At a unknown snowy village we find a young Grace looking through some spell books and she is seriously forcing on researching some spells as she looks through the books in front of her as she sat there and read through.

Then a door slightly open and a figure sneak it's way towards Grace and soon it got behind her with a evil smirk as Grace was about to lose sleep when suddenly she felt a extreme freeze behind her which she let out a scream.

Moments later thr figure fell onto the floor and laughing its balls as Grace rub her neck and calls out.

Grace: Ur! Can you stop doing that if you come and visit me!

We see Ur rolling on the floor laughing as she then slowly stop laughing, catching her breath and then getting up.

Ur: (smile) Oh come on Grace, I know it will take you hours to lift your head and talk to me. Your always studying on these ancient spell books.

Grace: (gets up) Yeah your maybe right but I have to be strong. Strong enough to protect the people I care for.

Ur: (smile) Well I can't stop you with that.

Ur looks over as she noticed a picture frame which she walk over and pick it up. In the picture was her and her husband as this was their wedding picture which Ur gently smiled.

Ur: (smile) You miss him do you?

Grace: Yeah.....I do. I don't want anyone else to die so I'm trying my best to get stronger so I can stop people from dying.

Ur: Yeah. Hey can i borrow some books?

Grace: Didn't I not give you soke books?

Ur: (nervous smile) I....sorta lost them.

Grace: (sigh) Fine let me see.

She walks over to her book shelf and look through the books when she noticed something and pulled it out.

Ur: What's that?

Grace: Not sure. It must be a very old book.

Ur: Well it looks like it's based on ice magic. Hey, can I have that one?

Grace look at Ur and to the book as she had a bad feeling but she shrugged it off and hand it to Ur.

Grace: Please try return this book back to me okay?

Ur: (smirk) I'll try. Until we meet again best friend.

Grace: (smile) Same here.

(Intro)

(Present day)

At the back up village for the Galuna islands village people, we see Happy, Lucy, Gray, Erza and the Magirangers sat down and listened to Grace's story as she explained.

Grace: I was a fool to hand her that book. That book contains a spell which would soon be her tomb. I....I let her take it and she use that spell and all of this.......everything was my fault.

Erza: Then what was your reason for coming here?

Grace: I suddenly felt her magic power. I believe that she is still alive but trapped within the ice seal along with Deliora. My plan is to free her and make things right. But I did not suspect this would happen. I did not suspect Lyon to turn this evil and I didn't know this would happen. Gray....I'm sorry.

They all turn to Gray who is shocked by all of this. He look down, not saying anything and then he rush out of the tent.

Erza: Gray!

He was gone as they all stood there with Grace feel more guilty then ever.

Amy: Where is he going?!

Sophie: Where else.

Arthur: He's gonna get himself killed right?

Noah: Of course he is.

Erza: Then it seems we need to confront Lyon and end this once and for all.

Lucy: Not to mention finding Natsu.

Happy: Aye he might be in trouble.

Grace: I'm terribly sorry for all of this. Please forgive me.

Y/n: You don't have to apologise Grace. None of this isn't your fault. Ur risk her life to save the world and now.....we're gonna risk our own to save her.

Grace: Your right. (Stood up) She's my friend and I must take responsibility of my action and make things right.

She look at everyone as they all smile as she tells them.

Grace: Everyone! Let's go!

(Later)

They soon arrived at the temple and by then night has come as they arrived at the entrance of the temple and they were about to go in only to turn and see Zobils along with Branken coming out of the forest and confronting them.

Branken: Where do you all think are going?

The Magirangers were about to transform but Grace tells them.

Grace: No! Let us deal with this while you five stop Lyon.

Y/n: Right!

Happy: I'll come along!

Erza: You all be safe. Including you Y/n. Be carful.

Y/n: Same to you three.

Lucy: (smile) We'll be fine.

The Magirangers and Happy head inside while the girls turn to Branken and his army.

Grace: Mahou henshin! Maagi Magi! Magiro!

Magimother: The sparking ice element! White Mage, MagiMother!

Erza: (surprised) Incredible! Your armor is amazing!

MagiMother: Thank you. Now then girls, let's show these beast not to mess with us.

Erza summon her sword while Lucy pulled out one of her Celestial keys as all three charge at Branken and his army as they have a Epic battle outside od the ancient temple.

(Meanwhile)

We see the Magirangers and Happy running through the temple when they suddenly felt a massive earthquake followed by a massive roar coming from down below.

Noah: That doesn't sound good.

Arthur: Hope that's not what I think it is.

Y/n: Come on! Let's go!

They all find their way down the steps and soon reach the area where Deliora is being kept and they all froze in shock to see Deliora being awaken and now free as he roared, costing the whole cave to shake as the Magirangers and Happy watch in shock.

Natsu: Hey!

