POV Jack

The Northern lights were lid when I had visited North Pole. Everything is going wrong and all because I let myself be dwelling in despair. I lost my core and now the lord of fear, the nightmare king has so much power. Now I need to fix it, this can’t go on like this.

Suddenly  I felt an odd feeling. My heart is beating fast when I realize the source. It’s coming from Burgess.

I flew to my old home town quickly and I hid myself in a tree. I look at the town, the streets a lighten up by street lamps that are the only source of light during night.

Then I saw them. The nightmare horses and creatures. So many of them and circling around homes. I need to get help soon.

I got back to Lili’s place and I found them having a tea party with Thor. I cleared my throat quickly.

“Jack!” Aleah cheered and I walk inside the living room.

“I’m sorry to interrupt but we need to go. I saw big time trouble in Burgess, its infested by nightmares,” I spoke quickly and I felt angry on the inside.

We acted quickly as we all got outside. Then I see North’s slay landing down.

“North! Let’s go to Burgess! The creatures are there!” I shouted and North nodded. Bunnymund was holding on the sleigh with his life.

Soon we arrived into Burgess. I used a snowglobe with Elsa and the kids.

“Okay so some keep the nightmare things busy while Jack and North stop Pitch and--,” Aleah started explaining her plan. My eyes widened as some horses approached us.

“Watch out!” I shouted as I shot my ice power at one horse that was trying to attack on Aleah. She jumped up into air.

“Wow. On the other hand. EVERYONE! Just do something!” Aleah screamed.

Ethan shot couple horses into piles of sand and I stopped few horses going inside a house.

“Oh, Frost is back,” I heard Pitche’s voice laughing. I gulped when I saw him floating above.

He had an army. Thousands of horses that started galloping down when he was laughing. The whole sky went dark when the horses covered the moon.

“TRY TO HOLD ON!” I yelled.

Thor’s lightning strikes split the air and he swung his hammer at the creatures, destroying them.

Elsa was moving smoothly and piercing the creatures with her ice spikes. She protected North who was using his swords.

The kids were working as a group. Ethan was using his ice power and Aleah was circling around a horse, distracting it while Ethan shot at it. Ethan kept himself close to Lili who was trying to stay safe. She had found some pipe that she used to smack the horses.

Then I heard screams and shouts. I saw how North is getting beaten by pack of horses, Bunny and Sandy try to help him but something odd happens to them too. It looks like they’re battling against some invisible enemy and then the horses managed to hurt them.

“Loki. It’s Loki’s doings,” Thor shouted.

“Get my friends out! And the kids!” I yelled as I pointed towards Ethan and others.

Then I saw a guy going towards the kids but a horse stopped me from following. I see how Ethan jumps in front of Lilli and gets shot by the man. Ethan fell down, yelling about him not being able to see.

I tried to push the horse from me but I wouldn’t manage to get there in time.

“I’m going to get them! “ Toothiana shouted and she flew down from the sky. She was holding a snow globe as she fly down. Her feathers were all bloody.

“Tooth!” I shouted as Pitch shot her with nightmare arrow. Tooth screamed in pain and I saw her wings getting broken. She fell to ground and then I couldn’t see anything anymore.

Suddenly I see something sparkling and the three horses vanished from top of me. I see Elsa’s concerned face as she pulls me up. “Thank god you’re alive. We should retreat, we’re over run,” Elsa said in panic.

“Look out!” I shouted as I pushed her aside. Pitch had shot his arrow towards her. Quickly I rolled away but I saw how the man called Loki used his power to throw Elsa back. She passed out on the ground and I stumbled on my feet as I tried to get up as fast as I could.

“Hello Jack,” I heard an evil voice and then I turned to lay on my back. I gulped when I saw the nightmarish version of Elsa. Made from nightmare sand. She had a nightmare spear on her hand and I raised my hands in front of me as she lifted the spear up. I readied myself for being stabbed by the tip of the spear.

Suddenly the nightmare sand version of Elsa exploded and I heard laughter. I look towards my wife, she is still laying on the ground and I try to crawl to her when I got myself turned back to my stomach again.

