3rd Person POV

After (Y/n) was sent after Ava, Rocket and Tony are left to deal with both the wolf faunus of the Moonwalker clan and, unexpectadly, the White Fang. (Y/n) has managed to keep up with Ava thanks to his superior senses and the training they both did together. Ava hears (Y/n) behind her and says...

Ava: Your tenacity is admirable, (Y/n), but you are very out of place here.

(Y/n): You asked for our help, so here I am.

Ava: This is my burden to bear, alone.

(Y/n): You taught me that no one is an island, or was that just for me to hear?

Ava: Jacob is mine!

(Y/n): Well, I've got my orders.

Ava: I am your leader! That means you do as I say!

(Y/n): You have not been acting like a leader! You left us to fend for ourselves against werewolves and you would've let Tony and Rocket drown in that lake! *calms down* What did Jacob do to you?

Ava: *glares but then sighs in defeat* Jacob took my father and I did nothing! I failed him. *sniffles* My father didn't want anything to do with the White Fang, but Jacob wanted to align with them, dad have him a choice remain in the pack or join the White Fang alone, as a traitor. That's when he killed him in front of me, I wanted to help, but told me to just run, and like an idiot I listened.

(Y/n): Your not an idiot. I understand better than you might think, I lost my father and mother when Adam murdered them, I realized when I found out about it that my parents were only trying to help me. And being a father myself has helped me see that no matter the circumstances I would always put my children's needs before my own, because fathers should love their kids more than life itself. He gave you a chance to become strong enough to take back the title of pack leader.

Ava looked back at (Y/n) with a hopeful expression.

(Y/n): But you can't do this alone, you wanna face Jacob alone, fine, but anyone else is fair game. *slams fist into palm*

Ava: *sigh* You're right. Come on. The challenge arena is this way.

(Y/n): Why go public?

Ava: I want the people to see Jacob's true colors.

(Y/n) nods and follows Ava as best he can, with Ava finally helping him keep uo as well.

Back at the quinjet crash site, a bunch of werewolves lay knocked out on the ground with Tony and Rocket catching their breath up a tree.

Tony: *heavy breathing* So, that was- *coughs* a little harder than it should've been.

Rocket: *checks out spear* For an uncharted clan, they have technology way ahead of anything we got.

Tony: Can I see? *rocket hands him spear* You have got to be kidding me?! This is all my company's technology. Right, but now we know the White Fang are here too. We have to stop whatever they have planned or they will be able to start their war against humanity much sooner than we anticipate.

Rocket: You really expect the two of us to take down this section of the White Fang?

Tony: We don't have a choice Rocket. If we don't millions of people will die.

In the challenge arena, Jacob sits upon a chair while eating a side of stag, when a Moonwalker member walks up to him.

Moonwalker Clansmen: Sir, our contingent that we sent into the jungle do not respond. I beg you to hunt down these outsiders and rid our forest of them. Amaruq would've-

Jacob: *mouth full* *grumbles* I am Leader! Not that weakling! The Moonwalkers are no more!

Ava: You are wrong, Jacob! I, Ava Moonwalker, challenge you for pack leader!

Moonwalker Clansman: A challenge has been issued. By pack law, you must-

Jacob: *growls* I have no use for tradition. Kill the wolf pup.

The two bodyguard exchange concerned looks but do what they're told and leap at Ava, only to be grabbed by (Y/n) and slammed onto the ground, knocked out.

(Y/n): Come down here and face Ava yourself, you lowlife coward!

Jacob: *growls* Warriors, deal with the fat one, I will deal with the pup.

Ava nods at (Y/n) and unsheathes her swords, but then stabs them into the ground, her eyes then turn beastial and she transforms in her werewolf form, to (Y/n)'s surprise, her wolf form was black with streaks of white fur just like her hair in human form.

Ava(wolf form): *growls*

Jacob finally stands and leaps at Ava while also transforming into his wolf form, and the two canines go at it. (Y/n) can't really watch though, since he is set upon by multple warriors.

