Chapter-32| Amaravati-2

"Let's go," he said.
A magical stairs appeared from the sky.
"You all can travel to my city through this!!," he showed us the stairs and disappeared.
"Stairs of clouds, shimmering here and there. It looked like a fairy tale."
We started to climb the stairs.

"Dhaksha, do you know what will happen to us at Indralokha?" Draupadi asked.
"I forgot many things, Sakhi. But I'm sure nothing will happen. It's Indralokha." I smiled at her
As we climbed up, we saw many birds and flowers on the way.
"Sakhi, look at the birds. They are beautiful." I pointed at the birds.
"Stop jumping like a monkey." Bheem na said.
"What did you say? Monkey?" I shouted back.

"He's right. You are a monkey, " I heard Kanha's voice after a very long time. Which made me miss him a lot.
"Bhaiya, I miss you," I replied.
"I miss you a little bit," he replied. "
"It's so good to have a brother who can hear me anytime and anywhere."
We resumed walking silently for a while.

"This is not fair. Why do we have to walk this much? Can't we just vanish as Indradev did?" Panchali said
"My dear Panchali, he is Lord Indra," Yudhistran Na replied.
"Wait, come here, let me carry you!" Bheem took her by his arms.
"Acting cheesy is your full-time job, Bheem Anna" I chuckled at him.
"I'm sure that your Aarya can't do it," he smirked.
"Who said that? Even he can do it." I replied.
"Aarya, you can do it? Right?" I asked him.
"But, Dhaksha-"
"I know you can do it. Pick me up." I shouted.
He lifted me slowly.
"Whoever lets their partner first, loses the game," Nakula said.
"Aarya, this is not just a game. It's a war against that Vayuputra, Bheem. We can't lose it." I raised my voice.
"Dhaksha, you both might get hurt. Be careful." Yudhistran na said.
"No, Bhaiya. This is a war between me and Dhaksha. Don't get involved in this." Bheem na replied.
"Why would you get me involved in the war between you both?" Arjuna Aarya asked.
"You're right, Aiyane, " Draupadi replied.

They started climbing the stairs.
"Is this hard for you," I whispered in his ears.
"I feel close to you. This is good too." he smiled at me.
I smiled back at him.
"Keep smiling at me like this. I'll keep climbing anywhere you want," he said.
After a few minutes.
"Dhaksha, I'm a bit.." Arjuna whispered in my ears.
"My hands are getting numb," he replied.
"No, we can't lose to Bheem na." I gave him a peck of a kiss on his cheeks. " if you win this game, I'll do whatever you want me to do."
"Are you sure?" his face lit up.
"I promise." I smiled at him.

After a few minutes.
"My dear, Arjuna, are you tired?" Bheem na asked.
"Bheem Bhratta, are you tired?" Aarya asked.
They both let us down at the same time.

"What happened, Aarya?" I asked.
"They both are tired," Draupadi chuckled.
"The match is tied," Nakula laughed.
"But the war between me and this Vayuputra shall not end," I replied.

They all laughed at us.
"Is the offer still on, Dhaksha?" Arjuna whispered in my ears.
"The match is tied. Let's see about it." I replied.

"Welcome, I hope you enjoyed the view while climbing the stairs," Indradev said.
"It was beautiful, undoubtedly," Yudhistran na replied.

As we walked inside the doors of the Indralokha, everyone's costumes changed except mine. Arjuna's mass of the moustache hung down was disappeared.  Same for everyone. And Draupadi's magnificence of femininity. She was the Queen of all indeed."
"You look beautiful, Sakhi," I said.
"Why are you still in the same costume?" she asked.
"I don't know, Sakhi."
"Am I not divine enough for this Amaravati?"
"You're the most divine, Dhaksha. Even your purest form seems divine to this place." Indravdev replied.
All of a sudden, a few sparkling birds from above flew towards us.

"They are called the wellwishers. It's very rare to see them up close. You'll have to enjoy their view like this. They are believed to be born from the Scared trees." Indra Dev pointed to the birds.

A few sparkles from the birds fell on me, and a beam of light struck me across which changed my costume.

"Maybe, this is why. You look beautiful, Sakhi." Draupadi replied.
"Let's go inside!, "He called us.

The pillars were composed of diamonds and the palaces were made up of gold and more gemstones.
Finally, we arrived at one of the celestial gardens called "Nandana Vana". Where even the breeze carried the pleasant perfume of flowers.

"There stands the scared tree called Kalpavriksha where these birds reside. That tree is called a wish-fulfilling tree." he pointed to a huge tree standing in the centre of the garden.
"It's said that there are five Kalpavriksha, Am
I right?" Yudhistran na asked.
"Yes, my dear."
"It was also said that Ashokhasundari was born from the Kalpavriksha when Mata Parvati asked to provide relief from her loneliness when Mahadev was at Kailya." Yudhistran na said.
"It's true. It has a lot of connection with Our Mahadev and Mata Parvati."

This place holds a lot of history. I'm chosen to be in this city, how blessed am I? Hare Krishna Radhe Radhe!!

"This is a place where you all can stay. My dear son, you can practice here and gain more divine weapons to face the war. And all four of you can also practice here and get more divine powers. Draupadi and Dhaksha you both can enjoy here and take a rest. Maybe you both can learn some art of music from here," he said and left.

We went back to our rooms to take a rest. My room was filled with the scent of lilies. How did they know?
And the balcony view was even more beautiful.  From a distance, there was a shimmering lake where swans were swimming peacefully. Lastly, I kept hearing the divine music all around the place.  The warmth of the place was indeed mesmerizing to the mortal eye.

"Dhaksha," I heard his sweet voice.
"I'm on the balcony, Aarya. Come here."
"This city is making me feel things that I've never felt before, Aarya. I keep hearing this music in my ears, it's the flute and the veena. It's beautiful, Aarya." tears well up in my eyes.
"You've started to feel the place already?" This place is said to be home to many divine gods. Aren't you the supreme goddess, my lady?" he sat on his knees.
"You are making this place even more beautiful." he held my foot and kept it on his knees.
"Aarya, what are you-"
"What did I do to get you as my partner, Dhakshayani?" he kept a red hibiscus on my foot.
"I don't love you, my lady. I've started to worship you, my gouri." he bowed his head down to my feet.
"Arjuna, stop-"
"Gauraye Namah." he looked up to me.
I sat on my knees and held his hands, " Wives are supposed to worship their husbands."
"Thank you, for protecting me, Aarya." I bowed my head to the ground.
"Dhaksha, you can't do this." he lifted my head.
"Am I not supposed to bow to my husband's feet? Why can't I worship you?"
"This place has made me feel things too. The gleaming light around you, the divine aura of yours. I can feel it, Dhaksha. I'm just a mere consort for you. But aren't you the other half of Mahadeva? How can I let you do that, Dhaksha?" he held my hands.

"I'm just a mere girl called Dhaksha, who fell in love with this strong, alluring and wonderful guy called Arjuna. The world may dedicate themselves to me and worship me. But even I need a mortal person to dedicate myself to, right? And that's you Gandivathari Arjuna." I replied.
"All the words came from the heart. I've started to feel the divine entity around me. Like he said, I feel different. Everything that Mahadev said started to make sense. I've started to believe in myself, my birth and in my incarnation."
"I'm all yours, my body, my soul and everything, " he joined his hands.
"Don't you dare to bow down to me ever again?"
"I'll bow down to you for the rest of my life till my death," he replied.
