You look at your map again and walk down the halls of your new school. You couldn't fall asleep yesterday, so you just walked around the neighborhood.

You look around to find your desk and sit down on it, you find the table very messy and decide to clean it up. After cleaning the table, you drop your head on the table and try to get some rest. You tried, that is, until you felt someone tapping your shoulder.

"Go away" You mutter, not wanting to get up.

"(Y/N)..."

Who is this person? Can't she see you're trying to rest? You lift your head up annoyed only to be met with the shock of your life.

"I-I, Y-you..." you stutter, unable to form words. The girl just raises an eyebrow at you.

Finally, you are able to form words "MAKI NISHIKINO?!" You shout making everyone look at you.

"Yes, that's my name. "Maki says annoyed and blushing slightly. "Please quiet down..."

"No, this isn't possible..." you say to yourself.

Maki just looks at you as confused as you are.

You start banging your head on the table in hopes of waking up from this crazy dream.

"H-hey! Stop that! What do you think you're doing?!" Maki says.

You stop banging your head and take a good look at her this time.

"Stop staring at others...It's not polite." she says a tint of red on her cheeks.

You smile idiotically at her and hug her. She's been your favorite idol in all of U's. If you were able to meet her in your 'dream', you were going to enjoy every single second of it.

She pushes you away stuttering and blushing "W-What's wrong with you?!"

"Huh?"

"I still dislike you very much."

"Dislike me? For what?"

"You know very well for what!"

"I haven't even met you before."

"(Y/N)! Stop joking around! Your usual jokes are already enough."

You look at her dumbfounded as she looks angrily at you. You try to say something but the bell stops you. You watch as she walks back to her seat.

*Time skip*

You are riding home using the bike you found by the house when you see Maki getting pulled by some strangers. Oh no...they look like trouble... As you guessed, Maki was looking very uncomfortable with the men.

Those idiots. You ride up to them and kick one of them in the face.

"You brat!" One of the guys shout before backhanding you in the face.

"Ugh, ow!" You stagger backwards holding your face.

"(Y/N)!" Maki shouts.

The pain feels way to real to be in a dream, but you can care less about that right now, all you care is that you want to save Maki. You charge again at one of the guys hitting them, then quickly grab Maki and ride your bike far from here. You are panting when you finally stop.

"M-Maki, you alright?"

Maki looks to the side with cheeks blushing "Yes, what about you? You were the one hit. Not me."

"This?" You grin "This is nothing, I- ow! Ow! Ow!" You shout in pain as Maki touches your cheek.

She looks at you with a 'really' face as you look back sheepishly.

"Come on, I'll get my dad to look at you."

Maki leads you to a hospital, walks a flight of stairs and a bunch of corridors before she stops in front of a door. She knocks on it before entering. You walk in after her.

"Hey Maki, how's- eh?"

You look up to see the doctor from before. "Huh?"

*Timeskip*

"So thats whats happening...it explains why (Y/N) is acting so weird."

You lift your head up as you hear your name being mentioned.

"Yes, the amnesia seems like it has taken quite a toll on her..."

"Well, its better than the original." You could hear Maki grumble under her breath.

"Um," you ask, unsured. "Dr. Nishikino...last time you said "anything to help a friend's child", do you know my dad?"

He smiles warmly "Of course! He's the most uptight business man I've ever seen" he chuckles " And although I do tell him to take time of his work to spend it with you...he doesn't listen."

"I see...does that mean I live alone?"

"Yes, you technically live alone. "

"What about my mom?"

"Er, you see, well, she died in an accident..."

"Oh." You say before a sharp pain ingulfes your head causing you to clutch it tightly.

"(Y/N)!" Both Maki and Dr.Nishikino shout.

"My head!" You manage to get out before darkness surrounds you.
