Aaron: no you are not wrong older brother he and I along with Commander lightning used to go out onto the field and battle against the now for Celestial Warriors you see today... Ash if you will.

Ash/Commander Light: fine...

*Ash gets up from his seat to reveal him missing a wing and to be wearing a bunch of long-sleeve clothing*

Ash: as a member of the cosmic Council as old as you you know the basics on how we work but what you don't know is why we work like this the cosmic Council of serves as a tactic protector against everything against all criminals of course criminals against universities who cannot handle themselves as you know there are plenty of powerful entities to come out of the Multiverse those ranging from Universal power to the abilities to downright control the universe itself and even the essence of time and space... we serve as an equalizer to that Force if a universe cannot handle such a horse like that we ought to step in and take care of the problem as best as we can but what you don't know is that there are some problems out of our league for Celestial Warriors are a great example each one of them while yes individually their their own threat and power working no matter what universe or Multiverse they step into the problem is the Army's enforce their masks throughout the year give me them the same equal fighting force us Cosmic council do such is why we do not just go straight up barging into their doors to try to arrest them at that would be a death sentence and it would be a collateral damage on either side and leaving US Open to the other three for an attack... but there are even some greater than the costume Council the bouncer of the Multiverse they are some of the biggest threats we will ever encounter or some that we even have any record from these people are the great balancer in the Multiverse in stop it from collapsing in on itself... now some are more peaceful than others and some are easier to work with than others much like the Lord to the Multiverse system the only difference is we cannot some of them whenever we want to it is up to them and them alone when they choose to come we have records and some of them and what they're capable of and where they stand terms of cooperation with us... but sometimes that are just those that just want to watch..

Flame: so in other words you're saying there's a threat that can just as easily handled the entirety of the cosmic Council by themself?

Ash: precisely it's why we must have as many universes we can on our good side so we can get as much help we can to ensure these guys don't step out of line... if you wish after this you can look up the records on the ones we know of so far we don't know how many of them are there are how they got their powers but that's why we are to do with them that's so dangerous they're not label multiversal threats they're not even multiversal + no... they are a Cosmic level threats... and that's the work we deal with if one of them is getting out of control or unstable then we are to deal with that threat no matter what even if it costs your life under stood once you take this there is no going back...

Computer: of course I am do you honestly think anybody could just sort all these files day in and day out 24/7 no I have to do it... gosh guess people were right about your files and truly have no sense of humor...

Computer AI: She has cosmic abilities and great understanding of space allows her to manipulate it and warp it to her will can create a force field that are practically indestructible unless you yourself have the power to rival it she can bend reality to a species due to her spacial manipulation her magic has been shown to be some of the most capable and fighting but because of her passive nature she doesn't seem to be next states of combat compared to the others as she tends to get along pretty fun with the cosmic Council so long as we leave her and her Lumas of the alone.

Flame: she doesn't look that threatening... then again I should probably keep my guard up whenever I encounter her... next one.

Name: Eliminator: destroyer of universes

Other Names: Forgotton Nine, the Doomsday of universes, Alpha

Threat Level: Cosmic

Cooperation: chaotic neutral

Computer AI: arguably one of the most dangerous being in the Multiverse is Eliminator he was an eye from a different Multiverse that was destroyed instead of being a god of like this universes he was born as a god of destruction while his older brother is a god of creation while his older sister is the overseer he was the youngest out of the triplets at first he didn't like it roll and in fact hated that he had to destroy things one day something terrible happened to his universe and it was wiped clean leaving nothing but a white boy behind I was by himself all alone yeah no one or nothing but himself empty quiet void with him he tried getting out multiple times and failing every time eventually he started to go insane he started forgetting who he was and his will and humanity went away as well eventually he was nothing but forgotten then he snapped realizing that the only reason he survived cuz he was born with a purpose a purpose to eliminate everything he destroyed his entire Multiverse and moved on to the next ones eventually becoming a cosmic level threat while he isn't exactly an ally he's not exactly an enemy either as he doesn't tend to attack the cosmic Council as he's much smarter than he looks in more calculative then the others he has to do whatever he wants whenever he wants and we just tend to leave them alone in order to ensure the cosmic Council safety but he's someone we hope we don't run into very often he's capable of ripping reality and destroying it into pieces he has Cosmic destructive powers above those of other Cosmic beings and is arguably one of the more destructive ones in terms of powers became known as the embodiment of Destruction itself and eventually the doombringer of universes he has encountered his brother and sister who also survived many times but no longer holds the ones care and love he had for them instead rather torturing them and tried to kill them whenever he gets the chance the man who was once Nine was gone all of that was left now was a being that wants to eliminate everything... but no matter under any circumstances never let his destructive Springs touch you once they get ahold of their victims they will be controlled through their souls and bodies like puppets on a string these strings are very dangerous and known to be near indestructible unless one has the power to break it even those with very strong will are helpless against these strings once they wrap around you the only way to get them off if used to either have Eliminator himself get rid of them or have him lose control and focus as he can only Puppeteer five people at a time... I feel really bad and this guy.