I see how someone lands in front of me and I look up. My eyes flash open. It’s Pitch. Quickly I stood up and I picked up my staff while panting.

“We don’t need my nightmare sand versions of her anymore it seems. May I introduce, a bigger mischievous spirit than you, my relative.. Loki, who is the one that just destroyed my product of art of your wife that I did from nightmare sand” Pitch laughed and a man with shoulder length black straight hair walked forward. He was wearing black clothes like Pitch did.

I saw a devious smirk crawling on Loki’s face and he bowed to me. I clenched my staff in my hands. This is the person who Thor warned me about. They both backed away from me as I glared at them angrily. They seemed amused.

“I suggest that you surrender, I might accidentally hurt you,” I spat out as I frowned. Loki started laughing and then I saw Pitch turning into his sand. He was trying to get away.

“NO WAY!” I roared as I ran forward.

“Frost boy trying to run?” Loki cheered and then I felt something hitting me. It caused air leaving my lungs. I’m gasping as I look behind of me, where that fast figure went.

My eyes widened, there was Elsa. She held her legs wide, her other hand pointed at me and she was gritting her teeth. “Why?” I gasped.

“You’re pathetic,” Loki said in satisfaction. I see Elsa getting ready to send a ice spike towards me and I jump aside. In the meanwhile Pitch had disappeared.

“I warn you,” I shouted to Loki as I lifted my staff towards him. I sent a breeze which was really cold towards him. The ground froze but he.. he was still standing.

“Whoa. Is that supposed to be cold?” He laughed as he wiped some frost from his shoulder. I started panting.

“Jotunheim is a universe covered in ice. Didn’t my brother tell you that?” Loki raised his eyebrow and smirked. I slowly shook my head but I readied myself for another attack.

“I suggest that you watch it,” Loki shook his finger as I was running towards him. He pointed to my left and suddenly I felt my side being pierced. I yelled in pain.

The snow which was still on the ground after Elsa’s tries to stop Loki was still there. It was now staining red from my blood that was tripping from the wound in my left. It hurt a lot, I watch how the blood runs down on the surface of the ice spike that was still attached on me.

A sharp pain shot through my body as I slammed my staff against the spike. It shattered into pieces and I held my hand over the wound.

“JACK!” I heard Elsa’s concerned voice yelling from my right. She was running towards me. Then I look to my left where is another Elsa, she was looking angry.

“I knew that she wouldn’t hurt me.. Loki tried to trick me,” I whispered in relief.

“I’m not falling for your tricks anymore!” I yelled as I took support from my staff.

Loki raised his hand, he knocked Elsa down with his power.

“How dare you!” I gasped and I limped towards him. Elsa stood back up and continued coming towards me.

“Let’s see if I can trick you.. once more,” he grinned.

“Jack!” I heard her voice, only that it sounded a bit vibrant because there were 11 of them speaking at the same time. My eyes widened as they were approaching me in half circle. There were eleven of her.

“Only one of them wishes not to kill you,” Loki roared.

“Jack, it’s me!” One started the sentence but then everyone else started speaking too. I lift my staff in my front as I back up.

“Just don’t kill that one,” Loki laughed.

“Elsa?” I asked.

Suddenly they started attacking on each other. I see them getting hurt.

“Which one is her! Which one is my wife!”  I shouted. I wanted to help and my heart ached. They all looked the same.

“Me! It’s me!” Those things shouted and I bury my face in my hands.

“My Moon, My Star! Where are you!” I cried as I fell to my knees.

“LOOK HERE! It’s me!” One of them started it again. I lift my head and I watch the battle between Elsa’s. The one who speaks first. It must be her.

“I’m looking!” I shouted.

“I’m here!” They shouted in unison and I look around.

“Are you calling me fat! Moon is round!” One of them shouted all of a sudden. Our eyes met and locked into each other. I didn’t even blink as I stood up, flew to her. My arm went around her and I felt her wrapping her delicate arms around my waist.

“Let’s get the heck out from here,” I whispered to her ear and then I grunted when I got hit by one of the fake Elsa’s powers.

