to see (F/n) running towards you all. You gripped your rifle hard. As he ran up to you guys.

(F/n): Sorry. Yang was hard to find.

You look down and stand up. You walk into the bullhead.

Your teammates looked at you oddly. They got into the bullhead with you. The driver began to take off as the door shut.

(F/n): Yang said you told her already.

(Y/n): Yeah I did. I thought she would have texted you saying that I told her and it would have saved you the trouble.

(F/n): she did.

(Y/n): then why did you take so long? If she told you then you wouldn't of had to see her.

(F/n): I-I...I wanted to...give her a kiss! Yeah! A goodbye kiss.

You sighed knowing he was just gonna lie to you despite being good friends. You just layed back and waited for the ride to be over.

A couple of minutes passed. You began to feel the bullhead touch down. You grabbed your rifle as the doors opened. You jumped out with your team and approached the soldiers.

Soldier 1: we've been expecting you.

They all stood up and faced the ship.

You look up at it.

(Y/n): this IS an odd looking ship.

You state as you take in the details of the ship.

(F/n): Correction. WAS an odd looking ship. Looks like one half has been torn off.

Krystal: Lets find out which half this is then.

You all agree and proceed into the ship.

You all keep your weapons pointing forward. You see wires and tubes hanging out of every wall. You come to an area where there is a little bit of lighting. You look over and see what you assumed to be cryo chambers if movie knowledge serves you well.

Amy: Cryo chambers?

You go over and inspect them.

(F/n): People would actually sleep in this shithole.

Krystal: Well...yeah, when the other half was here.

You look up from the cryo chambers.

(Y/n): keep moving. Watch the circuits, watch for holes and watch out for any grimm that snuck in over night.

Your team nods and walks with you. The soldiers following behind also.

You soon came to a room with control panels with a smashed window overlooking the forest.

(F/n): Well at least we know what half it is now.

Soldier 2: Yeah but what the hell happened? How did it get here?

Soldier 3: Slip space?

Everyone looked at her.

Soldier 3: What? Never know. A ship just comes out of nowhere from the sky. Kinda suspicious don't ya think.

Amy: seems likely.

While they were talking you touched the control panels to find a gooey and wet substance on it. You looked around.

(Y/n): I don't think we're alone. Scavenge around for info but Stay alert.

Everyone nodded and began looking around for information while you sat in a chair and looked for information underneath the controls. You felt your pocket vibrate and took out your scroll to see Ruby message you. You sighed and went to put your scroll back in your pocket but it slipped out your hands.

(Y/n): Ah shit!

You looked down to see your scroll fall into a hole in the ground. Your scroll fell three stories down.

(Y/n): Hey can someone help me here. Dropped my scroll.

Everyone went to you and helped you open the hole a little wider so you could fit through. You dropped down and reached for your scroll. You looked up to see something slimy and white in front of you. You froze.

Amy and Krystal dropped behind you and looked too.

Amy: What is that?

Krystal shines a light on the object.

Krystal: Looks like an overgrown egg.

(F/n) and the soldiers dropped down too. A soldier came up behind you and scanned this overgrown egg.

Soldier 1: You're right. It is an overgrown egg. There's something inside.

You back away.

Soldier 4: Ever seen a grimm lay an egg before?

Everyone shook their heads.

(Y/n): Okay let's find any info here and leave. This egg makes me feel like we shouldn't be here anymore.

The soldiers were way ahead of you as they already began to look and salvage any info they could. You looked at (F/n) and decided to strike a conversation.

(Y/n): So (F/n). We're both friends right.

(F/n): Yeah? Why wouldn't we be? We've known eachother for a long time.

(Y/n): Good good. Then you wouldn't mind me asking you a question?

(F/n) chuckles while moving things aside and looking for useful stuff.

(F/n): Of course not. Fire away.

You leaned on the metal wall.

(Y/n): Okay. What really happened that made you so late?

(F/n) froze. He looked at you and stood up straight.

(F/n): I already told you. Yang was hard to find.

(Y/n): Last time I checked Yang didn't have moans that sounded like a sixteen year old with a high pitched voice.

Everyone stopped this time and looked at the both of you.

(F/n) started to sweat.

(F/n): (Y-Y/n) you know me man. C'mon did you actually think I would-

You dropped your gun and poked his chest while talking.

(Y/n): I didn't think! I saw! You we're putting YOUR clothes on in MY girlfriends room while MY girlfriend was naked in bed!

Amy and Krystal looked shocked.

Amy: w-what?!

Krystal: (F/n) is this true?!

The Soldiers shifted slightly feeling the awkwardness in the air.

(F/n): (Y/n) I'm sorry! She was sexually frustrated, I was sexually frustrated. You have to understand man!

You grabbed him by his collar.

(Y/n): No I don't understand! You have a girlfriend, I have a girlfriend! That's not love (F/n) that's lust!

(F/n) pushed you to the ground breathing fast.

(F/n): (Y/n) stop!

You growled and hit the ground. You were about to stand up but heard an erie sound. A soldier shined his light behind you and went wide eyed.

