Kotori x Male reader

P.O.V. [Name]

I sighed as I looked at the female in front of me. Kotori the female the lead the organization I was apart of. I had heard she was cute for being so young but I never would have imagined she'd look as beautiful as she did.

I had been so busy staring at the female that I failed to notice that she was approaching me. "Are you okay?" She asked looking at me. I looked away a little embarrassed trying to keep her from seeing me like this.

"Y-Yeah," I said flustered as I looked away from her.

"Are you sure?" She asked as she leaned down to look at me. "You're face is really red," She said looking at me. I was quiet hearing this and looked at her. She then smiled and looked at me. "You're embarrassed aren't you," She said looking at me.

I once again didn't say anything hearing this and she smiled as she looked at me. "Shido was right people are cuter when they're embarrassed," She said as she looked at me. I once again felt my face heat up hearing this and looked to see her staring at me.

"So what are you doing here?" She asked looking at me. I had completely forgot the reason I wanted to try and talk to her. I quickly hid the letter I was going to give her and looked at her.

"No reason I guess," I said a little nervous as I looked at her.

"Is that so? I heard you had something you wanted to give me," She said looking at me.

"O-Oh," I said looking at her trying to stay calm but I could hear how nervous I was in my voice. Who could have told her? I made sure to keep this fact to myself. I didn't even tell [BFF] that I was going to hand her the letter.

"So what is it?" She asked looking at me. I then slowly reached behind me and pulled out the folded piece of paper I had been trying to hide.

"H-Here," I said looking at her. "W-well I better-" I began as I tried to walk away from the situation. I didn't want to stay around just in case she laughed at me. However before I could finish what I was going to say she looked at me.

"It's a love letter isn't it," She said looking at me. I felt my body tense up hearing this and looked at her. I could tell my face was red and she sighed as she held up the piece of paper and ripped it in half. She then continued until it was nothing but several small pieces.

I felt my heart shatter seeing this looked up at her. I know we didn't really know each other but she could have at least waited until I left to do that. "Words are nice, but they're not the way to a woman's heart," She said as she looked at me before poking me in the chest. "Especially if you don't say them yourself," She said looking at me.

She then walked away from me and looked at me. "So what made you think writing me a letter was a good idea?" She asked looking at me.

"I-I just thought you were busy. I know you're supposed to be important and have a lot of responsibility. So much so that you wouldn't have time to get to know someone like me. So I thought maybe if I wrote a letter that you'd see it later. You know, when you have some free time and that you might consider it," I said looking at the ground still very upset by what she had just done.

"I am busy," She said and I looked up at her. "But not so much so that I wouldn't have enough time to go on a date," She said looking at me.

"I-I see," I said now feeling a little awkward about the situation I was in.

"So when do you want to go out?" She asked looking at me. I felt my heart start to be much faster and the looming feeling that weighted down my chest suddenly became much lighter.

"W-what?" I asked looking at her.

"When do you want to go out? I'd imagine you would have something in mind if you're asking someone out. It's a little reckless to ask someone out without a plan don't you think?" She said as she looked at me.

"Y-yeah," I said looking at her now much more excited about the situation. "So, how does tomorrow sound? I know it's a bit short notice but-" I began only for her to once again cut me off.

"Sounds great," She said as she looked at me. I smiled hearing this trying to hold back my excitement. "Should I wear anything special or-" she began only for me to cut her off with how excited I was.

"Anything! Anything is fine, I'm sure you'll look great no matter what you come in. I'm sorry that was rude of me to cut you off like that," I said as I realized what I had done halfway through what I was saying. She smiled hearing this and looked at me.

"Great, so where do you want to meet? I'd rather not have you come to my house, I'm fairly certain my family would embarrass me before I had the chance to leave," She said as she looked at me.

"H-How does the park sound?" I asked looking at her.

"Sounds lovely," She said as she looked at me. I smiled hearing this and began to walk away.

"Th-thanks!" I said as I walked out of the room. When I did I smiled and began to walk down the halls excitedly. I wanted to scream from the excitement but decided it'd be better if I didn't. Wouldn't want to bother anyone who was working on something important after all.

Timeskip

I sighed as I looked in the mirror, am I wearing to much? not enough? Why does this have to be so hard? I don't want to look like an idiot yet at the same time don't want to appear like I didn't care that I'm going on a date with her.

I then heard my door open and turned to see [BFF] looking at me. "Alright what's so important that . . . why are you dressed like that?" He asked looking at me.

"I've got a date, what do you think?" I asked looking at him.

"You must really nervous about this if you think wearing that is a good idea," He said looking at me.

