Personality: Cayden is definitely a free spirit. He is extremely outgoing and positive. Some may call him weird or naïve but he couldn't care less. He is always himself no matter what people think and if anyone isn't ok with that then it's whatever. He never has and never will force anyone to be his friend but he always tries to make people feel as comfortable as possible. He believes all people/wizards are equal and deserve respect no matter what. The one thing he struggles with is bullying. He's not afraid to stand up to other people's bullies but then he becomes a target and he's not as good at protecting himself. He looks weak and it is known that he's muggle-born so he's seen as a target. He has an extreme amount of patience but it isn't always enough. Though he tries to ignore it as best he can, there may be instances when he cracks and lets out the anger he keeps buried. However his bark is much worse than his bite and yelling at the people angering him usually ends with him secretly nursing bruises. This doesn't stop him from protecting people though, especially his friends because he values loyalty and justice over all else.

Background: Cayden happened to be born to two muggle parents. He grew up learning about muggle culture and history. He always thought something seemed different but it wasn't until he got his Hogwarts letter that he finally figured out why he felt different than the others his age. His parents weren't exactly excited but after his first year his parents saw how happy it made him and they decided to support him no matter what. Cayden would go to Hogwarts and go back home during the summer and some holidays. He wanted his parents to be proud and not worry about him so he only mentioned the things he enjoyed. Sure he was bullied because of his heritage but he wasn't going to let that ruin his experience or view of the wizarding world. He was proud to be a wizard from the muggle world and that wouldn't change. Though some people didn't like that and he made enemies with a group of pure-bloods. He is aware of their hatred for him but he ignores it. He'd rather live his life with people that appreciate him for who he is then dwell on people filled with hate. Since his first year he's tried to make friends with wizards of all types and he does have friends from all different backgrounds, even some pure-bloods.

Favorite Class: Herbology and Care of Magical Creatures (he cares about all living things)

Fears: Being in front of a huge crowd alone (quidditch is different for him because he's on a team), not being strong enough to protect or help his friends, and tight spaces (claustrophobia)

Strengths: Cayde has a way with all creatures/plants, especially people. He loves learning new things about anything living which is why he loves talking to basically everyone. His charisma can be a strength because it gains him copious friends and helps him get out of some things (just because he's nice doesn't mean he has much common sense, hence he gets in trouble sometimes). He is also a decent flier which awarded him a spot on the quidditch team.

Weaknesses: Though Cayde likes talking to people, his fear of talking alone to large crowds hinders his charismatic ability. Plus, his love for all creatures can cause him to be slightly reckless in his actions. Like mentioned before he isn't exactly the most intelligent and that can result in mistakes but they're usually minor.

Other: He's the keeper for Hufflepuff's quidditch team. Having to present in front of big crowds or just being in them/being in tight spaces can make him hyperventilate which if not stopped can progress into a panic attack. He had them as a kid but he hasn't had one since his first year at Hogwarts.
