(i forgot if there is anything they do the first few days after the sports festival so yets say its a break from school ok? ok)

   ichigo and izuku had just left the house and they were ready for the fight for there lives(well ichigo was, izuku was confused). When they arrived they saw their(ichigos) enemy, the iidas(just tensei, tenya was just as confused as izuku). "tensei, don't do this to your self, man i thought we were tight." ichigo said hurt in his voice. "i apologize ichigo but, this. is. war!" and tensei was dashing across the sand and down the hill towards there goal. ichigo not far behind and gaining on tensei quickly tackled the hero and used his quirk to stick him to the ground temporarily (its hard to stick him to sand as its multiple items) he sprinted as fast as he could across the sand. tensei not a moment later was up and firing up his engines and boosting up to meet  his opponent.

   and finally ichigo and tensei dived onto the sand and, because of height difference, ichigo won. and minutes  later he and izuku who with tenya was waiting nearby and watching the (to them petty) race play out were seated on the best spot on the beach. the iidas sat not to far away tenya consoling his brother as he moped. though after a while they were all in the water enjoying the sun.

-[time skip]-

on the way home a loud and repetitive 'beep' sounded form ichigos pocket "shit" he cursed checking his phone. "izuku go home" ichigo ordered "but ichi-" the younger midoriya started "now!" his brother said sternly obviously worried. disappointed izuku reluctantly nodded and  made his way home.as izuku rounded the corner his brother (somehow) in his hero suit jumped over head ingenium following close behind. the heros were tense and unprepared that was obvious from just there appearance, tenya ran up next to him and they began a plan to help.

-[at the crime scene]-

the heros were fighting hard and winning but the villan renowned for his mercilice and deadly fighting style knew how to turn the tables and as he was about to inject himself with the quirk enhancement drug 'trigger' the vial was knocked out of his hand by a blur of blue and silver.