"So it's not good?" I asked looking at him.

"It's good if you plan on meeting the Queen of England or the Emperor of Japan but otherwise it's a bit ridiculous," He said looking at me and I sighed.

"I just don't want to mess this up," I said looking at him.

"Actually second thought, you should wear that. It'll make her laugh and be a good ice breaker," He said as he looked at me and I looked up and glared at him.

"Oh I'm so scared," He said in a clearly mocking tone as he looked at me.

"Be serious," I said looking at him.

"Tried, didn't last very long," He said as he looked at me. A few moments of silence then passed and he sighed. "How many dates have you went on with this girl?" He asked looking at me.

"This will be our first," I said looking at him.

"Then dress casually, you don't want to seem like a yandere, that'll scare her off." He said as he looked at me. I nodded hearing this and began to look for a different set of clothes to wear. "So where do you plan on taking her?" He asked as I continued to look through my clothes.

I then began to explain my plan to him and he looked at me. "That's . . . a bit romantic for a first date don't you think?" He asked looking at me.

"To much?" I asked looking at him.

"I don't know if it's to much, but it's bold," He said looking at me. Bold huh? Well at the moment it's the best I have.

"Thanks," I said as he stood up.

"Glad to see my job's done here," He said satisfied as he walked out of the room. However he then stopped and turned to look at me. "Before I forget do you have the answers to our homework?" He asked looking at me.

"Yeah," I said as I walked into the bathroom and once again began to change. "Just make sure you change the answers so it doesn't look like you copied me," I said as I changed into something more casual and once again looked at myself in the mirror.

I then walked out and he looked at me. "What do you think?" I asked looking at him.

"Maybe put on a tie, so it looks like you cared enough to get dressed," He said as he looked at me. I nodded hearing this and walked over and began to look for a tie. I wonder if I still have the one from that dance I went to a few weeks ago.

I found the tie I was thinking about and began to put it on. When I did I began to walk out of the room. "Don't screw it up," [BFF] said as I walked out of the room. I hope I don't and I walked out of my house and began to walk to the park.

When I arrived I felt some nervousness began to build up in me and heard some footsteps walking towards me. "Sorry to have kept you waiting," Kotori said as she looked at me.

"No, it's fine. I actually just got here," I said looking at her and she smiled.

"Great, then let's go," Kotori said as she began to walk beside me. I nodded and began to walk to the first place I had in mind. We then stopped in front of an ice cream shop and we walked in. I order [favorite flavor] while Kortori ordered strawberry.

She seemed to be enjoying her ice cream and I smiled as I looked at her. "So [Name] why did you decide to ask me out?" She asked looking at me. I blushed hearing this and looked at her.

"Why wouldn't I? You're an amazing person and from everything I've heard you're more than capable enough to defend yourself in battle," I said looking at her. She smiled hearing this and looked at me. "What about you? Why did you agree to go out with me?" I asked looking at her.

"I think everyone, deserves a chance," She said as she looked at me. I smiled hearing this and we finished our ice cream. I then stood up and looked at her with a smile. "Th-there's somewhere else I wanted to take you as well," I said as I looking at the female in front of me.

She smiled hearing this and stood up. "Let's go," she said as she leaned forward locking her arm with mine causing me to blush slightly. I then began to walk towards the area I wanted to bring her. It admittedly didn't take us long to get there and we began to look at the city in front of us.

She smiled seeing this and turned to look at me. "This spot was one of the most beautiful things I had ever seen and no matter how many times I saw it, the beauty never goes away," I said as I turned to look at Kotori. "Kind of like you," I said looking at her.

She smiled hearing this and began to lean against me. "That's a bit cliche don't you think," She said as she looked at me. I smiled hearing this and looked at her.

"I love you," I said without meaning to. When I did began to mentally scold myself. That's not something you should say on a first date, especially when you're trying not come on to strong.

"I love you too," She said as she looked at me. I was shocked to hear this and looked down at the female. She . . . she returned my feelings.

"Wh-what?" was all I managed to say as I looked at the female in front of me. I wanted to confirm what I had heard, just to make sure that I didn't mishear what she said.

"I said I love you too. Listen carefully to a girl when they confesses their feelings to you," She said looking at me. I nodded hearing this and began to lean towards her. Before I could kiss her she held up one of her hands and stopped me.

"Sorry I may love you, but I don't kiss on a first date," She said as she looked at me. She then winked at me and walked past me. I then turned to look at her and she stopped when she noticed I wasn't following her. "You're going to walk me home right?" She asked looking at me and I nodded as I quickly walked towards her. She then held out her arm and I once again and I began to walk her towards her house.
