I THINK IFOUND OUT WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME

I was doing research, and I learned that I have anxiety, and sleep apnea made it worse~ http://www.calmclinic.com/anxiety/causes/apnea

They are two different things, one isn't caused by the other, but they make the other problem worse.

I've also found a list of symptoms for anxiety~

sweating
~trembling
•shortness of breath
•a choking sensation
~chest pain
nausea
•dizziness
•fear of losing your mind
fear of dying
flushing
•feeling that danger is nearby
a racing heart (heart palpitations)
•feeling an intense need to escape

The ones with ~ are what I feel occasionally, while the ones with • are what I feel constantly.

I also learned that apparently, there's no real thing that causes anxiety - which I hate - and it's more like an uncontrollable disease.

Boi, knowing this makes me feel a lot better, but crap man, how am I gonna fix it if there's "no real thing that causes anxiety"?

But it also relieves me that sleep apnea is one of the problems, and it's gonna be fixed soon, but how much will that help the anxiety part?

I dunno, I guess I'll hafta wait to find out~
