The dog with the flower crown is Bumble, and the other is Armont. Let me give you some backstory-
(This takes place is a world with zombies)

Bumble flees from the city, which is being torn apart by zombies. He finds an abandoned barn, where a band of lone dogs have come together to form a small group. Armont is within the dogs, a lazy border collie. Bumble panics, though the group leader (Toxolor) tells him to go inside, two other dogs named Cookie and Zycal leaving with Toxolor to the city to inspect it. Bumble tries to tell them not to but they insist, and he and Armont are alone in the barn. Armont shows Bumble upstairs, where beds are scattered about. Bumble sits by the window and keeps watch throughout the night. He spots shadows within the grass and alerts the sleeping Armont, though when they hurry out to fight, they see it was only the dogs returning. Zycal was killed by the zombies, though the two dogs don't seem to care. They instruct Armont and Bumble back inside, as the sun hasn't rose yet and it's dangerous to be out. The next day, a new dog arrives, named Wolf. She seems keen to become leader, and Bumble and Armont (having grown to be friends) dismiss themselves to go on a walk. They find a large oak tree, with daisies growing around the base. Loving flowers, Bumble lays down, and Armont flops down in the grass. He calls Bumble a pansy as a tease, though Bumble heats up and looks away awkwardly. Armont laughs and tells him "Hey, don't get all red-eared". They both laugh it off. After a few moments of Bumble examining the plants, Armont comments how he's so calm, even though every other dog is freaking out over the zombies. Bumble explains that everything dies, and they shouldn't waste their life fretting over things. Armont says he thinks the same, and they have a short conversation about it. They realize the sun will be setting soon, and head back to the barn, knowing the rule about staying out after dark. Bumble comments they should come back some time, and Armont agrees. The two sleep together that night, and wake up to find Bumble was shockingly close to Armont, making him heat up and scoot away. Armont laughs, and they head back to the daisy tree. They both lay down and relax, and Bumble sees a hill, and they both go and climb to its top. They stare over welcoming flower fields, and Bumble lays against Armont's side. Armont licks Bumble's forehead and he hears up, looking away with red ears. Armont giggles and licks his neck. Bumble shakily tells him to stop, and Armont giggles, nuzzling him. Bumble smiles and licks his nose. Armont smirks and they go back to watching the fields. Bumble comments on how beautiful it is, and Armont replies with a soft joke about how Bumble's more pretty than anything. Bumble gasps and stares at him, blushing. Armont chuckles and nuzzles him. They head back, side-by-side. They find Cookie to be missing, but dismiss it and head to their bed, falling asleep together once again. They wake up during the night to barking, and thinking it's an alarm call, Armont forces Bumble into the bed at the farthest wall and stands guard in front of him. Though, when they go to the window to look outside, they see Cookie watching Wolf and Toxolor fighting, both bloody and wounded. They were fighting for leader. Armont and Bumble raced down, though Bumble stood with Cookie in the doorway as Armont rushed outside. He barked at the two and demanded for them to stop, though when he jumped between them, Wolf accidentally bit into his shoulder instead of Toxolor's throat. Armont reacted without reasoning, and lashed out at Wolf, biting into her throat and biting to deep, causing her to collapse and wheeze, her windpipe torn. He steps back, terror sweeping over him. Bumble stared in horror, racing out into the night, the sun beginning to rise. Toxolor is stunned, and Cookie steps out to help with wounds. Armont races off in search of Bumble. He finds him at the river, terrified. Armont confronts Bumble and they fight over Armont's loyalty to the group. Armont yells at Bumble and calls him an idiotic, useless waste of a dog. Bumble is shocked, and steps back. He stares at Armont, beginning to cry. He wheezes as he cries, looking terrified and broken. He collapses to the ground, wailing and barking at Armont. Armont realizes what he says and stares at Bumble, slowly stepping forward to try and comfort him. Bumble snaps and yells at Armont and calls him a dirty mutt, telling him to get away. Armont gets angry and runs back to the barn, leaving Bumble at the river. Bumble cries for awhile, and returns to the barn around noon, with a wrecked frame and a tear-stained face. Cookie confronts him and he stares at her, with dull eyes. He walks past her and pads upstairs, to find Toxolor yelling at a bloody Armont, who has new cuts along his body. He looks terrified, and Toxolor has blood on his muzzle and paws. Bumble widens his eyes and jumps forward, barking at Toxolor with wide eyes. Toxolor stares at him and walks away, dismissing himself silently. Bumble turns and stares at Armont, sighing and telling him he's sorry. Armont does the same, but makes a rather snarky remark that Bumble shouldn't have gotten so mad at him when he saw it was an accident. Bumble gets Cookie and she treats Armont's wounds, and both fall asleep, not together for the first time in a few days. They wake up and Armont is good enough to walk. They head to the Daisy tree and lay down together. Bumble apologizes again, and Armont chuckles, sniffing a flower. Bumble warns him about the pollen, and Armont sneezes, blaming Bumble in a joking way. They both laugh. Bumble decides to make a flower crown, sticking it together with the stems and leaves, making a messy crown of daisies. Armont places it messily on Bumble's head and he chuckles, fixing the crown so it isn't in his eyes. He declares himself the king and Armont laughs. He forms himself one, though it falls apart once he places it on his head, and thus gives up on it. Bumble yawns, and lays his head down on Armont's foreleg. Armont smiles and places his paw on Bumble's back. Bumble falls asleep and Armont watches him, smiling.
