POV Elsa

It looks like a whirling wind inside my tea cup. After circling the spoon round and round I saw how the liguid started rotating. “Thank you for the tea North,” I smiled and glance up at him.

“THANK YOU FOR THE TEA NORTH!” A voice roared inside North’s shop and I chuckled. I look around me. There’s Thor sitting with his knees together on a couch. Then there’s a man who introduced himself as Ironman, he has that weird glowing thing in his chest and he is leaning against the support pole. Ironman or Tony Stark as I prefer to call him is mixing his tea with a spoon and then he rubs his chin while looking around North’s place.

I cleared my throat and I cooled down my tea with my hands creating frost around the edges.

“Nice trick,” a man laughed and I nodded my head to him. He was wearing colors of red, blue and white. They called him Captain America.

“Thank you Steve,” I grinned and the man flinched because of my words.

“So how could these Avengers help us out in our problem, mate?” Bunnymund groaned and glared at one silent man. Dr. Banner sighed and turned around, placing his tea on the table.

“We should remain calm, there’s no point in being angry,” Banner said to Bunny.

“Yes and you would need a full house renovation if you anger Dr. Banner,” Stark laughed and stared at Dr. Banner.

“And why is that?” North asked. A yeti started approaching Dr.Banner.

“Well he sure isn’t a little green man like some elf,” Stark said mischievously and sipped his tea.

“That’s enough Tony. Let’s say that I can turn into a monster,” Banner sighed and took his tea cup.

“Banner, I’m sure that a nice man like you can’t be anything so monstreous and trust me. I know what it means when you feel yourself being a monster,” I smiled. I felt an airwave passing me and I see how Jack flew to sit next to me, he placed his hand on my shoulder.

“Els, you do know that you’re not a monster?” Jack smiled to me.

“I do now,” I replied smiling.

“Yes but you have no idea what I can turn into,” Banner said and his lips narrowed.

From corner of my eye I saw how Sandy started signaling with his dreamsand. Above his head I saw how a figure of Banner appeared and then it changed into something large and muscular. It started throwing things around. I glance back at Banner.

Banner was staring at Sandy and then he sighed, “Precisely like that.”

“Cool! Some badass demolishing muscle man! ”Jack laughed and I elbowed him. “Owww,” Jack groaned.

“A Hulk,” Stark grinned.

“Hulk?” North asked. Now the yetis were backing up from Banner.

“Anger launches my transformation. I can go out of control and destroy things,” Banner smiled faintly.

“So why a lady like you would say that she’s a monster?” Steve asked politely.

“I once froze a whole kingdom and almost killed my own sister. Then they chased me, wanting me dead but.. then I realized that love was my salvation,” I smiled and look down at the cup. “Banner, there might be a salvation for you too,” I whispered and look at him.

“So we need to trust with them?” A man said, stepping out from the shadows.

“Nice for you to join us Hawkeye,” Stark grinned and I see how a woman walks in with them.

“Oh, Natasha,” Steve stood up and went to shake her hand.

“Who are they?” Bunnymund asked from Jack who shrugged his shoulders.

“Part of Avengers,” Thor spoke.

“Mmhmm.. so what are the Avengers?” Jack snapped.

”We fight for the good of humanity,” Steve said and turns to look at Jack.

“So these are the new friends of yours. Thor.. I guess that the big guy here is Jack Frost. He has the white hair and blue eyes you spoke of,” Hawkeye smirked and went to give his hand to North.

“No, that’s--,” Thor started.

“North, that’s North. I’m Jack Frost,” Jack said as he stood up. Hawkeye looks at Jack in shock, his lips parted and he let out a confused sound.

“Yeah he is a bit skinny,” Thor sighed.

“HEY!” Jack groaned and glared at Thor.

“This kid is the one who should use that weird blue lightning and defeat Loki?” Hawkeye gasped and looks at the other Avengers in misbelieve.

“I’m over hundred years old,” Jack mumbled. His hand squeezed his staff angrily.

“Hah, how would you be?” Hawkeye laughed.

