Hello Everyone it’s time for another, Today we are back with another Magical Girls Explained, You all know how this works by now if you haven’t seen the other videos, basically we are gonna go over one magical girl at a time that was shown in Magia Record & Of the Puella Magi series, with my knowledge of the character and from the Wiki, We will review their info, Stories, Abilities & Fun Facts about the Character.  Now Out of Feather a do, Here is the Info & Story About Felicia Mitsuki.

Felicia Mitsuki is 13 years old, She is 151 Cm in Hight, Her Eyes are Purple & His has Blonde Yellow Hair, She is From Minagi Ward in Kamihama City, Her Soul Gem is a Purple Gem Located on a Chain on Her Stomach, Her Weapon is a Hammer or for Battle Names The War Hammer.

A Weapon Directly Used in Europe and the Middle East in Medieval Times, Her Witch & Doppel is Beatrice, Her Known Relatives are her Mother & Father, Who are unfortunately Deceased After Dying in a Fire. She attends Chuo Academy, and is in the 7th Grade.

Her Wish is to erase everything that has happened to her parents death, and she blames the witches for it even if we know who actal caused their deaths, She says “  "I want you [Kyubey] to make it so that what just happened never happened." though in the anime is to Kill Witches. Her Magical Girl Element is the Dark Element, and her Ability is Oblivion which means to manipulate and or wipe memories from others.

An energetic, unyielding, and unfettered magical girl. As she hates witches from the bottom of her heart and wants to get revenge for her parents, she lives as a "mercenary" waging war against witches all over Kamihama. Her wild expressions during battle are influenced by shounen manga. However, she is gentle at heart and loves animals. “My parents were killed by a witch. Witches… I’ll get rid of all of them…! I absolutely won’t lose!”

Sense her Doppel hasn’t fully revealed itself in The 2020 Anime, her in game reads
The Doppel of tumult. Its form is an eyelid. The master of this emotion falls into a deep sleep while this Doppel is present, and is therefore unable to witness what it experiences. While its master is sleeping, it paints over all inconveniences with muddy tears that flow from its vacant stare. This duplicate will surely awaken when it requires the power to crush reality.

(Felicia’s Main Story)

In The Main Story of Magia Record, Felicia has also two Different Encounters With Iroha Tamaki, One Being in Game where she runs into iroha during when iroha, Yachiyo & Tsuruno were Hunting Down the 3rd Uwasa, Misery Rhyton or also Misery water, which is what we are going to call it.

After Iroha & Felicia Accidentally Drink the Mysterious Water, That gives them good luck and to others who drink it, but there is a Catch, There is a Countdown that runs on 24 Hours, Once it reaches 0 the person the countdown is attached will have something serious happen to them as in fact the water is Cursed.  

The Countdown would appear as Pieces of Odd Paper falling down from the sky or appearing out of nowhere with a Number Counting down, The other way to escape this is Defeating the Uwsasa, This is also where the Wings of Magius Reveal themselves as the antagonist Group.

In the 2020 Anime, Iroha is Confronted by Felicia when Felicia Reveals to be a Magical Girl and that iroha was in her turf. In the beginning of the episode she is fighting a Witch with Nanaka’s Group Who we will talk about shortly.

Felicia Acts Recklessly, and is no longer allowed to work alongside Nanaka’s Group, Felicia Lives her life as a Mercenary before joining Up with Iroha, Yachiyo & Tsuruno.
To Hunt Down the Uwasas.

In Both Game & Anime, Felicia is Given a Choice to Join The Wings of Magius, She uses this with the Help of Yachiyo in the game to trick them. & i Forgot what was the difference in the 2020 anime and i am not spoiling. Ok maybe a little here, sorry,

Basically i believed you know the rest of the story now let’s begin her side story,

(Felicia’s Side Story)

The Team of Nanaka Tokiwa, Which Contains Akira Shinobu, Meyiui Chun, and Kako Natsume, are fighting a witch alongside Felicia.

However Felicia Acts Recklessly, Nanaka having ordered the others to hold her down, Kako Feels Uneasy When Akira & Meyiui Attack the Witch, Felicia Tells them to stay out of her way, Meyiui argues to this, But Felicia Explains if she fights it, It’s easy on the others, When Felicia Lunches her attack, it made a Shock Wave that Hit Akria.

Afterwards, Akira Thanks Meyiui For Saving her. Felicia Apologies as she explains this happens when the Blood Rushes to her head, But Felicia Still Points out she defeated the witch, Nanaka Not Amused, Kako Asks Felicia why she hates witches so much that it can also put everyone around her in danger, Felicia Just says it’s her duty as a Magical Girl to fight them.

Nanaka Then says they will not Fight alongside Felicia anymore due to her Reckless Behavior, and asks her to leave, Felicia Protests to this, But Nanaka says Felicia is a Poor Teammate and puts her ailles that being Nanaka group and other magical girls in danger, Felicia Leaves in anger. Telling the others they will be sorry someday.