I jumped into air. My power was weakening but I pointed my staff towards the ground and I sent down a huge cold whirlwind. I see how Loki’s creations got destroyed.

I flew us quickly at the North Pole and few meters before the door I fall down. I made myself fall on my back as I embraced Elsa.

“We need to find a proper way to fight,” I laughed and then I felt myself tired.

“Jack! Hang in there!” Elsa cried and cupped my cheek on her hand. She kissed me and she pressed the wound on my side.

“Yeah, I’m hanging alright.. on the edge,” I chuckled and she gave me an angry glare.

I hummed and smiled at her, “You remember… you were that perfect snowball while y-you expected our twins.”

She laughed a bit and smiled warmly, “Yes, I remember that now.”

“I call you My Moon.. because.. b-because,” I whispered and then I coughed.

“Ssshh,” she told me and I see her eyes tearing up.

“Mysterious, beautiful and glowing.. you brighten up my nights,” I smiled and then I lifted myself to sit. I lost my balance for a moment and I fell on her chest. She’s giving me support.

“I should protect you. … you and the other Guardians and now look at what mess you’re in,” Elsa cried against my shoulder and I rubbed her back with my shaking hands.

“Hah.. well you w-were screwed on that job… You’re married to one of them.. the most mischievous and stubborn one,” I smirked and wiped her hair behind her ear.

Elsa embraced me and I held her tightly. “See, the bleeding is already stopping,” I said and took my hand away. My wound was healing.

“Yes but now you got out in time. More injuries and you could have lost and be gone forever,” she sobbed.

I shrugged my shoulders, “The Spirit never dies.”

“The Spirit of Winter is only part of you.. what really matters to me is you,” Elsa smiled and kissed me.

A beam of light hit us and we glance at doorway.

Bunnymund was standing there, “I thought that I heard something, mate.” He said and raised his eyebrow. Elsa stood up slowly and Bunny pulled me up.

“We really got beaten up this time,” Bunny groaned and when we got in I saw that everyone had some injuries. Elsa looked sad.

Thor walked towards me. “Is my brother now defeated?” He asked from me.

“No,” I replied.

“Maybe I should have stayed in any case,” Thor frowned.

I shook my head, “No. You were great help of getting my friends out.” I smiled to him gratefully.

I look around me, “Uh.. Where are Ethan, Aleah and Lili? I also see that Toothiana is gone?” I gulped.

North limped forward. “The kids were almost killed by nightmare creatures.

“Wait. We need to discuss about something that Sandy noticed in Burgess,” North stopped me.

“What?” I asked as I shrugged his big hand from my shoulder.

“The children,” North whispered and I felt my heart growing unease.

“What about them?”

“They’re all asleep. They are having bad dreams,” Bunnymund said sadly.

“Well, let’s wake them up then,” I shouted as I was about to fly off.

Then I felt Elsa’s hand on mine, she shook her head. “I can tell that they have something more to say, Jack,” she whispered.

“We tried Jack… They won’t wake up,” North whispered. Then I saw Sandy, he was staring blankly into emptiness.

“It was really hard for Sandy,” Bunny whispered. I nodded my head slowly.

Suddenly Elsa started hugging me and I bury my face into her hair.

“Excuse me,” Thor patted my shoulder and I let go of Elsa. Elsa urged me to go with Thor and we go outside.

“Yeah?” I said and rubbed my neck as Thor stood in front of me.

“Did you try to use your blue lightning?” Thor crossed his arms.

“Ehh.. no, I don’t know how I get it out. It just happens when I’m upset,” I shrugged my shoulders. Thor sighed and looked me from up to down and back again.

“Jack Frost, you must learn to control it. The power of blue lightning is great. It’s freezing and you’re the only one who can use it,” Thor roared and caused me to startle.

“Uh.. train. like how?” I gulped.

“You need to come with me to train. It’s not safe in this universe but in mine it is because once you leash your power it may be destructive if you’re not in full control,” Thor told me.

