Chapter 1. Elizabeth
Hello, my name is Elizabeth. I am the ruler of this world called Magnolia. I have been for many, many years now. I am a woman with many powers and much wisdom, but I am also very old and is becoming weak. I am sorry if I have poor English, I am not used to your language, for I use my own language. You can not know that language for you will not understand. I am sorry, I must be boring you. Well then let me restart.
Hello, my name is Elizabeth the dark angel and ruler of this world named Magnolia. I have lived for many years and planning to live for far more. I have many names but please call me Elizabeth. I have saved the world from the evil, no, troubled monsters that live here. I know many stories from beginning to end, I know many stories that have a beginning, but no end; and stories that have an end but no beginning. Many say I am an elegant woman and that I am. I have to be elegant and mature for my job. That job is to protect the world, but I can not do it alone. I need help, your help. Help me protect this world and make it better, stronger, more confident.
Will you help me?

It was a new day and today was not going to be very fun. Why do you ask? Well, that is because the Hollows and the Runners have brought their argument to war. Their argument has started because one innocent Runner asked for more space, but the Hollows refused to give them more space. They couldn't care less if the Runners ran into the dark spot and died. That was their fault. The Runners became enraged and demanded more space, but the Hollows would not give it to them. They have been stretching this argument for 5 years now, and today was the day that they finished it.
Elizabeth woke up today knowing what will happen later this evening. She didn't like it, not one bit. But she couldn't do anything, it was her children that made their own choices and she can't change that, not if she wanted to. She got out of her very large lonely bed that was covered in white silk blankets and puffy white pillows. She looked around her room slowly, just the same ol' same ol'. Still the same giant dresser that held mainly one dress and nothing else, the same marble floor that sparkles from the sunlight. Same calm green walls that are empty from pictures and paintings. Elizabeth had a dull life. Her castle was dull and empty from any kind of excitement or happiness.
She had no maid's no butler's no chef's no friends. She was lonely, but she would rather pick this lonely life than to be anywhere near the other creatures. She was a rare species and the last of her species at that. There would be no one that would be another dark angel like her. She doesn't want anyone to be a dark angel like her. They would have to deal with the horrible things that she had to deal with when she was younger. She never wants anyone of her children to feel that. So she threw away any kind of instrument that was like hers, but she also kept her's not wanting to throw away her own instrument. Her instrument was a tongue drum, she liked it a lot, it could be calming but also booming at the same time.
She stood up and walked to her dresser, her bare skin hitting the cold air of her bedroom. She was used to it by now, she did live in the sky after all. A small castle over the heads of all the creatures she is protecting. She opened her giant unneeded dresser and took out her beautiful dress that was like the galaxy but with a hue of the sun. She has always loved this dress, she did make it herself. She put it on, the soft fabric caressing her skin gently and it fit her perfectly. She walked outside to the porch her feet making padding sounds whenever they hit the ground. She opened the glass door and walked outside, she breathed in the cold gentle air of the sky and she unfolded her wings giving them a stretch.
She has always adored how large her wings are, the full black giant wings could carry her for miles and they wouldn't even ache. She then folded them again and she walked back into her room. She closed her glass door and walked gracefully to her other door in the room. The only door that brings her to the rest of the castle. It was hazel and not very heavy so she could open it easily without a struggle. Elizabeth then walked down her long hallway, it is empty of anything, creatures, pictures, paintings. She was fine with it though, she has gotten used to it.
She turned a corner and found herself in the kitchen. The unneeded large kitchen, like how everything else in her castle is unwantedly large. Elizabeth went and got the ingredients for her favorite breakfast, Pancakes, and eggs. She has known how to cook from her teachers down at the commoner's village. They are very old now and have become elders after they have turned 60. Elizabeth isn't that young actually, but not very old either. She is around 50 right now and would be becoming an elder within 10 years. She doesn't mind though, dark angels are immortal, probably that was the whole reason why she didn't want any of her children becoming a dark angel. She wants them to live a life, a life that they don't get tired of, a life that they can enjoy and have many adventures in their short time.
Elizabeth has started the pancakes and she made sure that they were golden brown and fluffy. She had made the eggs scrambled and she then went to her dining room to eat her breakfast. The dining room was also big, it had a big table that goes from one end of the room to the other end, like how queen and kings eat. She sat down and sighed, "I wish I had friends.....or even family." She said in a sad tone and started to eat. She has been lonely for the majority of her life and she has gotten used to it, or that is what she says. In reality, she is very sad and wishes to become friends with someone....anyone.
She stopped eating and went back to the kitchen to put her dishes away, she then went to her special room. The special room is where she watches over her children and makes sure that they are safe from any kind of trouble. But remember what I said in the beginning? Yeah, today will not be a safe day. She walked into her special room which had pitch-black walls and pitch-black floors. There was zero furniture in it and there was simply just a medium-sized pole with an orb on it. She walked up to it and it started to glow softly, she touched it and it showed the whole world. It showed many homes and villages many valleys and mountains. She looked in a specific village which was the Hollows village.
There they were, getting ready to get to war, now you see nobody on this planet has any kind of nuclear or weaponry or anything like that. This is the world that is nothing like earth, it is actually a little smaller than what earth is and that is why there aren't any cities there are only villages. Most of the citizens have either swords or their instruments to fight with, the demons don't have many instruments so they use their own powers. Elizabeth looked at the scene before her. They were fighting. Left and right Runners were getting slaughtered and so were warlocks or demons. There was blood everywhere and it looked like that the Hollows were going to win this round, but what she didn't know it was the last round that they will ever make. The war was getting overboard and she couldn't believe what she was seeing.
The Runners were losing, badly. She was starting to worry, the Hollows were going to kill the Runners ALL OF THEM! But she knew that she couldn't do anything, she couldn't save them even if she wanted to. She can't. So she watched, she watched the Runners become extinct after a 14 yr old girl killed the last one - the last one was named Hella Gleam. She was a good and hopeful girl, Elizabeth felt very sad for her and she hung her head, she looked at the last girl that has killed the last runner. She was a demon, Elizabeth knows this because of the ceremony last month. Oh, what was the girl's name what was her name? OH! Autumn, her name was Autumn. "I will remember this girl." Elizabeth said a little sad and she waved her hand gently over the orb and the world wasn't there anymore. In its place, it was just white clouds.
Elizabeth broke down, she fell to the floor crying and screaming gasping for air. How could her children do this to their similar siblings, kill them and leave without a tear going down their face? How can they be so cruel, why are they so cruel? Elizabeth cried and cried for the fallen ones she cried because she thought they deserved it. She cried because she couldn't do anything, she cried because a whole species was killed within only two hours. She screamed every name that each Runner had, she cried for all the Runners.
Elizabeth stopped crying after five hours or so and she got up from her spot sniffling and rubbing her red puffy eyes. She made a decision, she will leave the violin there in the ceremony's but whoever touches the violin and keeps it, then they have to leave the Hollow village and never go back, never. She went back into her castle ready for something new, which in the future she knows something new will happen.
