"Have you packed her things?"Mother asked Fareeda

"Yes mother"she replied taking a sip of her drink

"I don't feel like letting you go dear"Mother said sadly

We were seated in Fareeda's room with Hashim's mother,anty Maryam and Mother's friend,Anty Aisha.

Yesterday night I received natural skin treatment it made my skin more softer.
I also had henna design and my hair was plaited into small plaits.

Now I am dressed in a fitted skirt and flay blouse
My head tie was tied beautifully by Fareeda.I was wearing a black material with dark blue rose design on it then my head was covered with a big dark blue veil.
My shoes were shinning sandals,I said no to heels.

I have medium make up because I told the make up artist to do so.
I decided to call home.

"As Salamu alaikum"inna answered after it rang thrice

"Wa alaikumus salam"I replied
"Inna, it's Malak"I added softly

"Malak,I was expecting your phone yesterday but your father disconnected the telephone"Inna explained

"I tried it,no wonder"I said sadly

"Yes,so are you a bride yet?"inna asked in a teasy tone

"No,they are yet to call"i replied feeling shy

"May Allah bless you with strength for the upcoming challenges"she prayed

"AMEEN,take care of yourself and everyone"I said with a sad smile

"You too"she said softly

I hung up and I smiled at mother sadly
"Its going to be okay"she mouthed

Mother's phone rang

"Hello"she said after picking up

"Really?"she asked with her eyes widened

She quickly hung up

"Malak,you are married "Mother announced
And I felt like the world has stopped
What have i done?

"Really?"Fareeda asked excitedly

"Masha Allah"Anty Maryam said

"Allah ya kawo chiki da goyo (May Allah bless you with children"Anty Aisha added

Children?with him?no way.

"Let's get her down"Mother said

"And bring her things"Anty Aisha reminded

Fareeda excitedly snapped selfies with me then mother sprayed more perfume on me.

I heard mother whisper some supplications on our way to the living room.

Anty Maryam,Anty Aisha and Mother gave me alot of advise concerning how to be a dutiful wife.

Few hours later,the males came back.
Kamal was dressed in a Black caftan then dark blue cap.
They planned it!

after exchange of pleasantries,they took my three luggages to kamal's car.

We snapped pictures and it was time for me to leave again

Within the last two and the half months this became my second home and I am leaving it
Again.

"I will come by more now"Fareeda assured biting her lip to prevent herself from crying because i told her not to.

"Take care of yourself"Fareed said sadly

"May Allah bless you"Father said softly,I whispered Ameen

"Don't hesistate to come by anytime Kamal becomes more annoying"Mother said

"We won't let her"Kamil joked

"Ango da Amarya (husband and wife)"Yusuf said

"May Allah bless your union"Uncle Ali prayed

"Ameen"they all said in unison

"Sai kun zo(till you come to the)reception"Fareeda said

I nodded trying not to cry

"Don't cry"Mother Said softly with tears in her eyes

"Okay thank you mother"I said smiling

"Kamal take care of her"Mother said to Kamal

"Of course your wish,my command"kamal said wiping her tears.

he surprisingly opened the door of the car for me

I entered,he raised my veil and placed it on my laps before closing the door.
Then he sat in the driver's seat

I waved at everyone as he drove away.

"Can you stop acting like a bride now?"he asked irritatedly

"Just let me be"I replied wiping my tears

"Oh this is just the beginning"he said laughing

"Kamal just keep quiet"I requested

"Okay then"he said softly

We arrived at uncle Ali's house shortly and he lead the way.

"My room is upstairs to the right,I'm going some where.if dad asks tell him you don't know
Get ready for the reception later"Kamal said

I ignored him about going upstairs when a hand pulled me back and my face hit his chest.

"You don't ignore me!"he shouted

"Let me go.you are hurt my wrist"I shouted hitting his chest

He lets me go then walked away

I left to his room or should I say our room.
I looked around
It was a simple room
But he had book shelf and full of books
I read the tittle
Medical books

I heard knock on the door.

