After the recent attack on the White fang harbor, the remaining task force up the heroes that were sent there return to Union academy to heal their wounds and give their initial report to their headmasters. the headmasters were disappointing of they fail attack and therefore begin to prepare for the next task force to send in. But there is one report from team RWBY that a mysterious man help them escape the harbor. They give them the full detail of the man and they were stunned to see a military dress man with a cold killer look, they even send the headmasters a video of what he did to those white fang grunts.

This is now a concern situation they have thought that they have destroyed all traces of military force in the world. But now they have found one of them and team RWBY even told them about the white thing being scared about this ocelot unit that they didn't know they even tell them about the man that was the major of the unit which already tells that he is the one in charge of the set unit. A meeting is held in a headmasters quarters to discuss about this situation.

Time skip

The headmasters is now debating on what to do some say that they should hunt them down immediately, while others said they should scout and research of their whereabouts before proceeding of destroying them. The discussion begins to continue on soon to a calm and collective talking into a now blown out argument.

Sirzechs: we have to go after them if we sit our asses and do nothing don't ruin everything we have! He shouted earning a couple of nods from his side of the room.

All might: yes we know it, but we need to be cautious for whatever they have in store. we don't even know what particular numbers they have, they could have millions or perhaps a billions of soldiers under their wings! All might shout back earning a good number of people the heads and responds of agreement.

Nezu: I agree with all might, we do not know anything about this particular....unit. I say we research anything we know and see what they're moving so that we can intercept them and maybe catcher some of them. He said drinking his tea

Endeavor: doesn't matter all we must do now is attack them at all cost or everything we have built is gone! Shouted.

For anything could escalate further a loud clank silencing the room. Everyone look to see headmaster ozpin who is standing in front of the door.

Ozpin: ladies and gentlemen now it's ain't the time to bark at each other, we must choose what to do about this situation so in order way to settle this I say we should scout out and research everything we know. He said earning a lot of agreement from the right side of the room while the other half is just growing and grumbling.

Sirzechs: with all due respect ozpin but we need to get rid of this as fast as possible or everything we have done is gone!

Ozpin: I am fully aware of that mr. Sirzechs, but we need to know our enemies to do something about it. Imagine this if we somehow find their hidden location and send the full force to destroy them. We don't know what the fence is or the numbers they have if we somehow have a higher casualties that means we don't have enough people to defend the civilians. In other places will be overrun with villains and monsters. If we do this it is not going to be the enemy that will destroy us it will be our stupidity.

Sirzechs sit down knowing that he was right if they go out and find this unit everything they have will be destroyed by villains and monsters and they probably don't have enough numbers to do anything about it.

Ozpin: now on to the other topic from what our teams from The raid has found is that it was heavily fortified and see that the white fangs are moving goods to other places. Now if we find the track these places down we may able to cut off any supplies coming for any other white fang factions. But after the rate has failed team RWBY said that they were saved by a commander of a unit call the ocelot unit. So as I said before we have to be very cautious otherwise everything we have done it will be destroyed we'll discuss this further on.

Time skip no one POV

As the headmasters were done with the discussion they did not know that a bomb was ticking underneath there room as the timer was slowly reaching into it's destruction. Then to the outside on one of the rooftops of the buildings we see heavily armored men looking out to the Tower of Union academy.

????: So how long will it take for it to blow? Says one of the armor men

????: About 10 seconds. Reply the other armor men

Then suddenly a huge explosion happened on top of the tower of where the headmasters were at. Disordered everyone and begin to run away from the sudden explosion while policemen firefighters and medical staff quickly run towards the tower.

????: Our work here is done, let's get out of here before someone saw us. He said leaving

????: So what mission will we do next from high command? He said follow along.

????: Not sure the only way to find out to see what command has for us, plus we have finally got ourselves a name for our organization.

????: And what are we calling ourselves now? Says the armor Man