They all turn to see Natsu carrying the injured Gray as they rush towards the two with Happy hugging Natsu.

Happy: (smile) Your okay!

Y/n: What happened?

Natsu: Well I was fighting Lyon when I got here but then Gray rudely push me away and next thing we know, we fell and Deliora is now awake.

They all turn to Deliora as Gray slowly move his head up and said.

Gray: There's no hope no. We are all doomed.

Y/n: Not in our watch! Guys, time to begin big!

They all agree and pulled out their magiphones.

Magirangers: Magical metamorphosis! Maagi Magi! Magiiro!

Magirangers: Fusion! Maagi Giruma magi jinga! Magiking!

Deliora turns to face Magiking as both beings stared down at each other and then Deliora let out a roar and charge towards Magiking, tackling him and slamming him against the wall as rocks fall on top of them. Deliora begins to punch Magiking many times, costing some damage but Magiking kicks Deliora off and lands a few punches at Deliora several times.

Natsu and Happy cheer them on, exciting to see two titans battle as both Deliora and Magiking locks arms and stared down at each other. Then Magiking pushes Deliora back against the wall however Deliora charge up his attack and fired a beam that sent Magiking crashing through the caves wall and to outside as he rolled through the open forest.

Magiking slowly gets up while Deliora escape his prison and let's out a roar as we see the village people seeing this beast and became scared when Deliora turn to see the village.

MagiYellow: He's looking at the village!

Deliora charges up his attack and then fired but Magiking grow gaint trees to block the attack, protecting the village as Magiking leaps towards him and lands a punch at Deliora but Deliora grabs Magiking by the head, lifting him up and then throws him across the island. The impact shook the Magirangers as they made impact.

Deliora roared in victory while Magiking is shown to be damaged and badly injured.

MagiGreen: Deliora is just too strong for us to defeat.

MagiPink: How can we beat him?

MagiBlue: I don't think there is anyway we can.

MagiRed: Yes there is! Deliora maybe powerful but we faced something like this before! This ain't the first time we faced this and it surely won't be the last!

Then Magiking slowly gets up as he summon his massive sword as Deliora roared at Magiking. Soon Gray came arrived on top of the temple seeing the two to continue as Gray slowly form into a fist and yells.

Gray: ARE YOU IDIOTS! IF YOU KEEP OM FIGHTING THEN YOU WILL DIE! And I don't want anyone else to die but me! My vengeance got Ur killed ao I deserve to make the sacrifice! NOT YOU ALL! Everything I've done in the past was all-

MagiRed: SHUT YOUR MOUTH ICE HEAD!

Gray looks up at MagiRed withing Magiking as he tells him and those who hear him.

MagiRed: Blaming each other or yourselves is not the way of being a wizard. True we may blame ourselves for things we have done but as long we keep on living for those who sacrifice theie lives for others, then that's what a true wizard of the light will do! Besides Gray, we are family and I find you a coolest person I have ever seen! Don't die because of your guilt! Live and never give up!

Suddenly the room within started to light up as Magiking gets all healed up and became more stronger as his sword lights up even more which Deliora noticed.

MagiRed: Come on team! LET'S SLAY THIS BEAST!

Magirangers: Right! Together as one!

Magiking spray his wings and then charge towards Deliora as Deliora tries to charge up his attack but Magiking slammed his shoulder onto his chest, costing him to stumble back as Deliora goes for a swing but Magiking cuts one of Deliora's arms off, making it roar coming anger and pain as Magiking kicks Deliora back.

Deliora roared and then tries to charge for a attack but Magiking flies up in the air as Deliora looks up as Magiking fly around and them came down as he swing his sword back.

Everyone watched as Deliora was about to end them but charging up his attack as the Magirangers let out a battle cry as Magiking swings his sword.

Slash!

Magiking lands on the ground and is seen behind Deliora, facing away from Deliora as Magiking slowly gets up as Deliora have his mouth open but then his head came off and hit the ground along with his body as seconds later there was a massive explosion as the Magirangers said.

Magirangers: (snap their fingers) Check mate!

The villagers all cheered as Branken and his army see they have failed and pulled back as Lucy and Erza smiled while Magimother also smiled but felt something and race inside the temple.

Gray couldn't believe that the Magirangers have done it as he collapse on his knees and started to cry in joy.

Gray: (thought) You did it. You defeated the monster that ruined my life all these years. Thank you......Thank you so much.

We then cut back to Grace as she arrived at the cave as she look around and then leap off and hit the water as she then started calling out.

Grace: Ur! Ur where are you! Please answer me!

???: Grace?

She froze for a moment and then turn around to be faced with a ghostly figure as Grace is shocked to see Ur but she looked like a ghost but made out of snow but she is recognised as she smiled at her.

Ur: (smile) Long time no seek......My Best friend.
