As of now there is only one "unique" skill, Time Stop:

The user stops time for 1 second, only them and whoever they want to move are able to. The only drawbacks are draining stamina and a cooldown

Yeah, wasting a chapter for just one skill isn't the smartest choice, but then again, if i manage to squeeze in more skills without making Y/N too op, i can rewrite the chapters.