Flame: a shame someone like him was was born in such a cruel environment unfortunately it's too late for him but it's why I doing the cosmic Council to ensure nothing like that happens to anyone else... next one

Computer AI: Adam comes from the same universe as Eliminator born as the god of creation he's the eldest the three children and the most experienced much like zero thumb the timeline which you are originating from command to Flame this fever was once strike hard and very intelligent however after the destruction of the universe he ended up Surviving by escaping to another Universe has lost their believing that everyone he once held dearly have died he was heartbroken and felt like a failure he was nothing he was but a Broken Man eventually some people found him quote on quote gave him the strength he needed to regain his confidence and as such he became newer he still maintains his strict personality time to time I still intelligent power he's more carefree and tends to be more happy than normal but after seeing what his little brother has became he had no choice but to go back to fighting once more while he's not the most skilled out of the Warriors as he tends to be more of a pacifist he would rather talk to his enemies rather than use his weapons or fights you can create practically anything that is near indestructible and has only been destroyed by beings who has the same power as him or just have the ability to destroy a reality he bends and fixes and distorts reality oftentimes but when he is with Eliminator the two of them are constantly getting into fights through out universes he tried to protect as many universes as he can and even as well as create them while he still holds some form of regret and sadness inside him he tends to try to push those feelings away but at the end of the day he always comes back to the same when he's alone you'll always find him in his realm crying to himself thinking what could have been if he would have went back to his universe before his brother became what he is now... this timeline it's so sad

Computer AI: she's the middle child to nine and zero family in this timeline and is known as the overseer of the Multiverse ever since the destruction of her universe she's been trapped in limbo forced to watch her brother's trying to kill each other every day she have the ability to bypass practically anything she stated to have nearly all-knowing knowledge but there are some things she just doesn't understand she's known to be the one to watch overall timeline but mainly nine and zero timelines as a reminder of what her family could have been had that tragedy never happened while her abilities or unknown it's clear she knows how powerful she is and doesn't tend to fight very often and it's hard to tell on whose side she's on

Flame: wait a minute timeline what do you exactly mean by timeline?

Computer AI: well as you know a timeline is a universe and that what's the flow of time controls the event time and places everything commonly universes are known to have time line where you go back to the past and you can undo what you do well in this center of the Multiverse it doesn't work like that some beings that live in this part of the Multiverse are unaffected by change it to pass examples such as the four Celestial Warriors the rising criminals 9 and 0 and their entire universe Commander lightning since he was born in this sector of the Multiverse essentially anybody born in this Multiverse instead rather a different universe will be created throughout that outcome this universe works on the Multiverse Theory being that with one action you create a new universe of what could have been multiverses are created by a timeline which is created with big changes in event this timeline seems to be that Nine was never a god of light or Zero was never a God of Darkness they are infinite amount of timelines these and somewhere you never joined the cosmic Council...

Flame: I see but who is in charge of keeping track of all these timelines then?

Computer AI: that will be the embodiment of time himself father time and quite noticeably the next guy on our list

Computer AI: Crovos is a being that was created from time energy throughout the Multiverse when is the May to make sure but time doesn't collapse on itself and has to maintain the balance with space his powers are mostly based on time so you have a good idea and understanding on how powerful and what he can do since he is time.

Flame: these people are really dangerous and see why the cosmic Council was created to begin with now...

Flame was about to leave until he saw a locked file

Flame: wait a minute whose files are that?

Flame: I'm sorry but these files are only allowed to four people in the entire Cosmic Council even know even with someone that you are ranking can never know who this person was as history's trying to forget what he's done and who he is...

Flame walked out of the room as the guards came back and went to protect in the room again flame was walking back to his quarters he started thinking to himself

Flame:*thinking* only three people in the entire Cosmic Council I think I might have a good idea on who the first one is I know I shouldn't be looking into this but I just got to know... but those threats are a strong as they were on those computers something tells me the Multiverse is a much bigger place than I thought.

( and there you go this was a lot of little reveal to how things work in my universe that I created and I dropped a hint for a certain character that will be introduce later down into the series I wonder if you'll catch on I will also be publishing a separate book revealing the designs of of some of the cosmic threat I said in this chapter find ways to feel so good to be writing back on this site and I hope I get to see you all next time)
