P.O.V. [Name]

I was currently walking behind Aqua I'm really glad that she decided to let me follow her. I remember when we were little and she would talk about being a Keyblade master. It's been her dream for such a long time. 

Hard to believe that she actually achieved it. After all I thought that the Keyblade itself was nothing more than a myth. A simple bedtime story to get kids to be good. I remember a few of her other friends also had the same dream but it looks like she's the only one who made it a reality. 

She then stopped and I looked at her. "This is the place, stay close and try to be careful," She said looking at me. I nodded when she said this and followed behind her into the city. As we were walking I looked around and noticed that the town was a lot more quiet than you'd expect a big city like this to be. 

As we were walking Aqua kept looking around as if she were looking for something. I continued down the streets behind her and we stopped when we reached a building. "I think this place should be safe enough," The female said as she walked inside. 

When she did I looked up at the name of the building. "Fairbell Inn," was written on it. I then followed behind her and walked into the building with her. She picked a random room and opened the door. 

I followed behind her and she sat down on the bed that was in the room. "This should be a nice place to rest for now," She said as she began to lay down. I nodded and sat down beside her. We stayed in this position for a few minutes. With her laying on the bed and me sitting beside her. 

"Hey Aqua can I ask you something?" I asked looking at the female in front of me. 

"Sure what is it?" She asked looking at me. 

"Do you ever miss the others? You know like Terra and Ventus?" I asked looking at her. 

"Yeah of course I do, but at least I still have you," She said looking at me. I felt my face heat up a little when she said this and looked away trying to hide my embarrassment. I wish she wouldn't say things like that sometimes. 

I've loved her for so long and so far I've been able to hide it, but when she says things like that I get flustered and if she notices then I'm sure she'll figure it out. She then sat up and looked at me. "I'll be back in a bit. Try not to leave this room, and if you do then please be careful," She said looking at me. 

I nodded hearing this and watched as she walked out of the room. When she did I sighed and looked out the window. The only time she doesn't let me go with her is when she's about to fight. I wish she'd let me go with her sometimes. I could heal her in battle although I guess I'd just get in the way if she's surrounded. 

She'd have to defeat them and worry about protecting me at the same time. I then heard a few strange and distorted sounds outside the room. I guess a few heartless found their way here. I was about to open the door and try to escape but stopped when I heard how loud the sounds were. 

They're on the other side of the room. I then turned around and looked for a window. I found one by the bed that I had been sitting on. I walked over to it and looked out the window to see that there were even more heartless outside. 

I started to panic slightly seeing this and sat down on the bed. Well now what am I supposed to do? I can't walk out the front and I can't escape through the window. I could wait for Aqua to come back but who knows how long that will be.

I then looked at the door and then back out the window and sighed. I don't want to wait for Aqua but at the moment it seems like I don't have a choice. I then began to lay down on the bed waiting for Aqua. 

I'm not sure how long I was waiting but I eventually heard the sound of Aqua fighting and the sound of heartless dying. I smiled hearing this and sat up on the bed. I then heard footsteps rushing towards this room and saw the door swing open. 

"Oh thank the king you're alright," She said looking at me. 

"Yeah, I'm glad you showed up when you did because I was starting-" I began only to stop when Aqua came over to me and wrapped me in a hug. I once again felt my face heat up when she did this and looked down at the female.

"I'm not sure what I would have done if I had lost you," She said looking at me. I then felt my face heat up a bit more and returned her hug. It's nice to know that she has feelings for me even if they're not the same kind I have for her. 

She then separated from me and smiled. "We'll stay here for the night," She said looking at me. 

"Don't you still have a few areas that you need to clear out?" I asked looking at her. When I asked this nodded and looked at me. 

"Yeah, I do, but they can wait until tomorrow. I just need to clear them out, and as long as it's done I don't think it matters when they're cleared," She said looking at me. I nodded hearing this and then watched as she walked over to one of the beds and started to sleep. 

I then walked over to the other bed that was across the room. I laid down on the bed and began to slowly drift off to sleep. When I awoke I saw that it was still nighttime. I couldn't tell how late it was but something told me it was still pretty early. 