I opened it to find Kamil and Hashim with my luggages

"Thank you"I said smiling

"Mother told you about the clothes she arranged in your closet right?"Kamil asked

"Yes,thank you.you all"I appreciated

They kept it near the closet

"Where is your ango? (Husband)"Hashim asked

"I don't know.don't worry he will come soon"I replied

"I hope so"kamil said
"Our house help,Raliyah.will come up soon"he added

"Okay"I said

They walked away but I left the door opened.

"Anty!"a voice called and I turned around to find this tall pretty young lady.

"Raliyah?"I questioned

"Yes"she answered

"How old are you?"I asked

"Nineteen"she replied smiling

"I am eighteen so please don't call me that"I informed

"Ok"she nodded
"I'm really glad Kamal married someone like you.
Beautiful and respectful"she gushed

"Awn Raliyah.get some rest then get ready we have reception to attend later"I informed
She nodded

She walked away closing the door behind her.

I need a fresh bath I said thoughtfully.

Immediately after I took my shower.I wore a pink and black dotted material but this time around it is gown,a mermaid gown.

I looked at my appearance at the mirror,it was fitted and it brought out my hips.
I was blessed with a pear shape,not too much chest but much hips.
I tied my head tie just the way Fareeda taught me then I applied my simple make up.

After isha prayer,I sprayed perfume and went in search of Raliyah

I found her in the kitchen dressed in a beautiful gown and bowl wrapped around her head.

"I was cleaning the place"she informed

"Oh has Kamal come back?"I asked

"Yes,but I think is ya Kamil.they confuse me"she replied confusedly

"Me too they did at the beginning but Kamal has a birth mark at the right side of his brows and beauty spot on his lips"I explained

"Ofcourse you would know.he is your husband afterall"she said smiling

I chuckled

"Malak"a voice called we turned around to find uncle Ali smiling

"Uncle Ali"I called

"I knocked at your door but you didn't open"he informed

"I might have fallen asleep"i said truthfully

"Kamal,your wife is here"Uncle Ali called

Kamal entered with an annoyed expression and I glared at him.

"Let's be going,they are all waiting for us"Kamal said

"Kamal you will go with your wife.I will come with Kamil and Raliyah"uncle Ali informed

Kamal nodded and then he walked out,I followed him
We left to Father's place

"You are suddenly quiet"he said

"Why?does it disturb you?"I asked

"No.just know you are not going receive any husband care"he informed

"For a doctor I'm starting to think you are dumb"I retorted

"Don't you dare act smart with me!"he growled

"Or what?"I asked with a smirk

He stopped the car abruptly.

Before I knew what was happening his lips was pressed on mine.

I pushed him and he went back to his seat with a smirk

"Taste sweet and smells like cherry"he commented

"You just took chemicals and who gave you the audacity to kiss me? "I shouted angrily
This man just kissed me

"Law did,i hate when teenagers act smart or talk too much.next time I will do worst"he warned licking his lips

"Suit yourself Kamal"I said softly wiping my lips with a tissue paper.

When we arrived at the house we exchanged pleasantries and snapped some selfies.

Took food,I received gifts.
They happily danced and discussed somethings around ten thirty pm we left.

"You are sleeping on the couch"he announced

Good!whats there in sleeping there and I don't even have to be close to him.

"I don't want to share a bed with you"I said

"Good"he said smirking and he laid on the bed

I carried the duvet and a pillow
I threw it on the couch then left to the bathroom to change into my night wear.

"What are you doung?"I asked eyeing kamal after coming out of the bathroom

He was shirtless!

"I sleep like this"he said nonchalantly

I tied my scarf tightly then I laid on the couch.
Suddenly the lights was out

"Why is it dark?"I asked in a panic tone

"I don't sleep with light"he replied then yawned

"I can't sleep in the dark"I informed

"Then don't sleep Malak!"he said in a sleepy tone

I got up to switch it on when he shouted"don't you dare.I could do worst than what I did in the car"he warned

"I hate you"I shouted

"I don't care"he replied

I laid back and kept turning and turning in the couch
I checked my phone and it was one am already.
I can't sleep,I closed my eyes tightly.

After what seems like forever I was welcomed into the dream land.
