Kamal was surprisingly quiet this morning
I tried talking to him but he was lost thinking about something

I hope he is okay

I texted Fareeda to inform her about the get together by 2:00pm today and she said she was free.

Now I'm reading hadith,I was at number ten when Aayan ran in giggling.

"Well,hello son.how was school?"i asked embracing him into a hug

"Fine!"he exclaimed giving me a sloppy kiss on my cheek

I removed his shoes followed by socks

He shows me a colourful bead bracelet and I raised my brows

"Hilwa,my friend"he explained before I could even ask who gave him

"Ah,the Hilwa you always fight with is now your friend?
Proud of you son,spread peace"i said proudly

Then we fist bumped grinning

"Lets get you ready"i said holding his tiny hands in mine

"We have a get together to attend"i added smiling

After I bathe him,I dressed him into a green lantern t-shirt and jeans with green vans.

I sat him on my laps taking selfie then carried Kamal's other phone to snap more selfies
We made different faces then we went downstairs

"Ah,Aayan is growing fast"Kamil said amusedly
"when are you giving him a younger one?"he asked with a teasing smile

Dad looked at me and I covered my face with my palms

"Stop teasing my daughter,tease your twin instead"Dad defended

Raliyah laughed softly

Kamil sighed the he said "Well i do that everyday to him.yet no outcome"

The living room was quiet because we were paying attention to the news

Few minutes later I got up and Raliyah joined me in the kitchen

We cooked lunch,by the time we were done Dad and Kamil left to the masjid to pray
Raliyah prayed in her room.

"Daddy More!"i heard Aayan squeal from outside

"Daddy?"i puzzled

The door opened,Dad walked in followed by Kamil then Kamal and Aayan.

"Welcome"i said smiling
He came home early today

"Thank You,I had break so i decided to take you to the get together myself"he said smiling and adjusting my scarf

"Really,thank you"i happily said looking into his eyes

"Can you continue your love stares later?
We are hungry here" Kamil whined

"Go get a wife!"Kamal exclaimed

After everyone was served
the door opened and Fareeda walked in holding a shopping bag with annoyed looking Fareed trailing behind.

"As salam alaikum beautiful people"Fareeda greeted excitedly
Fareed smiled

"Wa alaikumus salam"we chorused smiling

"Reeda!"Aayan exclaimed raising his hands excitedly

"Reeda?your kid is nice at giving Nick names,even I don't call her that"Fareed said dramatically

"Because I would punch your mouth"Fareda threatened

Dad invited them to eat but they said they have already eaten so they left to the living room.

After lunch I went to our room to adjust my viel and carry a big bag full with mine and Aayan's necessities.

"Lets go"i said when I noticed Fareeda standing by the door

"Mother said I should give this chocolates to Aayan so keep it and Father the car toy for him"Fareeda said handing over the shopping bag i saw earlier to me

"Masha Allah,we will surely visit them to deliver our big thank you
May Allah reward them with goodness"i said with an appreciative smile

"Ameen"she said smiling

I kept everything on the study table then we went outside to Kamal's car.

"Is everyone set?"Kamal asked

"Voom!"Aayan exclaimed

And we all laughed at Aayan's excitement.

When we arrived at the park I spotted Amina and Rachel first.

We exchanged pleasantries

Amina stretched out her hands for Aayan and he surprisingly went
The boy loves people

"Come meet us inside"Rachel said with a sly smile when Kamal refused to let go of the bag

Amina and Fareeda followed

"You can give me the bag now"i said stretching out my hands towards his

"Wait,come to my front and turn around"he said after I collected it and was about to walk away

"Kamal!"i exclaimed

"I am actually helping you"he said with a serious face

And i did just then I felt him his hands brushing on my shoulders gently

"Your big girl's short verse hand was showing"he said said after I faced him feeling awkward

And i covered my face with my palms feeling embarrassed again

When it rang in my brain he actually meant bra and i couldn't help but burst into laughs and he joined me.

After few seconds we stopped laughing then started looking at each other

"Mmmmm" we heard someone clear their throat

"Hello handsome"Zainab said with a very sweet voice surprising me

I gaped at her and she glared at me

"I will get going,take care of Aayan"Kamal whispered holding my hand in his and I smiled

"Nothing will happen to him in sha Allah"i said

Zainab rolled her eyes then she swayed away

"That was creepy"Kamal said grinning

"She's like that"i said then chuckled

"Come give me a good bye kiss"he said pulling me towards him again

"Bye Kamal!"i said after pulling away

And i heard his deep throat laugh as I walked away smiling

"There you are i was coming to get you"Ismail said after I approached them

"I was with Kamal"i said softly and he sadly sighed

"That is what stopped me"he confessed

I greeted my coursemates that we talk time to time then we all settled on the chairs as everyone discussed here and there

Snacks and drinks were served just then I noticed Fareeda was quietly staring at her phone far from our table

I saw Aayan eating calmly so i went to talk to her

"Fareeda"i placed my hand on her shoulder and she was startled because she was lost in thoughts

"What's wrong?"i asked feeling worried already

"It's Hashim,for the past few weeks i have been the one calling because I thought he might be busy but no actually I saw a picture of him attending an office party
He has time to attend party but not to see me
One week fa!if he is tired then he should just called off the engagement"she confessed with a cracking voice and I felt bad for her

"Don't say that,why don't you ask Kamal to talk to him since he doesn't want to talk"i suggested

"Just because he wanted to go somewhere with me and I said no
He said I was acting stubborn few arguments here and there.he started giving me attitude"she scoffed trying not to cry

"I really love him" she added

Is this what love does to people?

"Kamal will talk to him don't conclude her"I assured patting her shoulder

"Thank you"she said pulling me into a hug

"If you two are here then where is Aayan?"a voice asked and I quickly pulled out of the hug and glanced at our table but no Aayan

"I thought I left him at the table!"i exclaimed trying not to cry

"Don't worry it's a small park and we are the only ones here,maybe he is hiding some where"Ismail assured looking around

After a timeless searching,everyone was searching even Zainab

Maybe she wasn't that bad

I sniffed wiping my tears just then my phone rang

"Hello"a scary voice said after I answered

"Listen to me carefully....your son has been kidnapped
Tell your husband to call this number for the ransom or else we will send his dead body"he threatened

And i gaped tears rolling down my cheeks

"What!no!how is that possible?please stop this prank"i blabbed confusedly

"Mummy!"i heard Aayan exclaimed

"Aayan!"i called

"Mummy I love You!"he called before the line went dead

And that broke my heart even when he is scared that's what he could say

I am a bad mother,I knew I was not capable of all the responsibilities
I knew I was not

"Malak!what is wrong?"Fareeda asked shaking my shoulders

I quickly dailed Kamal's number

"Did you miss me so fast wife or you are calling me to give me that kiss?"he asked sounding so happy
And that caused me another heart break

"Kamal!Aayan has been kidnapped"i blurted

"How?how can you be so careless Malak?"he asked and he sounded angry

"Please save him"i pleaded sobbing

And he hung up

"Aayan has been kidnapped?"Fareeda asked

I nodded and they all gasped

Who could possibly do such a wicked thing?
And why?

Kai kidnap!!!!our Aayan 😣😭😢😭😢😢
I miss him already
Who could have done such thing?
Or maybe nobody
Maybe is just kidnappers looking for money
