Magnus's Pov

Magnus screams as he feels the air grow cold. "No....no...no!" He crawls next to Alec and creates a forcefield to protect both of them. As the smoke fades out, Magnus searches for Asmodeus and Lorenzo, but both of them can't be seen. "Magnus. What happened?" Alec says, confused.

Magnus shakes his head. "I-I didn't know Lorenzo's true intentions. He let him go, Alec. I couldn't contain him." Alec slams his hand on the glass, shattering it. "Magnus! What am I going to say to the clave?" Magnus looks down, shaking his head. Alec gets a text as he groans.

"Nevermind. It's too late. Asmodeus is already out there killing people." Magnus's eyes grew big as he bites his lip. Alec softens up a bit. "Mags." No response. "Magnus. It's ok. I'm sorry I was so harsh. I'm just scared." Magnus nods. "Don't be sorry for what I have done Alexander."

"Let me take you home. Can you walk?" Alec asked. Magnus nods and Alec drops him off.

*At the institute*

"Asmodeus is out. We need to find him before he does any more harm." Alec walks in as he sees the entire institution in panic mode. "Alec! Oh god. One of the princes of hell was released today! By some idiot warlock! I was so worried when I heard you weren't at the institute. Were you with Magnus?" Izzy asks worriedly. Alec nods grimacing at 'Idiot Warlock'. "We're searching for the warlock who did it. Can we ask Magnus if he knows who it could be?"
