After an hour layover, calming poor Teddy down and a light meal, they finally arrive at Australia.

Harry and Hermione let Andromeda deal with the documents while he calmed Teddy down, who was even more irritated due to the jump.

Soon after, they went to an office to register their wands before being able to leave and head towards their home for the time being.

Rather than using the Floo, they hailed a taxi and gave the driver the address. After he gives them a weird look, he starts the journey and the passengers look out the windows, taking in the scenery, Teddy giggling in glee the whole ride.

Harry was tempted to cast a Muffliato so they could talk without fear of being overheard, but abstained. The last thing he wanted was for their taxi to break down from magic usage. Instead he decided to talk about what to expect about their new home.

"What are you expecting once we get to the house Mione?"

"To be honest, if not easy access to the beach, a good view of it and could walk or bike over towards it. Bright and open concept as well." Hermione says with a smile, making Harry try and picture it but the only home he ever had was Hogwarts and Grimmlaud. Privet Drive doesn't count. In his eyes, it was never his home.

He figure the house would be bigger than the Privet Drive house, but not as big as Grimmlaud Place.

"Kreacher and Winky should be done with the furniture and groceries." Andromeda pitches in and turns to them. "We still need to buy more appropriate clothes for this weather for ourselves and Teddy especially."

"Clothes grammy?" Said boy asks as his hair changes from blue to dark green.

A little panicked, Harry leans to him. "Teddy, you know you can't use your gift in the Muggle world."

"Sorry Harry..." he says and his hair goes back to his normal blue. Even though he's almost three years old, Teddy was very smart and knew that his Metamorphic powers would worry or scare Muggles. Out of instinct, he avoided using them as much as possible. 

"It's okay Teddy. I'm not mad." Harry reassures him and kisses his head.

Harry was more than glad he isn't failing as much in the Dad department with Teddy. "How long until we get there Mione?"

"Around an hour, sadly."

Sighing, Harry sits straight and looks out one of the windows, watching the scenery pass by.

"We're here."

They get out and Andromeda pays the taxi driver and gives him a generous tip. The driver's dour mood vanishes and wishes them a good day before leaving them to take in the house.

The house was beautiful and modest at the same time. Not too big or too small. Perfect for three adults and one child.

"It's beautiful, and quite private too. Oh! I can ward it without fear of being seen!" Hermione says as she hurries inside, Harry, Andromeda and Teddy close behind her. Teddy running after her and laughing.

Inside was bright and fairly well spaced. The floor was made of wood bar the kitchen and the bathrooms, those had tile. Four bedrooms, three and half bathrooms, open concept kitchen and dining room. Hermione was more than happy than an office was built in. With a few house extending charms, she will be able to fill it from floor to ceiling with books and tomes.

Harry knew that any and all potions would have to be made and stored in a different place, since the house didn't have a basement ant the care garage would soon be occupied by a vehicle for Andromeda.

"Kreacher! Winky!" Two pops later, the two House Elves appear.

"What can we's be doing for you Master Harry?" Winky asks, Kreacher nodding in agreement.

Harry sighs internally. He still held hope they would call him Harry and only Harry. But he guessed Master Harry was better than Master Potter-Black. "Well done on getting the house ready. Did you encounter any problems?"

"No Master Harry. We's be hiding from Muggles and buying foods for you and Missy Mione and Mrs. Tonks. But, Winky is sad to say Winky and Kreacher do not know where a Potions lab could be made. House has only small basement and no extra room." Winky said, her ears dropping as if she had failed something very important.

"That's not your fault, neither is yours Kreacher. I guess we will have to build a shed of sorts and convert it into a Potions lab. Thankfully there's enough space behind the house and privacy to build one in no time. Warding it and having enough ventilation, storage and ingredients comes later." Harry tells them and they nod in agreement. "Go rest, I'm sure you worked non stop."

The elves nod and pop away.

Harry walks to the back and his eyes widen at the beautiful view of the beach.

He walked closer to the water, not bothering to take his shoes off and took in a deep breath. The area were they now lived while fairly isolated, wasn't private property. They would have to be careful of any one that will more than likely take a stroll here. The nearest house was a couple of yards away, more than enough to build a shack with magic and not call attention to them.

