"Louis William Tomlinson!" Jay yelled from downstairs. The teen huffs and rolls his eyes, quickly glancing to the mirror at his outfit.
Good enough, Louis thought.
He unlocks his door and runs down the stairs, tripping on the last step, but quickly caught his balance. He flushes and looks at the time on his phone, not noticing the other people in the room.
"Mum I'm going out-"
"No, you're staying in." Jay declares.
Louis looks up from his phone about to protest, but immediately stops when he sees his ex boyfriend's family.
"We have guests over sweetie." His mother gave him a warming smile. Jay wanted to inform her son about the them coming over, but she didn't want for him to freak out and run out on her, so she decided to let him know at last minute.
Louis gives Anne and Robin a hug, the both of them greeted the blue eyed teen they adored plenty while Harry leaned against the wall, attitude radiating off of him.
"Ma, I promised the girls that I was going to meet up with them." Louis exclaims. He turns around hearing footsteps coming down the stairs.
"Lottie.." Louis mutters.
Lottie looks at Jay, eyes wide like she was a deer caught in headlights and bites her lip nervously. The teenage girl was wearing a tight dress, her makeup and hair on point.
"And where do you think you're going young lady?" Jay snapped at Lottie. "You're not leaving this house. We have guests over." She repeats.
Lottie smiles and waves at the family, they exchange hello's back to the teenage girl, Harry still wasn't interested in talking.
"Are you going on a date?" Louis teases his sister. Lottie scolded him, hitting the back of his head.
"I'm going out with my friends." She said, flashing a too polite smile.
"Yeah right, who goes out with friends looking like that?" Louis points to his little sister's outfit, smirking.
"At least I have friends." She gave him a fake smile.
"You're not going out kids!" Jay yelled, shaking her head. "No friends, no going out! No nothing!"
"No!" Both the siblings protested.
"I have friends to go out with!" Lottie stomps her foot.
"I promised I'd go with the girls tonight mother!" Louis huffs.
"Why does everyone want to go out?" Anne chimes in. "Harry tried to go too." She says, pointing at her son whose watching everything unfold in front of his eyes.
Harry wasn't surprised with Lottie and Louis' behavior, the two always went back and forth, angering one another by the second that passed by.
"Well at school everyone will be at this lake and people will gather around the campfire and just talk about the good times or whatever." Louis explained to both mothers, Robin listens too.
"I don't believe you Louis, you have lied to me many times. How can I trust you? Same goes for Lottie." Jay raises her eyebrows.
"Not true.." Louis hesitantly says.
Harry furrows his eyebrows, he didn't know that the famous Louis Tomlinson lies to his mom. He was such a good boy when they first met, too scared to rebel every once in a while.
"It is Lou." Anne laughed. One time, Louis stayed overnight at her house when Jay went out of town, and he told Anne that he was going to a friend's house when he really went out to party.
"I," Louis pauses, huffing. "I can't believe I'm saying this, but you can ask Harry. He knows, right Harry?" Louis spat his name out like he would with gum.
"Louis isn't lying. He's telling the truth. Can I please go mum?" Harry begged Anne, tugging on her arm.
"I'll think about it." She answered. Lottie and Louis exchange looks, glaring.
"I hate you." She said, walking off.
"I hate you more."
Everyone got themselves settled at the dinner table, conversing and eating while doing so. Louis was acting interested the entire time, hiding his phone underneath the table and texting his friends secretly.
"So Lou, babe, what college are you going to go to?" Anne asked, cutting up the steak on her plate.
The moms and Robin, along with Louis' other siblings were mainly speaking, the three teenagers weren't really on the social side they just wanted to get out with their friends.
Louis jumped up from his seat as he heard the doorbell ring. He ran to the door and opened it, revealing Lauren. She pushes him aside and walks inside his house, entering the dining room.
Louis closes the door and follows behind her. She runs up to Jay, hugging her from behind, and kisses her cheek.
"Hi mom." Lauren giggled. "How are you?" She asks.
"I'm great. How-"
"Holy shit!" Lauren yelled. The whole table faces Lauren, eyes wide at her outburst. The raven haired girl gazed at Harry, left speechless.
The last thing she expected to see was Harry in Louis' house, she wouldn't be surprised if Louis hasn't tried killing the curly haired boy yet.
"Watch you language Lauren." Phoebe whined, covering her ears. The Tomlinson's knew Lauren always had a potty mouth, she wasn't going to ever stop it, that's what Louis loved about her.
"We have to go mum. Bye love you." Louis announces quickly and grabs Lauren by the hand. Lottie was quick to make her way out the dining room trailing behind the two best friends.
During the dinner, Jay agreed to the two oldest siblings to go out, only if they stayed for dinner for a bit.
"Hey kids!" Anne calls out, just as they were about to walk out of the front door. Louis walks backwards, licking his lips when he enters the dining room again.
"Can you take Harry with you? He needs a ride since his car got taken up." She asks causing Harry to go red.
"I," Louis frowns, staring at Harry. "I'm sure he can walk." He fakes a smile.
"Louis, don't be mean now." Jay scolded.
"Fine." Louis agreed, rolling his eyes. He didn't even bother covering up his attitude. Louis wasn't comfortable being in the same car as Harry, he was such a dick to him.
Harry on the other hand was majorly pissed that his mother did such a horrible thing to him.
