Sorry for the wait, there will be two duels in the chapter, just a heads up.

Our heroes are currently at the cafe, Hibiki was trying to access the database of sol technology in hope to find out more of the lost incident, but to no avail.

"Argh! I can't seem to find anything about the lost incident!" Hibiki yelled while pulling her hair. "They may have deleted everything all together!"

"But we can't give up like this." Jessica said. "We may need to hack in the core of their database, think you can make a way in?" She then asked Hibiki.

"Who do you think your talking to? Child's play." She said with a smirk. "Think you can help with that?" She asked Y/n.

Nodding, the two then began creating a pathway to the core database. It took a few hours, but luckily the cafe was closed.

"It's best if only we go." Alpha said. "Hibiki needs to stay to warn us of any security programs, and Jessica need stay with Hibiki just in case." He explained. 

The trio nodded, Y/n then held up his disk and got ready.

"In to the Vrains!"

O legion began flying into the pathway that was made by Hibiki, after reaching sol technology's systems, he wasted no time and flew straight for the core database. 

"Legion heads up, security coming your way!" Hibiki's voice called out for his earpiece. 

Legion saw what seemed like virus destroyers head his way, he just gave a snort and created a large data storm to destroy them.

He then saw what seemed to be duelist coming his way, Hibiki informed him that they're Ai duelist and their came to stop him.

Legion merely fired the missiles on him to shoot them down, but more keep coming like cockroaches.

Legion created a large data storm that surrounded him, anything or anyone that gets to close will be torn to shreds.

When he was almost there, Legion felt someone flying his way and fast ,he made a hole in the storm knowing who it is. 

It was Jeanne,  she flew closer to Legion to catch up. 

"What are you doing here? Don't you have to be with Minerva?" Legion asked. They called each other by their avatar names even when one of them is not there.

" Boss told me to catch up." She said. "Saying she'll stay with Minerva while i follow you, looks like she doesn't trust that you won't get in a sticky situation." She explained.

"I swear, you get in trouble alone one time and you never hear the end of it..." Legion grumbled under his breath. 

The duo saw a figure ahead of them, it was one of their own dual AI. Minerva had made them for ether for them to practice against high level opponents or sent them against the Hanoi if their too busy to.

The AI can play any type of deck flawlessly, they can copy and learn from other duelist and even make plays that the original duelist never or hasn't played before. 

A/n: The AI looks like  Warrior from Danball senki

"Boss said she wanted you to have a warm up i case you'll have to duel for the data." Minerva's  voice was heard though their earpieces. 

" A warm up huh? Well i didn't think they give up data without a fight ether." Legion said getting ready.

Legion/AI : Duel!

Turn 1- AI

Legion: 4000/ AI: 4000

AI: Summoning Proto Cyber Dragon. 

Proto Cyber Dragon : Level 3-1100 ATK / 600 DEF

AI: Quick play spell: Inferno Reckless Summon, activate. summoning two Cyber Dragons.

Cyber Dragon : 5- 2100 ATK/ 1600 DEF

AI: Circuit open! Summoning conditions are two machine monsters, including Cyber Dragon, setting both Cyber dragon's in the link arrows, Link the circuit! Appear Link 2 Cyber Dragon Sieger!

Legion: I summon Dark Beckoning Beast!

Dark Beckoning Beast : Level 2 - 0/0

Legion: I use it's ability to add a sacred beast card from my deck to my hand and i add Chaos Summoning Beast. Thanks to my Beckoning Beast, i get to normal summon another fiend with 0 ATK, come Chaos summoning beast! 

Chaos Summoning Beast : Level 1- 0/0

Legion: Now i activate Fiend Sanctuary, i now summon a Metal Fiend Token.

Metal Fiend Token : Level 1- 0/0

Legion: I tribute my three fiend monsters to special summon Raviel, Lord of Phantasms!

 Raviel, Lord of Phantasms: Level 10-4000 ATK /4000 DEF

Legion: I then banish Chaos Summoning Beast to add the field spell Fallen Paradise, which i now activate! With my field spell, since i control Raviel, i can draw two cards.

Legion: I now activate Dark hole! All monster on the field are destroyed, but thanks to my field spell, Raviel isn't destroyed!

Legion: Battle! Raviel attack, Shimmering Scraper! 

AI: LP 4000 ---> 0

Winner: Legion

The AI dissolved in to data, as they always do after defeat.

"As expected from my partner." Alpha said from Legions disk. " You're always one step ahead. By the way Minerva, what were those face downs?" He then asked.

"They were Mirror Force and Dimensional Prison, both cards that won't work because of Fallen Paradise." She explained.  

"I see..." Alpha said. 

The trio (counting Alpha) finally reached the center database, but one more obstacle that stands in their way.

Zaizen, a high ranking member of Sol technology  

He explains that he knew about the lost incident and told them he and his sister also had a bad life and and wants to help and wants Legion and Playmaker to stop.

This caused Legion to angry, he knew how it feels? He think's he can fight their fight?

"Let's make a deal then Zaizen." Legion growled which caught his attention.

"Let's decided this with a duel." He said as he held up his disk. " If you win, i'll leave without a word, but if i win you'll stand aside as Playmaker and i obtain the data we're looking for."  

Playmaker who just arrived was surprised at Legion's words, Ghost Gal (who was also there) raised a eyebrow and the hidden Blue Angel remained silent. 

"I'll use the deck which contains the three most powerful cards what ever exist, the cards that the Hanoi had trained me to use and caused me to suffer the most of the seven victims." Legion said as he accessed his main deck.

Legion/Zaizen: Duel!

Legion- 4000 LP/ Zaizen- 4000 LP 

Zaizen: I go first. My turn. I place a monster facedown in DEF mode. I place a card facedown and end my turn. 