After all the sun hasn't even began to raise. I then sighed and reached into my pocket. When I did I pulled out a small heart shaped locket and turned to make sure that Aqua wasn't awake. I then opened the locket and smiled seeing a pictures of her in it.

If I could only tell her how I really feel. Even if she doesn't return my feelings I know we'll still be friends. It'd just be a big secret that I wouldn't have to keep anymore. I then looked over at Aqua and saw how peacefully she was sleeping. 

I guess for now I can keep it to myself a bit longer. It's not like it'll hurt anything if I do right. I then turned to try to sleep however when I did I dropped the locket and heard it roll across the floor. 

I winced hearing this and looked over to see that Aqua was still asleep. I sighed hearing glad to see that it didn't wake her up. I then got up as quietly as I possibly could and began to walk over to her side of the room. 

When I did got on the floor and began to look for the locket that I had dropped. When I found it I smiled and looked up at the female in front of me. I couldn't help but stare a bit looking at the female in front of me. 

However as I was staring the female began to wake up and she looked at me. "[Name]?" She questioned looking at me. 

"Y-yeah," I said a little flustered knowing the position I was in. 

"What are you doing?" She asked looking at me. 

"S-sorry if I woke you, it's just that I dropped something and it rolled over here and-" I began only for her to cut me off with a kiss. She broke the the kiss as quickly as she started it and I looked at her a little flustered. 

I then felt my face heat up and looked at the female in front of me. "Did you find what you were looking for?" she asked with a tired yawn at the end. 

"Y-yeah," I said looking at the female in front of me. She smiled hearing this and moved her cover and tapped the spot beside her.

"Then come back to bed," she said looking at me. I felt my face heat up even more hearing this and nodded. When I did I got up put the locket back in my pocket and laid down beside her. When I did I felt Aqua hug me and start to nuzzle into my back.

I then closed my eyes and attempted to try and fall asleep.

P.O.V. Aqua 

I yawned as I woke up, when I did I rose up slightly and looked around. When I did I saw [Name] in the same bed as me asleep. I felt my face heat up seeing this and tried to cover my face. I can't believe it, last night wasn't a dream. 

That means that I actually kissed him. I can't believe I did something that stupid. Oh no there's no telling what he thinks of me. [Name] then began to wake up and turned to look at me. When he did I could tell that he was still partially asleep. 

I smiled seeing this and started rub his head hoping he'd go back to sleep. Thankfully this idea worked and he drifted back off to sleep. When he did I let out a sigh of relief and looked at the male that was laying beside me. 

I looked at him and smiled, he's always been there for me. Even when I made mistakes and things were dangerous he was always there for me and he always trusted my judgement. There's no way I could ever thank him enough for that. 

I then leaned down and kissed the males forehead. When I did I saw him smile in his sleep and I in turn smiled as well. [Name] then turned and I saw something fall out of his pocket. I looked at it to see a small heart shaped locket. 

I smiled seeing this and picked it up. This must have been what he was looking for last night. I then opened the small locket and saw two pictures of me in it. I felt my face heat up seeing this and looked at the male. 

So that's how he feels, well that certainly does explain a lot. I then turned my attention back to the locket and saw small writing around the edges. "Forever in my heart" I smiled seeing this and looked at the male. 

I then closed the locket and [Name] once again began to wake up. He then looked over at me and blushed. 

P.O.V. [Name] 

I looked over at Aqua to see her staring at me with her face a slight shade of red. She then held out her hands and I saw my locket in her hands. I panicked seeing this and looked at her. "Did you see what was inside?" I asked looking at her. 

"Yeah, I did," She said looking at me. I mentally winced hearing this hoping that she hadn't opened it. Before I could say anything else she then brought me into another kiss like before. I felt my face heat up when she did this however unlike before she gave me some time to kiss back. 

When the two of us separated I looked at her a little embarrassed and looked down. "So does that mean-" I began only for her to stop me. 

"Yeah, just . . . try to be more direct with me next time okay," She said looking at me. I nodded hearing this and she kissed my forehead. "Now get up, I still have a few areas that I need to clear," She said looking at me. I nodded hearing this and got up from the bed we were on.