Meanwhile, Tony and Rocket are scoping out the White Fang's operation.

Tony: Okay, I can distract them if you can sneak in and blow up their munitions.

Rocket: I can actually blow stuff up this time?

Tony: Yes, go crazy if you want. Try to keep collateral damage minimal.

Rocket: No promises.

Tony: *nods*

Tony flies up into the air and gets the White Fang's attention.

Tony: Wow, quite a bake sale you guys have going on. A lot of neat stuff. Unfortunately, some of it has my name on it.

White Fang: Blast him!

Tony raises his shields while his scanners keep an eye on Rocket's progress.

Tony: You know for people who consider themselves the future, that was a really bad idea.

White Fang Alpha: You really have no idea who you're dealing with, do you?

Tony: Maybe, but I do know that you are somehow stealing from my company and I cannot allow you to use those weapons for evil.

White Fang Alpha: We want justice for what has been done to our people over the years!

Tony: But that's no reason to start a war with humans, it'll just cement yourselves in peoples minds as the monsters they already believe you to be. Is that really worth the price of freedom?

Rocket: FIRE IN THE HOLE!

Rocket is seen pressing a detenator and various explosions go off on crates of dust and weapons, on mechs and tanks, other things that were made by Tony's company. Tony then flies through the explosions and grabs various faunus and get them clear of the explosion. He then deploys his suits shields to protect the whole group, while Rocket laughs maniaclly.

Afterwards...

Tony: Ha! Nice work, Rocket!

Rocket: Just another day on the job! Hahahaha!

The two Huntsmen in training turn around and see the White Fang taking off in their bullheads. Suddenly, the two hear rustling in the bushes and see several werewolves charging towards them. The two ready their weapons, but-

Moonwalker child: Wait!

The wolves stop in their tracks as the child stands between the wolves and the Huntsmen-in-training.

Moonwalker Werewolf: *growls* gestures to get out of the way*

Moonwalker child: No, these people are here to help us! They saved us all!

The werewolves look around and see the destruction and their fellow clansmen relatively unscathed. The group turns back into their faunus forms when suddenly-

*TRUMPETING BELLOW*

Tony/Rocket: *look at each other with fear* Uh-oh.

Tony: We gotta go. Clench up, Rocket.

Rocket does so, Tony then grabs him and flies towards the scene of another fight.

A few seconds earlier, Ava and Jacob are still fighting, Ava tackles Jacob, he tries to roll as he catches her to get on top and pin her, but she kept the momentum going and threw Jacob into a rock monolith.

Meanwhile, (Y/n) is starting to get overwhelmed by the sheer number of warriors trying to take him down. He swings (W/N) left with one hand and hit several werewolves away, he then grabbed another with his free hand while it was midair, but he was then tackled by several other wolves and knocked to the ground.

(Y/n): Ava! There's too many of them!

Ava looks over and is about to go help when Jacob tackles her back into the arena, away from her partner.

(Y/n): *thinks to himself* Blake. N-N-No! I won't die here! *out-loud* *TRUMPETING BELLOW*

Ava managed to wrestle Jacob off her again and saw (Y/n) had activated his second Semblance and erupted out of the dog pile, he started throwing his fists around and taking out several werewolves. Jacob then growled as he leapt for Ava, Ava heard it coming and angrily turned and tackled Jacob out of the air and the two wrestled on their back legs to try and pin the other. Ava managed to push Jacob off and swiped her paw across his face, Jacob recovered and tackled Ava to the ground, he tried to bite her neck to kill, but she bites back to prevent it, while the two wrestle for control, Ava managed to get her back legs under Jacob's body and pushes him off hard. Jacob recovers just in time to see Ava again swioe at his face, but when he tried to retaliate, Ava had started to circle him, Jacob followed but Ava managed to bite the back of his neck and toss him away from her.

