YN POV

I sighed and walked down the halls of Beacon. My mind was nothing but a blur. It shouldnt have happened. Not like that atleast. We were best friends. But it did happen. And now, I cant change that.

-Flashback-

I was sitting in my team dorm. It was me and 3 girls. They were Kate and the twins Angel and Athena. We were known as (Initial)AKA. Every boy in the academy said I was lucky cause I get three girls to myself, but to be honest, I had feeling for someone else. Ruby Rose. I blush thinking of how beautiful she is.

Kate:"Ohh, someones thinking of their crush again."

Athena:"Just ask her already. You guys have known each for what, 3 years now."

That was true. Me and Ruby were best friends. We were equals since we could never beat one another and when she skipped 2 years, I did also.

YN:"I cant first off because Im affraid she'll say no. Second off cause shes dating Jaune."

Angel:"Well then just be there for her. Some realtionships dont strive you know."

YN:"K. Well Im off. I gotta project with Jaune."

I walked out of my room and headed towards the JNPR dorm. As I walked I saw Ruby crying in the hall. I ran to her and knelt down next to her.

YN:"Ruby. Whats wrong?"

Ruby:"Jaune *sniffle* cheated on me with *sniffle* Pyrrha." *sobs*

I held her close to me as she cried into my shirt. She was crying less and less until she was ok. I helped her up and told her to go to her room and not matter what you hear, dont open the door. She nodded and I walked into the JNPR dorm. I saw Jaune on top of Pyrrha, naked. He looked and saw me. He was scared sh*tless. He didnt move. I walked up to him amd collared him on the wall.

YN:"I swear to God, Jaune I will beat the living crap out of you. Why'd you cheat on Ruby?!"

Jaune:"Cause...cause. She never wanted to have sex."

I pumched him in the stomach. I lifted his head and looked him dead in the eye.

YN:"You little f*cker. She is still getting used to having a boyfriend and all you wanna do is bang her. Shes the best girl anyone could be with, yet you just wanna use her for your own pleasure. F*ck you."

Jaune:"Im sorry man! Dont kill me!"

YN:"I wont."

I dropped him and walked to the door, stopping and turning my head slightly.

YN:"But I dont know about Yang."

I walked out and headed over to Ruby. I opened the door and saw her crying on her bed. I walked towards her and rubbed her back.

Ruby:"What did I do wrong?"

YN:"Hey hey. Dont worry now. Its ok. He made a mistake. Your the most amazing girl in the world. He just cant see how beautiful, funny and sweet you are. So its his loss."

She got up and hugged me, still crying on to my shirt. I just sat on her bed hugging her, trying to comfort her. Her cries soon stopped and she was still hugging me. I know she just went through a break up, but this felt nice. She looked up at me and stared into my eyes. I stared into her eyes and our faces soon started leaning in. Our lips connected and I felt a spark. I realised what was going on and pulled back.

YN:"Sorry Ruby. I should leave."

Ruby:'Wai-"

Before she could say anything I ran out of the room, leaving her on the bed.

-Flashback ends-

And thats where I am now. Wondering if she liked the kiss or not. Most likely no as she just broke up with Jaune. Shes probably not ready to be with someone else yet. I walked to the courtyard and sat on the bench. As I looked at the fountain, pondering what to do now, a red blur zoomed last me, leaving rose petals. I knew who it was.

YN:"...Ruby..."

I stood up to run, but was tackeld down by someone. That someone was Ruby.

Ruby:"Why'd you run off? I didnt get to tell you."

YN:"Tell me what?"

She blushed a dark shade of red before speaking.

Ruby:"That I love you."

I was dumbfounded by this. I smiled and pulled her closer to me as I kissed her. It was about to escalate but I realised we were in the courtyard so I pushed her off and stood up. I held her hand as she held mine. I looked at her as she looked at me with a cute smile on her face. She leaned her hand on my shoulder and we walked back to the dorm.

YN:"I love you too Ruby."

She just smiled at me before kissing my cheek.

YN:"Ruby, how long have you loved me?"

Ruby:"Ever since I met you. You were kind, caring, handsome, and treated me with respect."

YN:"So why didnt you ask me out?"

Ruby:"Why didnt you? I didnt cause I though you wouldnt return the feelings."

YN:"Heh. That was the same reason I didnt ask you out."

Ruby:"Well at least we're together now."

I smiled at her and as we reached our dorm, we began a passionate make out session.

3rd POV

While (YN) and Ruby were making out Jaune was lying on the ground. Yang walked up to him and placed her foot on his chest. He was still naked. Yang punched him out the window.

Yang:"You better stay away from her or you will be in space when Im done with you."

He just nodded before falling unconscious.
