Pyrrha X Male Reader

I smiled as I looked up at the tall building in front of me. It had been a while but I couldn't believe it was finally here. I was finally going to be attending Beacon Academy. I was a bit nervous, but I'm sure the entrance exams wouldn't be too hard to pass. I can only hope that I can keep up with some of the other students here. As I walked down the small path leading into the building I looked around trying to take in as many of the sights as I could.
I could see several people starting to gather in one area. I can only guess that's where we're supposed to gather for enrollment. I began to walk towards the area and as I did I once again found myself starting to become a bit lost in all the sights. I was so distracted that I forgot to watch where I was going and ended up running into someone. As I did I fell back a bit disoriented before looking up.
"Oh, sorry," I heard a female voice say above me. An oddly familiar voice but I couldn't place it. When I looked up I froze in place at the sight in front of me. A girl with long red hair tied back into a pony-tail and bright green eyes. A girl I had seen many times back at home but never actually met in person. She was beautiful, to say the least. Pyrrha Nikos, I didn't realize she was coming to Beacon, I thought for sure she would have gone to Haven academy.
"Are you alright?" She asked as she looked down at me. It took me a moment to break myself from my slightly star-struck gaze before responding.
"Uh, y-yeah," I said as I took her hand and she helped me up. I was still a bit stunned by the figure in front of me. "Uh thanks," I said as I began to dust myself off. "I'm [Name]," I said introducing myself to the female in front of me causing her to smile a bit.
"Well, it's nice to meet you. Allow me to introduce myself, I'm-" She began only for me to cut her off.
"I know who you are," I said as I looked at her. She seemed a bit surprised to hear this and I smiled a bit sheepishly. "You're kind of a big deal," I said as I looked at her. I was hoping this didn't creep her out too much. And if it did I can just wait a month or two when she eventually forgets my face and I can come up to her and ask her for an autograph. So it won't be all bad.
When I said this she laughed a bit and looked at me. "Well I still don't know your name," Pyrrha said as she looked at me and I nodded.
"Right, I'm [Name]," I said as I offered her my hand with a smile. When I did she smiled and took it shaking it.
"So any idea where we're supposed to go?" I asked as I looked at her causing her to nod.
"Yeah, I was actually heading there myself. Just follow me," She said as she began to lead me down the pathway of Beacon.
TIMESKIP
I sighed as I stared at the female from across the room. I've had a major crush on her ever since she saved me from that deathstalker during the entrance exam. She's strong, nice, and beautiful. At times it really did seem like she was the perfect woman. Which brought me to where I was now. The dance was coming up and I wanted to ask her to it. But every time I tried I chickened out and ended up changing the subject.
One of my teammates offered me some advice though, they wanted me to take a flower when I asked her out. I wasn't sure what that was going to do but if they thought it would help then I trusted them. I looked down at the flower that I had gotten, I wasn't sure what it was, but it was pretty and that was all that really mattered when picking out a flower. I then looked up at Pyrrha and took a deep breath before walking towards her.
As I did I hid the flower behind my back trying not to give away what I was doing. "Hey Pyrrha," I said as I looked at her. When I did she looked at me with a smile.
"Hey, how have you been?" She asked as she looked at me.
"Good, good. So uh . . . listen I have a question," I said as I looked at her. When I said this she looked at me a bit curious and I once again began to tense up. I wanted to change the subject once again, just like each time prior to this, and it was now that I understood what the flower was for. Now I couldn't back out, because even if I did change the subject I would still have the flower. No matter what excuse I made up it wouldn't seem believable.
And I couldn't just hide it behind my back the whole time it wouldn't look believable either. There really was no way out this time, and I wasn't sure whether to be happy or upset that my teammate thought of this. I took a deep breath as I looked at her and held out the flower. "Willyougotothedancewithme?" I asked tried to get it over with as quickly as possible. Part of me was expecting the rejection.
I mean, why would someone as amazing as her go out with someone like me? Pyrrha looked at the flower I was holding out in front of me before smiling slightly. "I'd love to," Pyrrha said as she looked at me. When she said this I looked at her a bit surprised. I couldn't believe it.
