It was a breezy day with rays of sunshine pecking out of the clouds from time to time. I was sitting in a tree to escape my family for a while. I could say that the forest is like a second home to me because of the time I spend here. As time flew by I noticed that it was getting darker by the minute. I jump off the branch I was on and started making my way through the forest. I usually go to the cliff to see the sunset. As I climb the rocks and trees to get there I look around. Making sure no one followed me, Since our kingdom is at war I take a knife with me everywhere I go.I have always been the nature lover of the family. I also only have one close friend. My family can be annoying especially L- " Hey Adora! " 

I turn around quickly and throw my knife at the person that was behind me. Turns out it wasn't someone I didn't know, It was Liam. Liam dodges the knife with ease like it didn't take much. My knife hits the tree. He walks to get the knife and turns to me. " You know... That's a waste of weapons, But nice try " he says with a smirk plastered on his face. " Tch, What are YOU doing here?! " I glance at him with a cold stare. He must have sensed the sarcasm in my voice because he answered " oh, I can't see my dear sister anymore? ".This is why I never liked my brother! We have always fighted over stuff, No matter how big or small it was. Like most siblings we had rivalry, As I am the younger one and Liam the older one. 

" Shouldn't you be with a boy or something? " I ask trying to be calm because the last thing I needed was another conflict with my brother. " Well.... I didn't really feel like going out tonight with anyone, So I thought why not go see the sunset and here I am! " as those words come out of his mouth. His hands were doing some weird movements like throwing them up for dramatic effect. I lift my eyes from his hands and into his eyes. 

Our eyes are the color Turquoise just his are darker and more slender then mine. The eyes are the only thing that makes us unique. Well scratch that, Me more unique since I'm not that interesting. Unlike my brother I'm shy and smart technically the " Loner " of the school. While Liam is cool and outgoing and has his title is " Popular ". No one understands how were related but either way we are. We both have really light blonde hair. Like it shines under the sun, It practically white. Me and Liam have only two things in common and that's fighting, And mostly being Bi - Sexual.

" What do you need Liam? " with an impatient tone. He looks surprised but then curves his lips into a smirk. " You were always to smart for your own good! " I look deeper into his eyes seeing if he actually meant it. " Just answer the god damn question! " " Ok, ok " he answers back. He looked a little scared. I wondered why but who cares! " Look Adora you might not like this but our parents wanted me to tell you something... " he eyes now warmer and his face more relaxed. " Ok spit it out then! " my tone was aggressive and a hint of meanness in it. He gulps and opens his mouth. And the words that came out of his mouth hit me like an avalanche of rocks.