I cleared my throat and I stood up. Everyone’s attention got into me. “Well technically my husband was 21 when he saved me from drowning. I was six years old at that time. Then he vanished for years and I saw him again when I was 20 but he hadn’t aged for even a single year even though his technical age was 37. Now it has been about 100 years since the day I died, just over 80 years old,” I sighed and everyone stared at us.

“So that will make him as--,” I continued.

“I’m around 195 years old, give or take,” Jack mumbled and shrug his shoulders.

“Whoa, a grandpa,” Steve laughed and Jack glared at him.

“Well, Mr America is also quite old, he died around World War 2,” Stark said in bothered way.

“I didn’t die, I was frozen,” Steve groaned.

Jack started laughing.

“What’s so funny?” Natasha asked and placed her hand on her hips.

“Frozen! Haha! You’re talking to the experts of winter business,” Jack bursted into wild laughter and held his stomach. I chuckled to his actions.

“Anyway--,” Thor interrupted. “This kid is the one that can defeat Loki. They share the same mischievousness and ability to withstand cold. However, he possesses the lightning that might be the key,” Thor looked at Jack who flushed because of the attention.

Suddenly we heart  a bell clinking and then we turned our attention to Sandy who was shaking an elf furiously. “What is it Sandman?” Bunny asked.

Sandy started pointing at the world globe. Darkness was spreading, the golden lights of the children in different cities of the world were turning pitch black. “The nightmares are taking over?” Jack gulped and flew to the globe. His hand went over Burgess and I saw that he was hurting to witness such a thing.

“Yes, it seems so,” I went to Jack and I wrapped my arms around his waist. His hand touched mine.

“How can we stop the nightmares?” Bunny asked and rubbed his arm.

Then the moon shone it’s light down and everyone gathered into center of the globe room. “Manny has something to say,” North whispered.

“Okay.. So you have a leader like we have Fury?” Stark asked as he walked down.

“Manny as Man in the Moon,” I replied as I stared at the sight. This doesn’t happen often, him speaking with us.

“Umm.. you talk to some tiny green men in the moon,” Stark said sarcastically and turned to look at Thor. “Did you bring us into some nutcase place?” Stark raised his voice.

“Shhh,” North hushed them and then the blue light of the moon showed us something.

“Toothiana… and --,” North said.

“The kids!” I gasped and her hand squeezed my arm.

“So Manny thinks that--,” Bunnymund started.

“Maybe they know something?” Jack whispered.

”Let’s send the signal, Toothiana will come,” North told us while he went to turn a handle. It made a wave of colors burst out and spread to the night sky. Everyone sighed in amazement as the vibrant colors started dancing on the sky, glowing and being beautiful. They were Northern lights.

POV Lili

Ethan and I were collecting the tubes of the children of Burgess. According the plan we should help the children wake up with some of their good childhood memories. I really hope that the plan will work.

I raised to my toes as I tried to reach one of the highest tooth containers. My fingers almost touched the edge when I got tripped to my feet and I almost fell to floor. A gust of wind twirled around me and then I felt a gentle pressure around my waist. Then I looked over my shoulder and I saw Ethan supporting me.

My cheeks flushed and I quickly got my balance back. “Thanks,” I mumbled and tucked my hair behind my ear. I look at Ethan as he jumps to air and takes the tube down, giving it to me while grinning.

“I.. I thought that you couldn’t do that,” I whispered.

“Do what?” He smiled and ruffled his hair.

“Fly.”

Ethan blushed and rubbed his neck. ”Well… neither did I until I was about to be punched by my angry cousin Alexander. I kinda jumped back and flew backwards, just few inches but I’ve never done it before. I just wonder if,” Ethan said and I could notice how his thoughts trailed off.

“Think what?”

“Aleah! Come here!” Ethan shouted as he saw Aleah passing us. She was taking a lap full of memory tubes into a basket in the center of Tooth Palace.

“Just a moment!” Aleah shouted back and ran to the basket. Gently she placed the tubes on the bottom and came to us.