I clenched my staff and I bit my lower lip. “Uh.. but I .. I just can’t,” I whispered. The pain that I felt was excruciating. How could I leave from her side once again?

“Frost,” I heard Elsa’s soft voice. I turn around and I see her standing on the door way.

“Miss Elsa. I hope that you agree?” Thor bowed to my wife.

“I do. Jack, I’m sure that you’ll be back with me again,” Elsa smiled and I replied to her smile by smiling slyly back.

“You know Mr. Frost. We won’t leave until dawn,” Thor winked his eye and slammed my back.

“What’s that supposed to mean?” I gulped and I saw Elsa chuckling and raising her eyebrow teasingly.

“Uh,” I mumbled and then Thor left me with her.

“Jack,” Elsa whispered as she walked to me. Her hips moved from side to side and my heart pounded inside my chest.

“Yeah?” I whispered and I took one step forward. I look down at her as she looks into my eyes, her cheeks are flushing.

“You need to get a new hoodie,” she said and I feel her hand going inside my hoodie from the hole that the ice spike did when it pierced me.

“Yeah, I guess that I do,” I grinned.

“I asked from North if he has any.. and he does have some in your old room,” Elsa whispered to my ear.

“Alright,” I chuckled. “Uh…but,” I whispered.

“Bunny went to the kids. North found out that they’re in Aleah’s castle with Toothiana,” Elsa said to me and kissed my neck.

“I think that you really need a new hoodie,” she whispered against the skin on my neck.

“Yeah, I think so too,” I laughed as I scooped her into my arms. She yelped when I carried her back inside North’s shop.

“Umm.. Frost?” North gulped as he saw us.

“She hurt her foot and…uh.. I’m going to take her to rest,” I mumbled out.

“Okay,” North raised his eyebrow. Elsa laughed a bit and slapped my chest.

I flew us upstairs and I opened up the door leading to my old room at North’s house. Once the door shut Elsa wrapped her arms around my neck and kissed me passionately. She walked backwards and suddenly we hit on something and fell.

I laughed a bit when I looked at her. She was panting and turning red. “Jack.. I,” she whispered but I paused her by kissing her again.

My fingers trembled when I touched her shoulder. She let out a silent whimpering sound and I kiss her shoulder gently.

“I didn’t even realize Jack… of how much I missed you until now,” she sobbed a bit and I gently stroked her cheek.

“Yeah.. well, now we’re together again,” I smiled and she smiled back. Her hands were lifting up my hoodie and over my head. Her fingers were playing on my chest and she chuckled a bit.

“What?” I grinned.

“You look as I remember.. still in good shape,” she whispered and I lean down to kiss her neck.

“You have been beautiful, always,” I whispered and then I smirked against her shoulder’s chin. Her body tensed up and she pulled me close to her.

“I’m yours,” she whispered to my ear and made my cheeks warm up.

POV Ethan

“Wait? Are we at your castle Aleah?” I asked as I was getting my eyesight back. I don’t know what spell that wicked Loki did but I couldn’t see.

“Ethan! Can you see again?” Lili gasped and forced my head to look at her. Her eyes were filled with tears and then she jumped on my neck. I see Aleah sitting on the floor on my left.

Aleah grinned and showed me thumbs up. Then I chuckled a bit and hugged Lili Back. It caused her to shove me back.

“Don’t get any ideas. I’m just happy that you’re okay because you helped me, that’s all,” Lili said quickly and crossed her arms. However she had a slight shade of pink on her cheeks.

“You’re cute,” I whispered to Lili’s ear when I stood up. I gave Lili my hand which she took after giving me an angry glare.

“To answer your question. Yes we are at my castle,” Aleah sighed. Suddenly we heard someone moaning in pain.

”Toothiana?” I gulped as we turned around. She was laying behind a bed.

I look around me. “This is your brothers room?” I whispered.

Aleah sighed, ”Yes. Alexander is always there for me when I’m scared so I sort of wanted to be here when I broke the snow globe.” Aleah mumbled.

I groaned, “Alright anyway let’s get Toothiana on the bed.”