"Uh, g-great! I'll pick you up at . . . 7?" I asked as I looked at her causing her to nod in agreement.
"Sounds lovely," She said as she looked at me. I smiled hearing this and began to walk away rather happily. Before I wasn't sure whether to be happy or angry at my friend, but now I know that I should definitely be happy with them. The days leading up to the dance passed by fairly quickly and before I knew it the day was here. I was looking at myself in the mirror.
"I don't know. What do you-" I asked as I turned to look at my partner.
"For the tenth time, you look fine. Your cologne isn't too strong, and yes you're overdressed. But it's a dance so everyone's going to be overdressed. Now stop asking," Beata said as she looked at me. I sighed hearing this, her brash nature at times was a little too much, even for someone like me to handle.
"Come to think of it, why aren't you going to the dance? I mean you've got a boyfriend and everything so what gives?" I asked as I looked at her.
"Why the fuck would I want to go to a dance? That's really not my scene," She said as she looked at me.
"But still, don't you want to do something tonight?" I asked as I looked at her.
"Oh we're going to be doing something alright," She said with a smirk. "First I'm going to be doing him, and then he's going to be doing me, and then we're going to do each other and-" She began only for me to raise my hands.
"I get it, no details please," I said as I looked at her. If nothing else then I know there won't be any noise complaints since everyone will be at prom. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if that's why they decided to do it tonight. "Well . . . I'll see you later," I said as I walked to the door letting myself out of the room. As soon as I did I took a deep breath and began to walk down the halls of Beacon.
I made my way to her dorm room and just stared at the door for a moment. This all just suddenly became very real. I was about to go to prom with Pyrrha Nikos, the Pyrrha Nikos. I felt a little sick, but there was no backing out at this point, not unless I wanted to be known as the guy who stood her up. I looked at the door in front of me and took a deep breath before I knocked on the door.
Part of me was still hoping I wasn't too early as I looked at the door. As I did I heard footsteps behind the door and it slowly opened as Pyrrha stepped out. She smiled as she looked at me. "You look nice," She said as she slowly opened the door revealing more of herself to me.
She was wearing a long elegant red dress. "Y-yeah, you too," I said as I looked at her with a smile. I then offered her my arm and she took it. We then began to walk down the halls together. As we did she began to lean against me, she was so close. I could smell her perfume, she smelled great. I then shook my head a bit, I don't want her to catch me smelling her. That would just be creepy after all.
Before I knew it we arrived at the dance. I looked around and could see several people dancing with each other. The music was loud, but not to the point where it was deafening. Whoever was in charge really went out of their way to make sure this prom was nice. "Want to dance?" I asked as I looked at Pyrrha. When I said this she smiled and nodded and we began to slowly make our way to the dance floor.
We then separated as we looked at each other and began to slowly dance. I had never done anything like this before so at the moment the only thing I could hope for was that I didn't look too stupid. As we danced I smiled and looked at her. "So Pyrrha, I got a question," I said as I looked at her.
"Go on," She said as she looked at me.
"Why did you agree to go out with me?" I asked as I looked at her. When I asked this her smile faded a bit as she looked at me.
"Promise not to laugh?" She asked as she looked at me and I nodded. "Alright, well the truth is . . . I've had a crush on you for a long time. Like ever since I ran into you. I . . . I didn't know what to do. I've never exactly had a boyfriend before so . . . I just kept it to myself. Pretty silly huh?" Pyrrha said as she looked at me. I smiled hearing this and shook my head.
"Not at all, in fact, I've felt the same way for a long time. Me asking you out didn't exactly come out of nowhere after all," I said as I looked at her. When I said this a slow song began to play and went from dancing across from each other to dancing with each other slowly. My hands were on her waist and her arms were on my shoulders. I felt my face heat up a bit being this close to her.
"I love you," She said as she looked at me. When she did I felt my heart soar as I looked at her. I couldn't help but smile after hearing what she had just said.
"I love you too," I said as I looked at her. This really was the best night of my life.