“What’s up,” Aleah grinned and looks at me and Ethan.

“I was wondering.. “ Ethan whispered.

“You want flying lessons? SURE! I mean it’s awesome that you can do it too now!” Aleah smiled and stared at Ethan in amazement.

“No… Can you do ice or snow?” Ethan said carefully and Aleah frowned.

“You know very well Ethan that I can’t,” Aleah whispered.

“Try,” Ethan replied. His eyes were anxious.

“Fine,” Aleah rolled her eyes. “Ummm.. how do you do it?” She laughed nervously.

Ethan sighed and turned to look at me. He bit his bottom lip as he circled his hand in the air three times and then waved it sideways.  I gasped when a single snowflake flew towards me, landing on my nose and slowly melted away.

“Okay,” Aleah said and tried the same.

A snowflake. She created a snowflake. I glance at Ethan who stands there dumbfounded as Aleah starts to scream in excitement.

Toothiana, Alexander and Rose arrived quickly. “What’s going on?” Alexander shouted as he was still running.

“I can do it!” Aleah giggled.

“Do what?” Rose panted out as she leaned to her knees. She placed the tubes that she was holding to floor.

Aleah waved her hand in the air and it started snowing. Alexander stared at his sister and then he inhaled deeply.

“Dude, he has your power,” Alexander gasped and stared at Ethan.

Ethan shook his head, “No. I think that now we both have same power as Jack Frost himself has, our ancestor.”

“Okay. So I’m powerless for some reason. It’s okay, I’m fine with it. Really,” Alexander said sarcastically.

“I like you anyway,” Rose giggled and made Alexander blush. They entwined their hands together and I glance down at Ethans hand. It looks so delicate with those thin finger’s of his. My front finger flinched as for a moment of unclearness I was about to take his hand into mine.

“That’s really great but c’mon guys! We need to continue!” Toothiana laughed nervously and flew to instruct her fairies.

“You heard the lady,” Ethan grinned and slapped his hands together. Again we spread out.

Ethan was taking the tubes out on the highest place. I walk to him and then he lands down. He is holding a pile of tubes.

“Umm.. Ethan?”  I laughed nervously as I approached him. He glances at me with his sparkling blue eyes and he gives me a sly smile.

“What is it?” He replied.

“Thanks for the earlier when you flew me here. I couldn’t have done it otherwise,” I whispered.

“No problem,” Ethan said blankly as he placed the tubes into a basket that some little fairies flew to us. Then they left to collect more tubes from Aleah, Alexander and Rose.

“I mean… thank you,” I said again, taking couple more steps towards him.

“Umm. .. you already said thanks?” Ethan grinned and took one tube from above his head.

“Why are you such a flirt with girls?” I asked as I went closer.

“Huh? Umm.. . to make a certain girl notice me,” Ethan whispered and tried to avoid eye contact.

“What if the girl always wished that the boy would stop playing with other girls? What if seeing him playing house with other girls and then when growing older dancing with them.. it actually hurt her feelings?” I said with my cheeks burning up. Now Ethan turned to confront me.

“What if… if the guy was shy and thought that she hated him?” Ethan said quietly and his eyes were looking around like finding an escape route.

“And.. the girl loved him too much? So much that it crushed her to see him doing things like that? Then she neglected his tries to approach?” I said. My heart was pounding inside my chest wildly.

“What if he says that he is sorry and he loves her?” Ethan said quietly and started walking towards me. The closing sight of his made my heart flutter.

“It would be nice,” I said quietly and I gulped.

“Sorry,” Ethan said as his hand cupped my cheek. My heart started fluttering and my lips parted for a response.

Then I couldn’t response. In next second his lips formed the words, ‘I love you’ and then he pressed his lips against mine. My head felt dizzy as he was kissing me. His lips felt so soft against mine and they had cooling affect. My hand went around his neck as he embraced me.

This feels… good.

As we parted for air I chuckled a bit. While I was still panting I said the words to him, that he wanted to hear so badly as I wanted to.

“I love you Ethan.”