Ava glances and see Tony and Rocket have arrived and are actually settling things down, (Y/n) was slowly calming down from his rampage. Jacob's snarl brought back Ava's attention and she was tackled by Jacob, but managed to stop him, the two, again, rose on their back legs and wrestled for control, Ava manages to win this time and push Jacob off, but recovered too quickly for her to pin him.

Ava: *wolf language* Give up, you can't win!

Jacob: *wolf language* This is my pack!

Jacob and Ava charge each other again but Ava is grabbed by the fur on her neck and dragged on her back to the ground. Ava swiped and bite at the air to prevent Jacob from trying to pin her again. Ava got up and this time she waited for Jacob to make the charge, which he did, Ava then moved slightly and in one fluid motion, she got behind Jacob and managed to pin his head and body to the ground, she had him, finally, she then tells him.

Ava: *wolf language* Yield to me!

Jacob: *wolf language* I'd rather die, than give up what I've accomplished.

Ava: *wolf language* You have accomplished nothing, you wanted to make humans suffer when they have done nothing to our clan.

Jacob: *wolf language* The world should fear us once again, like they did before.

Ava: *wolf language* That's the past. We need to work with the humans, or else the Grimm will be the death of us all. No one will win.

Ava gets off Jacob and howls in victory, Jacob simply laid there and turned back into his faunus form. The rest of the pack join in Ava's howl, she then turned back into her faunus form and signalled for the warriors to stop attacking her teammates. Ava then walked up to (Y/n) and asked...

Ava: (Y/n)? You still in there, buddy?

(Y/n)'s eyes return to his normal eye color and transforms back into himself, he just about collapses to his knees when Tony and Ava catch him.

Ava: We've got you, partner.

(Y/n): *heavy breathing* Good to have you back, boss.

Ava: Thank you, all of you for not giving up on me. You guys are the best. *embraces Tony and (Y/n)*

Rocket: Don't get all teary-eyed on us we're not that close.

Tony: Come on, Rocket. You know you wanna.

Rocket: No!

Ava simply punches Rocket in the shoulder playfully.

Moonwalker Clansman: Ava. *Ava turns to him* You have returned and have taken your place as leader of the pack. Please rid our lands of these outsider so we may return to the old ways.

Ava: No, outsiders may have threatened us, but outsiders saved us as well. The old ways allowed Jacob to do this, and the old ways must change. We can no longer hide ourselves away, waiting for our enemies to come to us.

Ava then turns and walks to Jacob...

Jacob: So, what now, pack leader? Lock me away for my crimes or end this here and now?

Ava: No, those would be too easy for you to endure. As Pack Leader, I banish you, Jacob, to life as a rouge wolf. You are a traitor to the Moonwalker Clan and will suffer as traitors do. You have to the next moon rise to leave these borders and never return.

Jacob growls, but transforms and runs into the woods.

Ava: *to three others* Make sure he leaves the forest.

Moonwalker Clansman: Yes Alpha.

The three transform and run after Jacob to make sure he leaves, Ava is then happily surrounded by all her old friends and pack mates. Rocket and Tony look at (Y/n) and they all three come to a decision and turn to leave.

Rocket: Guess it's just us guys now. Two bachelors knocking about in the wild. Whoo hoo.

Tony: Fine, but I'm not gonna carry you.

Rocket: What about you, Bestie?

(Y/n): Yeah, climb aboard.

Rocket: Ah, yeah! *climbs on (Y/n)'s back*

Ava: Where are you three going?

All three boys turn around and see Ava standing there with her usual genuine confidant expression on her face.

(Y/n): But, don't you belong with your pack?

Ava: My pack is Team AART. My best friends.

Tony: *smiles* We're happy to keep following your lead, Boss.

(Y/n): *emotional* Oh, get over here you furball!

Ava happily runs to (Y/n) and embraces her team, knowing they'll be together for the forseeable future as a team, as friends-

Rocket: Uh, guys? You do realize it's a five day hike back to Beacon, right?

AAT: Ah-

(A/N): Heheh, as the journey continues...
