(pls remember you and Kidou are 28 here) (ALSO A CROSSOVER- not really but kinda- with haikyuu! So those who've watched haikyuu will get the references)

Kidou Yuuto was a prestigious prodigy, tactician for anything and everything. Thanks to him the teams had many victories and awards. However he was worried, to whom to leave such a huge responsibility. Sure there was Shindou Takuto but he was in Raimon, Kidou would prefer it to be passed on to someone from Teikoku.

He believed education is extremely important, that everyone should have equal rights and equal consequences. But where could he find someone similar to himself? He didn't have a child or a wife, heck he didn't even have a girlfriend. Kidou was hard to please. 

Let's see how he ended up at Teikoku middle school. Well, that's pretty much how. Education as well as a big love for soccer has to be formed in the early ages, how else is he supposed to teach the legacy that takes years to perfect?

Along with Teikoku Junior High, he decided to take a little look at Teikoku Middle School. Of course everyone respected him, and looked up to him, so it was a pleasure to meet children that are interested in soccer. However, there was that one child, Hinata (L/n), that seemed to admire him more than any other. 

Hinata (L/n) was a cheerful 7 year old that showed potential straight on. He took advice and recommendations extremely well, along with critiques. Hinata had some downfalls as well, math wasn't exactly that strong to stand out, but everyone has something they're not good at. Hinata had a bright mind and a great personality. There was no evil in him. Kidou wondered who raised that child. To be that amazing at such a young age. 

Kidou was curious but respectful as well. Even if Hinata  was so fond of him, and kept inviting him to his house, Kidou declined the small boy. It was not his place. He simply thought of Hinata's invitation slips as an accident.

"Kidou-san! Would you come to my house today to tell me your stories?!"

"I'm very busy Hinata, I have business to take care of."

"Oh.."

Dang Kidou you made the child sad! Look at that face, wait-- WHY THE HELL DOES IT LOOK SO HAPPY LIKE THE SUN?

"DOES THAT MEAN YOU'RE MEETING UP WITH THE ONE AND ONLY GOUENJI SHUUYA?!"

"M-Maybe?"

Why does this child never get sad? Not that Kidou wanted him to be sad or anything, but seeing something that makes him weak would help him with teaching Hinata later on.

Hinata went back to practice, spreading his sunshine-like energy all around. Even if there was no evil in that kid, other kids had it. Maybe not evil, more like envy or was it jealousy? So that's how Kidou ended up here, with Hinata in his arms (Hinata is an extremely small hight and weight mind you, no he isn't sick that's just how he is) that had bandages around his ankle. He scolded Tsukishima for hurting Hinata of course. And now he has to face Hinata's parents and explain what happened. That's why he's standing in front of an average house with the name (L/n). At least he'll get to meet Hinata's parents now.

"I can't believe Kidou-san is carrying me. Y-You should put me down! I don't want to burden you!"

Ah, polite and sweet child as always even if he did face an injury.

"It's fine Hinata." Well let's face the wrath of Hinata's parents.. Kidou knocked once. Nothing. Let's try again. Nothing this time as well. Third time? It wasn't the charm.

"You don't have to knock Kidou-san! Just come in I invited you before to my home remember!" Hinata giggled and Kidou did have to bring Hinata somewhere to rest. Might as well just come in.

It's not possible that nobody was home because the doors were unlocked. He entered and-- This was not the image Kidou expected..

WHY IS A WOMAN AROUND HIS AGE DANCING IN PYJAMAS WITH HEAD PHONES ON?! IT'S 4 O'CLOCK. Plus...those dance moves are ridiculous..

"MOMMY!" 
Hinata you didn't have to yell in my ear you know and stop bashing around I can't put you down to hug your moth- THIS WOMAN IS YOUR MOM?

She turned around and just froze after she saw Kidou and a frustrated Hinata. You know how certain animals freeze so they can't get caught, this is being done right in front of him. Is this really Hinata's mother, he..pictured he a little differently.

Wait- WHY IS SHE FALLING DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND WIGGLING LIKE A DEAD PENGUIN?

He has to approach the woman and help her somehow. It was clear that she's dying of embarrassment. He started walking slowly towards her and- NO DON'T RUN UPSTAIRS.

Hinata started laughing and Kidou did have to admit that it was funny. 

"Hahha, mommy is funny!"

"Hinata, where's your dad?"

"I don't know."

He needs to give this child to someone. Well everything else was out so he carried Hinata to the sofa and put him down gently. 

"There's mommy! Awh, she's not wearing the cute giraffe jammies anymore..."

