A/N: If anyone asks what music I usually listen to when making chapters, it's this. You don't have to listen to it since it has nothing to do with anything. Though it's nice music to chill out to.

Y/N POV

After destroying the last android, I sat down and wiped the sweat from my eyebrows "See? Best way to get it all out." Jennifer sat beside me and chuckled "Yeah, didn't know Tony made something like this?"

"This room or..."
"The LMD's? Yeah."
"Well, they help us get ready for the real thing ya know?"
"If only I knew that earlier..."
"The whole tower would be decimated."
"I would... nevermind."
"You would?"
"... Hold back."
"..."
"What?"
"Liar."

Jennifer punched me in my arm and I chuckled softly "Alright, you're right." I laid down and put my hands behind my head "So why don't you like being a powerhouse?" I raised an eyebrow as she did the same.

"What do you mean?"
"Earlier you said that being in a relationship with a powerhouse is a bad thing."
"Well... what normal woman would want one? What if I crush my girlfriend or wife in bed? What if she makes me so angry that I..."
"But you didn't. You didn't hurt her Y/N. She hurt you. When she made you angry you went to the Arctic. The Arctic. You can control your power Y/N. And if you don't wanna be with a normal girl, that's fine. There are plenty of girls that could go for you."

I started to think of her words and a small smile came to my face "That's 2-0." She stood up and stretched "Definitely is. See you around Green Machine." She walked out of the training room and I closed my eyes which had been followed by a sigh, a calm one at that. "Green Machine? If anything that would be her and that cousin of hers. Though can't really say that can I?" My eyes opened back up and I looked at my hand. When I had been fighting along side Jennifer, it was fine, but now it started to shake. How odd.

I stood back up and left the training room to get some fresh air, but for some reason that only made my hand shake even more. "Why is it doing this?" This began to irritate me to no end. However, the sound of Jennifer's voice hit my ears and the shaking stopped. "Hey I was wondering if..." She started to shorten our distance and her hand went to my shoulder "Are...you alright?" As much as I wanted to do something, I just couldn't do it. I was standing there, frozen. "Y/N, you there?"

I stayed there for a moment before all functions of my body returned "Yeah?"

"You're acting a bit...strange. Is everything okay."
"...Yeah. Everything's great."
"Look if you wanna talk we can go outside, alright?"
"Alright." She gave me a pat on the back and a small smile.

She walked away and the shaking returned "Damn it..."

Jennifer POV

As I walked into the elevator my hand started to shake again "Come on, you can't be serious!" Ever since I left the training room my hand's been going crazy! Once it went to the bottom floor, the shaking got even faster which pissed me off "OH COME ON!" I punched the wall and put a large hole through it which caused a numerous amount of cracks to form.

Time Skip- Third Person POV

Y/N had been flying around for hours, searching for the only person who could help him at the moment. Jennifer. When she was around his hand stopped violently shaking and vice versa. At the moment, she was in her apartment getting ready for bed...if her hand would allow her to. However, when a shadow went passed her, she looked out her window to see Y/N looking for her "Y/N?" The armored warrior stopped and looked down to see her in the window. He flew towards her direction and the shaking started to slow for the both of them.

"I need your help."
"Of course. Come on in." She took a few steps back as Y/N entered her apartment.

"So what's up?"
"My hand has been off lately. Shaking for most of the day, but it would stop onl-"
"Only when I'm near you?"
"How...how did you know that?"
"My hand's been doing it since I left the training room."
"Same here..."

The two were unintentional close, but it didn't seem to bother either of them "Do...you know why?" The Green Powerhouse shook her head and sighed "Not at all. I just don't understand. I can't deal with this damn shaking! I'm not staying up just because of this damn thing."

"...If it stops when we're near each other, maybe..." Y/N's mind went to another place and a small blush went across his face "What?"

"Maybe I could sleep with you?"
"Didn't know you felt like that."
"Not like that!"
"Oh, if we sleep in the same bed then I'll finally get some rest. Alright, I'll agree to that."

Though she was "joking" about the sleep comment, her heart had skipped a beat when the words came from his mouth. Y/N began to take off his armor while Jennifer just gazed upon him. Her eyes would follow each piece of armor that was taken off. Y/N took off his boots and started to stretch "Alright, I'm ready."

"Wait." She started to take off the green tunic around him and her skin started to turn into a darker green. She wasn't expecting this. "T-There, now you're ready." She looked up and her eyes locked with Y/N's. "Yeah..." They both shook their heads and Jennifer lead Y/N to the bed. It had been large enough for about 5 people so they had as much room as they pleased.

Y/N POV

Once I got into the bed Jennifer seemed a bit off "You okay?" I raised an eyebrow and sat up, making her shake her head "Yeah. Just...feels odd, ya know?" I nodded and she got in the bed with me. I laid back down and closed my eyes. I felt myself getting comfortable in my spot, though something seemed to be missing.

Third Person POV

As the two heroes went to sleep, they had no idea that their bodies had come closer and that their fingers were intertwined.

A/N: I tried to make them as awkward as I could. Not only that, but as cute as I could. Remember, Jennifer used to have a thing for Y/N and now those feelings are slowly coming back the more they're around each other.
