Plushtrap Adventures contest2

Ya'll knew I had to make an Undertale one with Flowey and Plushtrap. It's just brilliant - their both basically magical beings who hold great power.

Well you know the drill. Cole_Goodrich hosts the contest.
(Please note that this is my interpretation of Flowey's thoughts and feelings, as I did not create Undertale.)
(I apologize for the Flowey image not being colored, I could not find one. He has golden petals and a green stem.)

Plushtrap Adventures

'A Golden Flower'

Flowey's POV (Undertale universe)

I stood as I always did, golden petals pricked, waiting for anything to pass by me. Sure, I could teleport somewhere more local, but then again, what's the fun in that? Tricking fallen humans was a better use of my time, anyways.

Possibly switching to my old SAVE File? No. Surely another human would fall soon - five had already fallen down. No way there weren't any more up there. I tilted my flower head back, staring up into the hole high above, where dusty light filtered in. Maybe they'd get another fallen human today - hopefully. King Asgore still needed more souls. The thought brought a stinging memory to my mind, but I pushed it back. Chara was gone, and had been for a long time.

I lowered myself to stare at the ground. Maybe that old SAVE file wasn't so bad. But then, I remembered the outcome of that fight. No, that wasn't something I wished to relive. Those dumb souls - maybe in this timeline something would change. As a strange voice came from before me, I looked up, hoping to see the innocent look of a fallen human. Instead, I found a broken-looking... Robot? But, it wasn't the style of Mettaton, or any of Dr. Alphys' creations. Strange.

It's head bore what seemed to be robot ears, and it's coloration seemed to be dimmed with age. It seemed to have once been golden-green, now a darker, much more greened version of the former color. It's belly and the insides of the ears were darker. It had many tears in the body and head, with white eyes with lacked color other than the small black pupils. Though, the most striking feature - beside the metal bits holding it together - was its wide, toothy grin. It almost reminded him of - No. Chara's gone.

"Howdy! I'm FLOWEY! FLOWEY the FLOWER!" I announced, smiling myself. Might as well introduce it - maybe it bore a soul, who knows. "Hi there!" it responded, it's voice much higher-pitched and chirpy than I expected. "Your new to the UNDERGROUND, aren't yah? Golly, you must be so confused!" Come on, Flowey. You've recited this so many times already. It's getting boring.

Just as the creature went to speak, I continued. "Someone ought to teach you how things work around here! I guess little old me will have to do. Ready?" I could tell the creature wanted to speak. But, once again, I interrupted it before he opened his mouth, ripping a red heart-shaped thing from his chest. Wait a moment.. I tried again, but nothing happened.

"Hi there!" it repeated, ignoring what I'd done. I kept trying to tear out his SOUL, it'd be needed for this process. "Why won't it work!" I retorted, glaring at the robot with a twisted and angry expression. It stepped back a bit, it's toothy smile never faltering. Of course - I'm only a little flower, it could crush me if it wanted. But it wouldn't.

"Hey! Don't look so mad! I'm sure you'll be happy when you win my game!" it stepped closer to me, making me glare at it harder.

"What game?" I demanded. Come on, Flowey, you should know this, you own all the timelines here. Then again, this thing doesn't seem like it comes from here.

"Well, I assume your talking to me because you want to play my game."

"You idiot! Im talking to you because your new!"

"Well, you should still play my game and play it right. Or else I'm gonna have to hurt yah."

"Try and step on me, I dare you!"

The robotic bunny stared at me blankly. Maybe that wasn't the right thing to say. Oh well, I'd already created several SAVE files of this moment.

"Alright! Let's start by introducing myself! I'm Plushtrap."

"That's a nice name." I commented dryly.

"Alright so I'll be hiding in one of your save files! Find me before the next human falls!" with that, 'Plushtrap' disappeared.

How'd he know about the SAVE files? Surely he'd never been here before. I sighed, beginning to switch through files to find it. Surely another human wouldn't fall that soon.

I switched to one where I had been killing everything. Nope, no Plushtrap here.

Saving the world? No Plushtrap.

Photoshop version fight? Nope.

SOULS? Nope, no sign of it.

I began to get annoyed, switching faster, not even staying in each one long enough to see what was happening. I do know I switched through the fight quite a few times though.

Maybe he hadn't switched SAVE files. Just to check, I flipped back to the one I had started in. To my dismay, nothing was there. Except the noise of footsteps coming from.. Ah no.

A human had fallen, and Plushtrap was still hiding.

What would he do?

I panicked a bit, the footsteps drawing nearer and nearer each passing moment. Until, right before the human entered my little room, something ripped me out of the dirt and started bashing my head.

Pain rippled through my body, as the greenish blur ripped off my petals and tore at my face. Last thing I saw was its gnashing metal teeth coming at my face, before everything blacked out.

End.

Well, it was fun killing Flowey with Plushtrap.
