"Oh N/N~!" Y/N felt his heart crumble each time the name left Summer's mouth. Jackie was the one to give him that name and when it came from her... it made him realize how much he failed as a boyfriend. "Yes... Summer?" The redhead smirked as she slowly made her way towards him. With each step, her hips swayed. "I have a little job for you to do N/N." Summer cupped the troubled teen's cheek with her smirk growing ever so slightly "What is it?" As Summer stared into Y/N's eyes, she could see how broken he was. Oh how it brought such joy to her soul, despite how twisted it was. However...this request would surely break him to the point where Y/N would be an empty shell. "I need you... to break up with Jackie."

"I refuse!"
"Disobeying me? Such a poor...poor choice N/N."
"Jackie means everything to me! I can't break her heart!"
"Yet you pound me like I was her."
"Because you put your disgusting lips on me!"

"Y/N?" Hearing the sound of her voice, Y/N slowly turned his head "H...Hey." His short answer absolutely bothered Jackie. "Y/N, what's been up with you lately? You've been avoiding me like the plague! Each time I see you...you just seem so lifeless. Please...tell me what's wrong." Y/N sighed, finally turning his body to show his red and puffy eyes "It's us Jackie. I... I can't do this anymore."

"W-What are you..." Her eyes widened with realization. "N-No..."
"I'm sorry Jackie, but..."
"This... This has something to do with that Summer bitch, doesn't it?!"
"...No. I... I'm doing this because I-"
"Don't fucking lie to me you bastard! She had something on you! I know she does! You love me too much to do some shit like this!"
"Jackie please..."
"What does she have Y/N?!"
"Jackie just stop!"
"Why? You won't tell me anything!"
"This is for you're own good Jackie! I don't deserve you!"

His statement was met with stunned silence. Jackie took a step back as she watched Y/N's tears hit the ground. Tear of agony... tears of pain... tears of fear. "If you stay with me, you're just gonna get hurt. You and I...we should've never been a thing. A guy like me... I never..." His vision began to blur "I never deserved you." Jackie slowly made her way over to him, but he quickly stepped away "N/N... please." Y/N's heart stopped as he heard that name. That cursed name. "D-Don't call me that. That... That is a monster's name." With that, Y/N turned around and walked away, leaving his former love standing there...alone. Jackie dropped to her knees, feeling her heart break with each passing second "Y...Y/N... you better get back here..." Still watching his form walk away from her, she screamed out for him "Get back here! I... I need you!"

As Jackie wept, Summer watched from a distance with a piece of chocolate in her hand "That's right bitch. Burn." A soft chuckle escaped her lips as she began to walk off.

Time Skip

"Y/N..." Jackie's red eyes were nearly closed as she gazed upon the clear wall. She had been in bed for hours, only leaving to use the bathroom. "Why... Why would you do this to me..." Jackie knew that Summer had something to do with this, but she didn't know exactly what she made Y/N do. As she laid in bed, she heard someone knock on her door "Go away..."

"Jackie...it's me." Her eyes quickly shot open wide. "Come... Come in." Slowly, the door opened to reveal Y/N who had been in a similar state, though fairing a little better. "Hey..."

"...Why did you do it..."
"I... Jackie, I love you too much to give you that answer..."
"Bullshit."
"I'm serious. Jackie, there are some things that you can't know."
"Like what? Oh hey, my boyfriend just broke up with me without giving me a reason!"
"Jackie that's not true!"
"Then why huh? Why?! If you really loved me, you would tell me why!"

"Does Summer have something to do with this?"

Y/N nodded, sitting in one of her chairs. "I knew it. What does she have on you?" Jackie sat up in her bed. "Do... Do you remember they day I said I had to stay after school for photography?"

"Yeah. Why?" Y/N's body shook a bit. He was really going through with this.
"I... I had to take pictures of the football team...and the cheerleaders."
"..."
"So...after the picture was taken, Summer said that she wanted a picture. At first I said no, but..."
"But what?"
"Mr. Beck wouldn't leave me alone about it."
"..."
"Summer and I went outside to take our picture and right before it was taken...she..."

Y/N looked down at Jackie's hands to see them clenched in anger "She kissed me..." All of Jackie's previous emotions were replaced with immense rage. "THAT BITCH!" She shot up from her bed with anger in her eyes "Did she fucking blackmail you?!" Y/N silently gave his answer with a nod. "What did she make you do?"

"..."
"...No. She... She didn't..."
"I-I'm sorry. I... She planned everything. She knew what you would do so... I..."
"..."
"When I said that I never deserved you... I was talking about that."
"..."

Y/N's gaze met the ground, a look of sorrow, regret, and anger filling them "I... I cheated on you...just to keep you away from her. I... I knew that you would want to kill her for what she did, but... then I would see you in handcuffs...and then not at all." He closed his eyes, letting more tears stream down his cheeks "But when she forced me to break up with you... I just didn't care anymore." Y/N opened his eyes to see Jackie standing right in front of him, a blank expression gracing her face "I... I know that my words seem empty to you...but I truly regret everything. I betrayed your trust... I... I did things that I can't take back..." Jackie wrapped her arms around Y/N, embracing him in a tight hug "Y/N, just let me take care of this. Okay?"

"Are... Are you..."
"...Maybe Y/N. I just might."
