Alec's Pov

It took a bit to reach Cat, but as soon as she picked up, she rushed over. "Is anyone else hurt?" She says frantically. Jace assured her no one else was hurt, as she kneeled beside Magnus and Alec. "Oh, Maggie. Why do you do these things." She muttered.

She starts her healing, but she pulls back quickly, almost as if Magnus had been a burning pot. Alec looked at her, his face streaked with tears and concern. "What exactly happened here?" She asked worriedly. Clary begins to explain everything with the help of Izzy.

"No. Oh god." Cat muttered as she buried her face in her hands. Alec couldn't move, his grip tightening protectively around his unconscious boyfriend. "What's wrong?" Jace asked worriedly. "H-He let his demonic side take over. He channeled his core energy, something so powerful that it could have very much killed everyone he saw." Clary gasped.

"It's something that warlocks never use. At least we shouldn't use it. Magnus took a risk. But, I'm not sure what to do to help. Magnus would probably know what to do-"

"How the hell do you not know what to do? Aren't you supposed to be a healer?" Alec whimpered. Cat looks at him helplessly. "I can't be here." Alec cries as he runs out of the loft. Jace follows him. "There has to be something you can try!" Clary pleads.

Cat nods grimacing. "I'm going to need Magnus's help. I need him awake. It might be painful for him, but I need the ingredients for a potion. I would call Ragnor but-" her voice hitched as her eyes started tearing up. Izzy walks over and rubs Cat's shoulder. She sighs as she beings to chant a spell.

After 5 minutes of her chanting, Magnus shoots up, coughing. Izzy and Clary looked surprised. "Temporary fix." She explained. Magnus lays down again. "Magnus oh god." Cat kissed him softly on the forehead. "Hey, blueberry." He whispered weakly.

Cat wrapped her hands around him. "I thought I lost you for a second." She muttered. Magnus grimaces. "Just remember that I love you." He says sadly. "You're not dying on me." She said angrily. "I need the ingredients. Please." Cat rubs her hand comfortingly on his cheek. "I can fix this."
