While in Khanna House Manik was in his room talking to Nandini.

Manik : Nandini where are you?

Nandini: I am at hospital. I was reading file why?

Manik : I wanted to share something related to Neil birthday preparation.

While in hospital Avni was sitting in her cabin after talking to Neil. She closed her eye and kept her head dork on the desk. Since morning Avni wasn't feeling uneasy.

She opened her as she heard knock. She allowed the person and saw poen.

Poen: ma'am your next surgery is ready.

Avni : I will be there!

He nods and leaves. Avni got up and wore her green coat and went inside the operation room. She starts doing her job.

Neil was still driving and talking to his employe on Bluetooth. Guard was following Neil car but Neil didn't knew about this.

Neil : I reach there soon!.... Yeah get the conference room ready..... Juhi will be there to....... no don't need to bring old presentation..... yeah I have made new one.

He tried changing gear but he wasn't able to do. He tried another few time but failed.

Neil : shit! What's happing?

Neil looks to his mirror side and saw car following him but he didn't care.

He looked at back to see the car again. The tuck was coming close to Neil car. The guard call saw this and tried following Neil car but his car stopped in the middle. The guard got out and saw sharp nails on the road.

Guard : shit.

He shifted his gaze and saw Neil car bumped to tree. He ran faster he could. He reached there and tried opening the door. He took stone and broke the window from other side and opened the door.

He turned Neil face and saw him losing conscious. He tapped his face but Neil closed his eye.

Here in hospital everyone was standing front of ot room. Both family were informed about this. Avni wasn't present there or knows about Neil accident as she is operation room.
