After our regular morning routine,I left with Fareeda
The driver will drop me at school then drop her off at hers

"I am sorry"i heard her say

I looked at her surprise

"Yes is me that spoke.Fareeda, your closest friend,your husband's cousin,your son's aunty"she said smiling and i chucked

"I am sorry is just that you are more happier with your little family and you two made me love love even more but now I am scared because one moment you are with someone looking all lovey dovey,the next you are back home.i am still angry with you but i know you will realised how life is so empty without Kamal and you will go for him"she added smiling

And she pulled me into a hug,I smiled hugging her back tightly

"So here you go start your second semester with a smile"she said when we reached the gate of my school

"And I'm so so happy for you with your result I heard when you were telling mother but i was pretending to be asleep in the room"she confessed and I smiled

I got down saying goodbye
I went into the school building
My phone was ringing so i tried getting it out of my bag but then I bumped into someone

"Ouch!"i exclaimed

"Don't you see where you are going?"i asked at he stood there looking at me

"Other people excused me by walking out of my way but you you were also busy in your phone "i scolded and he was just smiling

"Hello I am talking to you"i said clicking my fingers

"Hi i came to see my father and I never knew angels school here
I would have become a nurse instead of engineer
I am Faisal by the way"he said smiling

I gaped all what I said was in vain
His attention was somewhere else

"You bumped into me"i reminded him and he sighed

"Oh yeah,I am sorry"he apologised will smiling
And i found it annoying

"Can i have your number?"he asked bringing his phone forward

"No"i said walking away

"I will surely get it!"he shouted and rolled my eyes

I hurried into the lecture hall

"Malak!"Rachel exclaimed waving

I walked towards them

"Are you going to meet the lecturer during break?"Amina asked
I told the my result yesterday
And we had this conference call expressing our happiness
I slept off waiting for Kamal's call anyways

"Yes"i replied

"I'm just glad all of us have good grades,my mom was right good friends help you with everything"Aliyu spoke smiling

"I love you guys"Rachel said

"Love you too"we all said in unison

"This is to successful second semester and all the other semesters"she added smiling

"Ameen"we all said in unison exchanging smiles

"Welcome back everyone but i am delighted to say that nursing school just got tougher"the anatomy lecturer said with a smirk

"Oh God!"Amina exclaimed dramatically and we all swallowed spit

After three lectures it was break so i decided to go meet the lecturer

"Come in"i heard him call

I walked into the office

"Good morning sir"i greeted and he looked up from his phone

"I was expecting you"he said smiling

"I don't understand"i said getting confused

"Well you saw F so you will definately come"he replied

"I cannot give you your real grade unless you cooperate with me"he added

"How" I asked with furrowed brows

"Behind closed doors,me and you"he said with a raised brow
And i understood what he meant

"I would never,besides being married I am a Muslimah first
Is better you correct my grade but i will never do anything haram with you"i declined at once

"Well be ready to keep carrying over this course untill you agree"he said turning his attention back to the phone he was holding

I walked away angrily

And i thought he was nice

I will just report to the vice chancellor and I will see where this goes but i am never selling my body for a grade.

I told my friends he refused to change it and they all suggested I report
I didn't tell them what he asked for

I couldn't

"I have someting to tell you"i said to Fareeda we were watching a funny video on her phone

"Yes"she said pausing it

I told Fareeda everything and she said I shouldn't waste time in reporting to my father in-law.

"Malak"mother called

Fareeda and i went downstairs and we saw mother holding a shopping bag

"What's that mother?"Fareeda asked curiously

"Kamal sent it for you"mother said handing the bag to me

Dad suddenly increase the television volume

"And another news today is a doctor in central hospital was found guilty of having an affair with a patient which led her to committing suicide"the news caster said fluently

We stopped everything and paid attention to the news

"He admitted his offense when the chef of medical doctors unit doctors, Kamal Ali bikr brought him to the station now he has been sacked by the hospital"she added and  they continued another news

I ran to Fareeda's room carrying my phone and immediately dialled Kamal's number

"Kamal!are you alright?"i asked the moment he picked

"Why?"he asked and i gaped

"I just watched the news"i replied

"As you can see i am not the patient nor the doctor so i guess I am"he replied rudely

"That's not what I mean,you should have atleast told me something I am your wife for God sake!"i exclaimed angrily

"Funny coming from the wife that wants her husband to divorce her"he said with a bitter laugh

"But i still am, isn't it?"i asked sadly

"Just let it be Malak,I am alright"he replied

I sighed then hung up

I turned around and found Fareeda standing by the door with the shopping bag Kamal sent for me.

"Here"she said with a cheeky smile

I checked it and I found a note book,a pen,a perfume and some chocolates with a mini card that says "congratulations"

I smiled keeping them on the table

Later in the night my phone rang

Baba called and i picked happily

"Congratulations dear I am proud of you"he said excitedly

"The phone is on speaker everyone wants to speak to you"he added

"Thank you Baba"i said smiling

"Malak my dear you started on a good path keep it  up,May Allah bless you"Inna said and we said "Ameen" in unison

"Mal congrats how is everyone at home
Your Husna and your son and my husband ?"Yusra asked excitedly

"Umm ...good"i said laughing at the my husband part

"Malak congrats I also have good news
My admission in college of education,gombe has been confirmed and am off to school tomorrow"Zaina said happily

"Oh Masha Allah"i said really proud of my sister

"Is Kamal close dear give him the phone?"Baba asked

"He is still at work"i lied

"Okay I will call him,take care.my regards to everyone"he said

After the call i dialled Kamal's number but it was busy

Then Kamil's call came in

"Malak I am sorry but Aayan wants to speak to you"he said

"When are you coming home mummy?"i heard Aayan asked

"Aayan you just spoke your longest sentence correctly I am proud of you
I miss you son"i said with teary eyes

"I miss you more"he assured

"I love you okay?"i said smiling and he giggled

"I love you more"he assured on a high pitch
"Come back soon mummy"he added

"Okay"i said

"Give your uncle the phone"i instructed

"Kamil, if he Insist on hearing stories the prophets stories for children is in last drawer of his wardrobe"i said after few seconds

"Okay Malak come back soon,Dad doesn't speak but he misses you

Kamal is worst he gets annoyed easily he is no longer smiling like before
Please think about it and come back soon"Kamil pleaded

"In sha Allah(if Allah wills)"i assured

And he hung up

My phone beeped indicating a message

I thought it was Kamal but it was an unknown number

"I told you I will surely get your number
The world is a small place sweetheart"
I read the message out loud

And i gaped
I think I have a stalker

I find it interesting
I feel he will end up with her
