her horn of course has magic I guess, she can turn anyone into ice cream by looking at them, but if her powers won't work than she will have to bite them, if she bite them and they will slowly turn to ice cream, sometimes when she is starving they turn into gummy's also heat is her weakness so everyone please keep rainbow away or else CD might create a blizzard so :D
