A silhouette of a snake slithered through the shadows. It was a lot larger than usual; about the size of a full grown man. It had human-like features, too, and it had arms, and could speak human. The most peculiar thing about him was how he held himself; he held himself with an ere aura of confidence and pride despite his odd appearance. He had a glare in his eyes, as though if anyone got in his way, they would regret it.

The moon was high in the sky. It was dark out and the wind blew gently. The scent of the ocean washed through the air, the sound of waves hitting the dock, occasionally splashing up and making the ground wet. He knelt before her. “All of it issss taken care of, Aspheera.” he hissed, the sound of satisfaction in his voice.

Aspheera grinned, her sharp yellow-white fangs glinting in the dim light. “Thank you, Pythor. Let'sss get going before the ninja arrive, ssshall we?” and with that, they slithered away soundlessly, their serpent tails trailing far behind them.

As soon as they were out of sight, the ninja arrived. Their footsteps were soft, landing perfectly on the ground, hardly making a sound. Their multi-coloured suits did little to help keep them hidden, clashing against the darkness.

“Looks like the city’s supply of crimestone has dropped.” Zane mumbled as he looked at the statistics whilst the others investigated the area.

“That’s not good.” Kai stated. His face contorted into concern. “If it gets into the wrong hands, we will be in big trouble.”

“I agree.” Spoke Lloyd. “Let’s gather some clues, and get out of here.”

Cole stood there, thinking for a moment. How was this possible? The crimestone has been under high security after Ninjago found out about how it is the ninja’s weakness. There was no way that they could have gotten their hands on it… this wasn’t good.