Turn 2- Legion 

Legion- 4000 LP/ Zaizen- 4000 LP 

Legion: My turn. Draw. Field Magic Card: Mound of the Bound Creator, activate. Now Level 10 or higher monsters cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects. Continuous Magic Card: Field Barrier, activate. Field spells can't be destroyed and neither of us can activate another field spell. I place a monster facedown in DEF mode. Turn end.  

Turn 3- Zazien 

Legion- 4000 LP/ Zazien- 4000 LP 

Zaizen: My turn. I draw. I special summon Tindangle Base Gardna in DEF mode. 

Tindangle Base Gardna: Level 5- 0 ATK/ 2300 DEF 

Zaizen: Since I control a facedown DEF monster, I can special summon it from my hand. Now I flip summon Tindangle Jhrelth to ATK Mode. 

 Tindangle Jherlth: Level 3- 0 ATK/ 1800 DEF 

Zazien: Its effect activates. When it is flipped summon, I can add a flip monster from my deck to my hand. I add Tindangle Trinity and then summon it. 

Tindangle Trinity: Level 4- 0 ATK/ 1500 DEF 

Zaizen: Now appear my circuit! The summoning conditions are 3 Tindangle monsters. I set Base Gardna, Jherlth, and Trinity in the link arrows! Link the circuit! I link summon! Appear, Link 3 Tindangle Acute Cerebus! 

Tindangle Acute Cerberus: 0 ATK/ Link-3 

Zaizen: This monster gains 3000 ATK if I have 3 or more Tindangle monsters with different names in my graveyard including Base Gardna.

Zazien: Time to battle. Tindangle Acute Cerberus, attack his facedown! Acute Math Blaze! 

Scapeghost: Level 1- 0 ATK/ 0 DEF 

Legion: Scapeghosts effect, activate. When it is flipped summoned, I can special summon as many Black Sheep Tokens as I want. I special summon three in DEF mode.

Zazien: Playing it safe will not help you. Since my monster declared an attack, I can special summon a Tindangle Token next to its link in DEF mode. 

Tindangle Token: Level 1- 0 ATK/ 0 DEF 

Zaizen: My monster then gains 500 ATK for each monster next to its link.  

Tindangle Acute Cerberus: 3000 ATK - - -> 3500 ATK 

Zaizen: I end my turn. 

Turn 4- Legion 

LEGION- 4000 LP/ Zazien- 4000 LP 

LEGION: I thought you were something special, Zaizen. Clearly I was wrong. 

Zaizen: Don't look down on me! I got the strongest monster on the field. What can do you do? 

LEGION: Let me show you. 

LEGION's aura picks up. His eyes and aura seem to glow red. 

 LEGION: My turn! Draw! I tribute my three monsters! I summon an Egyptian God! I summon SLIFER THE EXECUTIVE PRODUCER in all of his executive glory! 

Zaizen: I don't understand why it's called that! 

LEGION: Nobody does. It isn't funny.  

Jeann song: CUT! TRY AGAIN! 

Rewind.  

LEGION:I tribute my three monsters! I summon an Egyptian God! I call forth Slifer the Sky Dragon! 

Slifer the Sky Dragon: Level 10- ? ATK/ ? DEF 

Zaizen: A Egyptian God!? But that's impossible!

The other wasn't any better, they were speechless, when Legion said that his deck contains the three most powerful monsters to exist he wasn't kidding. Blue Angel was worried for her brother.

Legion: This monster gains 1000 ATK and DEF for each card in my hand. I am holding three cards.  

Slifer the Sky Dragon: 0 ATK/ 0 DEF - - -> 3000 ATK/ 3000 DEF 

Zazien: That was pointless. I still have the strongest monster on the field. 

Legion: Not after I do this. Magic Card: Card of Sanctity, activate. We each draw until we have six cards in our hands! Now that raises Slifer's ATK and DEF to 6000! 

Slifer the Sky Dragon: 3000 ATK/ 3000 DEF - - -> 6000 ATK/ 6000 DEF 

Zazien: That still isn't strong enough to end me this turn.  

Legion: Not after I do this. Magic Card, Pot of Greed, activate. 

Zazien: What does that... 

Jeann song: NO! WE ARE NOT DOING THAT!

Legion: Slifer now gains another 1000 ATK and DEF. 

 Slifer the Sky Dragon: 6000 ATK/ 6000 DEF - - -> 7000 ATK/ 7000 DEF 

Zazien: Unbelivable. Thanks to it own ability's, it can't be targeted or destroyed by card effects. How could I lose? Legion, what are you?  

Legion: Battle. Slifer, attack Acute Cerberus! Thunderforce Attack!

Zaizen: AHH! 

Zazien: 4000 LP - - -> 500 LP 

Legion: Field Spell: Mound of the Bound Creator's effect, activate. When a Level 10 or higher monster destroys a monster, you take 1000 LP of damage!  

Zazien: AHH! 

Zaizen: 500 LP - - -> 0 LP 

Winner: Legion  

Zazien was a man of his words, as he stepped aside. 

Alpha and Ai when in and devoured as much data has they can, after a bit they both returned to their disk, quite literally full of data. 

 O legion saw Jeanne talking with Ghost Gal and Blue Angel about something, after a little while she was done, they then logged out.

After the duo woke in the real world, Alpha transfered the data to Hibiki's computer.

"Holy moly, that's a lot of data you brought back." Hibiki said,  a little overwhelmed. "It's going to take some time to find what we need."

 She searched for an hour and the data was still being unscrambled, the trio decided to call it a day. Y/n hopes that the data was worth the trouble.