Looking to the side, he spies three girls walking along the beach. He spies other people with them, chatting among each other. As Harry is about to turn and head inside, a tingly sensation makes its way from his core all the way around his body. Scrunching his brow in confusion, he turns to the sea again. His magic seemed to be reaching out towards it, or more specifically, towards an island in the distance.

Worried that he may call attention to himself by just standing there looking at island, he quickly makes his way inside.

Cleaning his shoes after the door is closed, he makes his way towards the office and is not surprised to find Hermione had already begun to magically expand the room and add bookshelves to it. "You don't waste time Mione."

Said girl jumped and her hand gripped her wand to the point her knuckles were white. "Harry! Don't do that!" She says, flushing as Harry chuckles and walks towards her. "Well, now that you're here, what do you think we should do first?"

"Mione, the first thing I believe we should do is eat and rest once it's night time. Let our bodies get used to the new time zone and temperature. I was outside and it is blazing hot, even in the evening time." Harry goes and picks up a book and smiles at the title. "Hogwarts: A History. Really Mione?"

She blushes as she takes the book from his hands and putting in a bookshelf. "There's nothing wrong with owning a copy of Hogwarts: A History Harry."

"Never said there was. I'm a little surprised that you have the latest edition." He said as his expression darkens, Hermione's doing the same.

There is always a new edition of the book every year, the one currently in Hermione's possession included a very watered down version of what happened during what was supposed to be their Seventh and final year, as well as some things that happened during the Final Battle.

Neither were happy about it. It didn't really covered important facts and events, and it glossed over all the lives that were lost. On both sides.

Not only that, but most of the omitted names belonged to people supporting Voldemort or were Creatures.

"Harry! Harry!" Teddy shouts as he comes running into the room and hugs Harry by the legs. "Harry, what's outside? There's big water!"

Harry picks his son up and carries him to the window. "That's the beach Teddy, and that big water is called the ocean."

"Ocean?"

"That's right, is very big and many amazing animals live there. Since we are here, I'm going to teach you how to swim."

"Swim?"

"You'll see." Just then Teddy yawns. "Okay little man, time for a light snack before going to bed, you coming Mione?"

"Yeah, I could do with some food." She puts down a few tomes and joins them in the dining room, Andromeda already sitting there. "How are you feeling Andy?"

"I'm alright Hermione. Winky and Kreacher are making us a light dinner for the evening." Andromeda says as Harry puts Teddy in a high chair and starts to give him some food.

"Did you like your room Andy?"

"I did indeed, thank you Harry. Though I still believe I didn't need the master bedroom. That room should be yours."

"I'm more than happy with the room I'm in and to share it with Teddy. It has enough space and it's own bathroom too." Harry responds, waving away her concerns. just then their meal arrives and the start to eat. Harry and Hermione hungry enough to eat all the food in their plates for once.

To full for dessert, they decided to take their showers, Teddy already bathed before eating, was in his bed asleep.

Hermione could be found in the office again, working on specific wards to allow the use of electronic items in the house without worry of them malfunctioning or exploding. Harry, not feeling tired yet, was putting the books in category and alphabetical order.

Though he was giving it half of his attention. He was still thinking about why his magic seemed to be reacting because of the island in the distance.

"Hermione," he calls as he keeps staring out the window before turning to his long time friend. "Hermione!"

"No need to shout Harry, what is it?" She replies after turning towards him.

"I could be imagining it but...do you feel your magic acting up?"

Hermione's eyes furrowed as she stood and walked beside him. "What do you mean Harry?" As she finished her question, her magic did act up. Turning to look out the window, her eyes focusing on the same island Harry was focused on. "Does it have to do with how you're looking at that island?"

"You felt it didn't you?" Harry asks as he turns to her. "Were you expecting to encounter something like this here?"

"To be honest with you Harry, no. I was expecting a challenge in finding my parents, not a place were our magic seems to be reacting. Almost like it's telling us to go and investigate."

"We may have to. We know better than most not to ignore when our magic is reacting to something or someone. We will still focus on searching for your parents, but we will more than likely have to investigate that island."

"Not without knowing more about it Harry." Hermione quickly adds, making Harry chuckle and shake his head.

"Yes, investigating first."
