Me as a writer...

What do I think when writing and stuff?

Well, for starters... (GRAMMARS ASIDE.) The *plot is obviously important, hey, I don't like it when my story is as SMOOTH AS THE DAMN GRAND CANYON RAPIDS. OKAY?!

Next, it's the *characters! OC's or any characters in general are very critical to a story, especially when you want the readers to FEEL. We don't like complex stories alone, its Fucking boring! Its the **characters** that we want to see them get through a tough challenge/journey that will certainly transform them in the end.

*Tip: When making a story/OC in general, you want to make your readers feel. Right?? Well, character development is highly important. (EHEM... SHAMALAN... THE DIRECTOR FOR MANY BAD MOVIES).

Anyhow, the upcoming thing... Is my own writing style I guess...

To be completely honest, this isn't my best work either. Its actually the "poetry bullshit" that is in it.

We all know this.

To be a good writer, you want to describe the atmosphere, the surroundings, or even the setting.

What makes it my best work?

This one chapter in particular describes the horrific, and frightening parts of a gruesome prison.

Speaking of which...
These are basically... THE MAIN FACTORS TO MAKING A GOOD HORROR FIC.

HOW?!?!

There's obviously a good plot, but!.... characters, you want to make your reader feel worried of what might happen to them and want to see the OCs make it through!
Ex. "Aliens" who wouldn't want to see the whole crew survive?

THE ATMOSPHERE...
Ooh! What chills!
An environment that's so disgusting or (it doesn't even have to be gross) unsettling will surely make your readers be riveted to the edge of their seats! Biting on their nails and shivering!!

Welp! That's about it guys, I don't want to tag anyone, seeing that I don't want to bother them. And I sincerely apologize for the other stories taking SO LONG TO UPDATE.