“Oh.. you’re all safe,” Toothiana whispered and smiled when we lifted her on the bed. Her wings were broken after the horse attacked her. Aleah held Toothiana’s hand, Tooth’s feathers were stained by her own blood and I felt bad for her.

“Don’t you guys worry, I’m healing soon.. as long as I’m believed in by children, I’m safe,” Toothiana said with her voice sounding dry.

The door creaked open and I turn around. I see my cousin Alexander.

“Umm.. Ethan, nice for you to drop by.. usually people come from front door and have big etrances,” Alexander chuckled.

“Yeah, hey,” I smiled.

Then Alexander smiled, “Oh so Aleah let you in--.” I see how Alexander looks at Lili.

“Oh, you brought your fiancé too? Cool,” Alexander grinned. His hair was slightly curved on the tips, it was wind wisped and honey blonde like his sister had. He had ocean green eyes.

“He can’t see her?” Aleah mumbled to me and I shook my head when I glanced at hurt Toothiana.

“What are you guys whispering?” Alexander frowned and walked to us.

“Whoa, you all look like you’ve been fighting. Okay, what’s going on?” He crossed his arms.

Aleah stuffed me aside and I see her flying.

“Oh god,” Alexander gulped and I see him taking support from his chair. I grabbed him before he collapsed to bed.

“My sister is some sort of.. of…I DON’T KNOW!” Alexander yelled and shook me from my shoulders.

“Flying is nice skill,” Toothiana giggled faintly next to us.

“Listen Alexander, it’s hard to understand but there are great things in the world,” Lili started explaining and I look at her.

“Like what?” Alexander said and made me take my hands off from him.

“Like legends of spiritual and magical creatures,” we heard someone speaking from the door.

A girl walked in, she held a book in her hand. She had dark brown hair, gray eyes and pale skin. She smiled as she approached us. She glanced at Toothiana.

“So you believe?” I whispered as I looked at Alexander’s 14 year old fiancé. I was same age with Alexander, we practically considered each other as brother’s while we grew up. His sister Aleah was always hanging with us.

“I do,” Rose grinned and went to Lili.

“I see that you’re with your future husband too?” Rose laughed a bit and smiled to Lili.

“Yes,” Lili said. Wait.. she didn’t mention that it’s unfortunate or anything. Maybe, just maybe.

“-Unfortunately,” Lili added and glanced at me.

There went the hope, flying from the window.

“What are you talking about?” Alexander groaned.

“Rose means that the fairy tales that we heard as kids are true. Sandman, Santa Clause, Tooth fairy, Easter Bunny.. Jack Frost, they’re all real,” I whispered.

Alexander started laughing. “You all should examine your heads!” He grinned.

I sighed and I waved my hand in the air. It started snowing. Alexander backed away few steps.

“C’mon Alex! I’m still me,” I mumbled.

“Snow. How? Alex gulped.

”Alexander. Our ancestors are Jack Frost and Queen Elsa of Arendelle,” Aleah cheered.

Alex got shocked and Rose touched his hand. “Yeah, just try to believe that Tooth fairy is real.. You remember how happy you were when you found a coin under your pillow ? When you slipped on ice and your tooth came out. We all were here that winter holiday. You do remember?” Rose grinned.

Alex nodded his head slowly and then he started gasping. ”What the freaking –ah is that!” He pointed at Toothiana.

“Umm.. hi..My name is Toothiana. I’m tooth fairy,” Tooth waved her hand and giggled shyly. I see how Alexander is pacing out.

“Catch him!” I shouted and I grab him with Lili. Alex just fainted.

“Oh, poor boy. I feel better though,” Tooth smiled and stood up. Her wings and wounds had healed.

“I guess that him believing in me fastened the healing process,” Tooth shrugged her shoulders. I put Alexander on bed with Lili and Aleah.

“So what brought you all in here? I mean Aleah was lost but Alex just thought that you were outside playing. Which was odd since we always spent time together when I come for a visit,” Rose smiled to Aleah.

“It’s a long story,” I sighed.

“ Just start from the beginning?” Rose smiled and I glance at the others. We all sat down and started explaining.