The woman was dressed in pants and a t-shirt now, well better than the giraffe pyjamas. She was blushing and coughed into her hand. 

"I am...ugh..sorry you had to see that. .. a-accident."

Kidou nodded and the woman sat down. 

"May I know why you are here Kidou-san?"

"You know who I am?"

"Yes mommy knows!" Hinata where the hell did you get that plushie from?!

"I tell her everything about you!"

Both adults sweat dropped. 

"Hinata's teammate hurt his leg at practice. I'm extremely sorry (L/n)-san."

"Oh, Tsukishima?"

"Yes how did you know?"

"Him and Hinata have a special relationship. They go around picking on each other."

"Next time, Tsukishima is going down mommy!"

The woman laughed and it sounded so 'cute' to Kidou. Just what is the vibe her laugh gives off?

"Alright alright Hinata sweetie. But don't hurt him, I'll talk to his mom alright?"

"Hai mommy...he's so tall like a dinosaur!"

"I know" She picked him up and carried Hinata to his room. "Kei loves dinosaurs after all~"

Kidou thought he should wait for the woman to come back.

"Thank you so much for taking care of my son Kidou-san. He really looks up to you."

"I've noticed." 

It was already 5:30 now. Jobs should be done now and that means Kidou should apologize to Hinata's dad as well. He wondered what his dad was like.

"(L/n)-san, where is your husband? I should apologize to him as well.

"I wouldn't know Kidou-san."

Maybe he's late from work. Traffic can be a problem.

"Because I don't have one."

"I'm sorry! I just assumed that-"

"Yeah yeah, because I have Hinata right? Well nope."

So Hinata only has one parent, a giraffe loving mother. How is that child able to smile when dads come to pick up other children after school and practice is done. He seems so happy all the time.. Was it...this woman's doing?

"If you don't mind me asking...Have you, by any chance, raised Hinata alone?"

"Yes I did."

What kind of a man does not take responsibility and consequence for his own child?! Those people are simply disgusting.

"I can help you find Hinata's dad if you don't kno-"

"Oh I know who he is, I just don't wish to introduce Hinata to someone that calls him a mistake."

Hinata's dad...Called him a mistake? It was obvious what happened now.

(F/n) (L/n) got pregnant by a disgrace of a man, that didn't take care of his own child and even had the nerve to call Hinata a mistake. Now Kidou knew why the vibe of the woman's laugh was so special. It was rare. A single parent, having to deal with all of this.. Raise an amazing boy like Hinata and live in a pretty great house. Just how did this woman do it? She was indeed amazing if not beyond that.

"Well Kidou-san, it's getting late. You should probably go home."

Dang it, were his goggles creepy so she rushed him to leave?!

"Uhm yeah."

"Thank you for taking care of Hinata...but remember..."

Why is the air so tense and stuffy now?

"I appreciate it but Hinata doesn't need anyone but me. Simply give me a call next time if anything happens."

Kidou drove to his destination. A little get together that he had, he did say maybe to meeting up with Gouenji. It was a a get together with  old teammates.

And why oh dear Lord why did he even take anything Fudou gave him to drink?! He was smarter than that. He needed it because of the thoughts that were swirling around in his head about the woman. But the alcohol made them even worse.

And that's how Kidou woke up dragging like a dying penguin after reading what he sent last night. But that accident, as well Hinata's words, the pregnancy and that ridiculous dance, gave Kidou something. 

He had to work damn hard and make such techniques that were more complicated than any other before- techniques for love.

He had to explain to you why he sent that, and what's up with all the penguins. He used Hinata as an excuse to see you, he invited you to dinner and made a fool of him self thousand times in the process. (Not that you or anyone noticed) But hey, holy Penguin king was it worth it.

I KNOW THIS WAS CRAPPY AND LIKE NO ACTUAL READER X CHARACTER BUT LIKE I SIMPLY HAD TO DO THIS. I HAD TO. I COULDN'T LEAVE THIS IDEA IT WAS TOO MUCH FOR ME ALRIGHT? I know many will hate this chapter and me along with it..but... *cries and rolls around* I DID MY BEST ALRIGHT?!

Fudou: *gives me a glass* Here, drink this. 

 *nods and drinks it* 

Kidou: NO DON'T DRIN--

*hugs Fudou* Let's go make babies *hic* 

Fudou: JUST WHAT I WANTED, SEE YA LATER! 

(ya I don't have an innocent mind and you should just get used to Fudou doing the ending every single chapter, but my feels for Rococo are surfacing so Fudou might get replaced  [jk he wont]      o v o )
