You're My Mother And I'm Your Daughter
White here!! Sorry for not updating, but you gotta admit that this book needed to be cooled down xD
Anyway, hope you enjoy~
Serena's POV
I can hear two voices echoing in my mind, they keep on trying to reach for me, calling me to wake up.
But I don't want to for some reason, my mind wants to but my heart doesn't. It's like I don't want to wake up anymore. It's just been over 10 days and I'm feeling as if I'm disappearing, but why am I alright with the idea of disappearing now?
Was it because of that memory?
The voices began getting louder and louder, and as it gets louder I begin to stir up. I saw a bright white light as if it was trying to blind me, but that light soon disappears as two figures blocks it with their heads.
I fix my gaze on their faces and their face showed concern and worry for me. I slightly smiled at the two, Ash smiled but the woman did not, or should I say mom?
No, she probably doesn't remember me...
But what if she does?
"Are you okay Serena? You're not hurt are you?" Ash asked with concern in his voice, I slowly nodded in response as my gaze went to my mother.
"You were badly hurt, but lucky for you the moon was out" she said in such a caring tome that I could have sworn my heart skipped a few beats, it made me feel nostalgic, and it made me feel....complete.
"Why am I exactly lying on the grass under a full moon?" I asked trying to ease the uneasy tension coming from the two who were staring deeply into my soul.
"I don't exactly get it either, but this woman saved you by playing a flute and the moon was glowing and it was like healing you" Ash explained, even though I didn't get it, I sorta got what he was trying to say.
I smiled at the woman and she looked hurt as if just looking at me gave her pain.
But I didn't want to lose this chance, but what should I do? What should I say actually?
Hi! I'm Serena! Your daughter that disappeared 19 years ago! Wouldn't that freak her out? As far as I know, she thinks that I'm dead or somewhere far from this planet to protect whatever thingy that made me leave.
The woman stared deeply into my soul and I did the same, I could have sworn Ash was just standing looking at the two of us wondering what we were doing.
"You..remember me?" She asked and years began forming in her eyes, I felt weird all of a sudden, a sudden pain coarser through my body and I started to cry out of the blue. I slowly nod and looked at Ash from the corner of my eye and saw him looking at us in concern.
"Serena, do you really remember who I am??" Her voice croaked as her body trembled right infront of me, I wanted to hug her, I wanted to tell her I do but...
What would I do if I said yes?
What would happen next after that?
I know nothing about her and I know nothing about myself..
She is my mother and I am her daughter, but it feels like we are complete strangers just by the looks of it.
What should I do??
Heeeeeyyyy~~~~
So, what should Serena do?
Would she tell her mother "Yes"?
Or
Should she say "No"?
Find out in the next chapter ^-^
Sorry for the short chapter :( I'm trying my best to update and it's hard for me to do so because my family keeps going out of town.