Soldier: Mr (L/n) stay still.

You look at him weirdly and turn around and immediately freeze.

The egg opened.

You saw pale white fingers start to crawl out of the egg. You stand up slowly and back away grabbing your rifle. You see a white spider looking thing with a tail exiting the egg. You gulped and flicking the safety off.

Facehugger: eeeeeee!!!

The spider jumped off the egg and latched itself onto your face. You react quickly and put your hand up defensively as the spider gets on your face but wraps its tail around your neck and right wrist.

A(F/n)K: (Y/n)!!

They run to your side as you fall to the ground and struggle to push the spider away.

(Y/n): Get this fucking thing off!

(Y/n) fought desperately to remove the facehugger, but it clung tightly to his face, its tail constricting around their neck and wrist. The team rushed to their aid, trying to pry the creature off.

Amy: Hold on, (Y/n)! We'll get it off!

Krystal: Be careful not to harm (Y/n) in the process!

(F/n) tried to pull the tail away from (Y/n)'s wrist, while Amy and Krystal attempted to pry the facehugger's limbs off their face. The soldiers surrounded them, ready to assist if needed.

Soldier 1: Stay calm, (Y/n)! We'll find a way to free you!

Soldier 2: Keep fighting! You've got this!

(Y/n) struggled against the creature's grip, his vision growing hazy as panic threatened to overtake them.

(Y/n): I can't breathe... Get it off!

(F/n) mustered all his strength and managed to loosen the tail's grip on (Y/n)'s wrist. Amy and Krystal continued to work on removing the facehugger's limbs.

Krystal: Almost there, just a little more!

With one final effort, they managed to pry the facehugger off, freeing (Y/n) from its grasp. Gasping for air, (Y/n) quickly pushed the creature away, his heart racing.

Soldier: Throw it! 

Amy throws the Facehugger in a wall as it slams against the wall and drops onto its back seeming dead. Not taking the chance, the soldier fired at it causing it to explode into pieces.

(Y/n): Thank you, everyone...

You say as you breathe heavily. (F/n) sits back while Amy breaths heavily with Krystal leaning on her for support.

They hear a burning sound and look at the spot where the Facehugger was killed and see acid burning the ground.

(Y/n): Huh....isn't that something?

(F/n): Acid for blood huh? That's co-

Suddenly they hear a howl in the distance and look up at the hole.

(Y/n): Move!

The soldiers scramble to place the rest of the charges while all four students got everyone up through the hole again. Amy was first, then (F/n) then Krystal.

(Y/n): Okay I'm next!

(F/n) kneels down to the hole and reaches for you as you back up to get a running start. Only for you to get tackled by a beowolf and pushed into a wall.

(Y/n): Gah!

You clench your stomach and cough out blood as you then look up at the hole, seeing a panicked (F/n).

(Y/n): (F/n)?

(F/n) slowly backs up before full on turning around and running to catch up with the others.

As (F/n) ran to catch up with the others, you struggled to fight off the attacking Beowolf. Your vision blurred, and pain pulsed through your body, but you refused to give up. With all your strength, you pushed the Beowolf off and scrambled to your feet.

(Y/n): Not... today...

You begin firing upon the beowolf, killing it after emptying an entire magazine into it.

Confusion and betrayal washed over you as (F/n) had made it back to the others.

Amy: Where's (Y/n).

Putting on a devastated act, (F/n) looks at Amy.

(F/n): There beowolves.....they jumped (Y/n) As soon as he tried to reach for my hand. He told us to just go...

Amy looked at him with disbelief.

Amy: What?! No!

She unsheathes her weapon and goes back but (F/n) holds her back.

(F/n): Amy! You'll die!

Amy grits her teeth with anger burning in her eyes.

Amy: I don't care! I'm going to save him.

(F/n) looks at Krystal with pleading eyes. Krystal looks down to the side before grabbing onto Amy too.

Krystal: We're leaving.

Amy: What?! No, Krystal let me go!

Krystal and (F/n) drag Amy away who screams out your name over and over with tears eventually falling from her eyes.

Meanwhile, you were struggling to get up to the hole. As you finally managed to get a good hold, you hoisted yourself up but then suddenly heard a beep and looked at the charges to see that they had been armed.

(Y/n): (F/n).......how could you...?

.....

.....

Boom!

The ship blew up into pieces as a bullhead is seen flying away from it.

Amy: No!!

She screams out as she reaches her hand out to the ship that was now emitting a mushroom cloud.

Krystal: Shh...shh it's okay.

Krystal comforts Amy who slumps back into her lap and cries softly.

(F/n) stares at the mushroom cloud and looks away sadly.

(F/n): Forgive me (Y/n)....

One of the soldiers closes the hatch of the bullhead and grabs his scroll.

Soldier: Ironwood, sir. Mission accomplished. Secured data. However had to blow up the ship due to risk of contamination from unknown lifeform encountered on ship.

He looks at the group of teens.

Soldier: Also....One KIA....