Kako admits she is worried about Felicia, Felicia narrates that she knew she wasn't compatible with Nanaka from the start. Kyubey Then arrives at the mad felicia, so Felicia Realizes she didn’t collect her award from Nanaka, Kyubey suggests she should go get it, Felicia says it's embarrassing now sense what she just said.

Kyubey Guesses this is “Saving Face”, When Felicia Complains she has little money, Kyubey Suggests she gets some from a place where there’s lots of it, Felicia the says she is not going to steal, that is when she got an idea, She look for a witch and wait for magical girls to arrive, the ask her to hire her finding a witch's barrier.

Felicia Goes Find a Witches Barrier and wait until some magical girls arrived to go after it,
One Hour Later Asuka Tatsuki & Sasara Minagi arrive, Felicia Offers to help them fight the witch in exchange for High payment.

The Two Girls Delince, Asuka explains about the Rumors of Felicia Floating around, Of how she causes Trouble, She Also Claims that Felicia will be damned extremely High Payment.
Asuka & Sasara Turn to Leave, But Felicia Yells at them to wait, saying those rumors were lies, She insists she never took anything like high payment.

Sasara Asks Felicia the Price, Felicia explains it’s 1000 yen, which in the US is $9.59.
Sarara thinks it’s more money than expected while asuka says it’s too cheap, Felicia Says she also collects a Grief seed as payment, Asuka Doesn’t Believe her and wonders if Felicia is that strong.

Felicia Gets Angry, Another Hour Later Felicia Proves herself by defeating the witch single handedly, She Laughs and says she is Kamihama’s Strongest Mercenary, Sasara & Asuka Aggre Felicia is Strong, But they point out sense felicia defeated the witch on her own there was no reason to hire her, they allowed felicia to keep the grief seed and they then leave.

Felicia Believes the girls Screwed her over,  and if they only made felicia fight,
Afterwards Kyubey tells Felicia she is going on a Rampage after seeing her anger.
That is when Kako appears she admitted she was worried about Felicia, She wishes Felicia could get along with everyone.

Kako Suggests Felicia should stop getting into fights with others, Felicia then says she doesn’t need someone as weak as Kako to worry about her, and believes she is only there beauce Nanaka told her too, Felicia Tells Kako to leave and then storms off, Felicia Shortly regrets this decision Thinking she went to far.

Several Days Later Felicia Asks Asuka & Sasara to Hire her again, Although they refused, Felicia Admits she can’t eat if she unless she gets work, Asuka Relents Claiming Felica Honest feelings came through to her, Sasara says Asuka becomes single-minded when she gets like that and Aggres.

The Girls then go out to hunt a witch, Meanwhile Kako Makes Contact with Kyubey asks about Felicia, She says she senses something Dangerous in her Heart,  Kyubey thinks that their hearts might be sympathizing with each other and that their "feelings" are colliding.

Kyubey Thinks that’s why Felicia Acted that way, Kyubey Decides to tell Kako how Felicia Became a Magical Girl.
As Felicia & The Girls Fought a Witch, Kyubey Told her the story, Kyubey Explains that Felicia’s Parents when she pulled a Prank While her mother was Cooking, it started a Fire Which Spread through her condo, Kyubey Came and offered Felicia a Contract, and her wish was “I want to make it so what just happened Never Happened.” However the wish was Granted in a Different way, Elsewhere Asuka Notes the Witch is Strong, The Witch attacks but Felicia blocks it, Felicia Tells the witch not to lay a Finger on Asuka.

Back With Kako and Kyubey, Kyubey Explains Felicia made her wish while confused, Which altered the way it came true, It made her believe her Parents were murdered by a Witch,
The Condo was Restored, as like the fire Nevered happened in the first place, The Neighbors Memories were also Altered to Believe Felicia Parents went missing.

Only Kyubey Remained as the only one who knew the truth, Kako was Horrified, But Kyubey says there is nothing they can do about it, as Felicia Goes Berserk again against the witch,
Kyubey Then asked if Kako was not satisfied now she knew why Felicia hates Witches,
Kako says she will keep Felicia’s story a Secret, Kyubey aggres it is a Good Idea, and that Kyubey will ask Felicia to be Friends with Kako The Next Time they meet.

Elsewhere, Asuka Thanks Sasara for protecting her, They Find Felicia has Fallen asleep after killing the Witch, Felicia Narrates she will destroy every witch.

(Felicia’s Abilities)

Since the result of her wish was that her memory of her parent's death got changed, her personal magic affects the memories of others. She has been seen to be able to wipe Others Memories of Something that Occurs.

(Felicia’s Name Meaning)

Felicia’s Last Name means “Deep” and “Moon” Respectfully.

(3 facts about Felicia Mitsuki)

Fact #1: Her Doppel is named after Beatrice Cenci, an Italian woman who murdered her abusive father with a hammer with the help of her family.

Fact #2: It is also the only witch whose name origin has been explicitly referenced in any official media.

Fact #3: Felicia’s Japanese Voice Actor is Ayane Sakura Who Voices other Roles as  Tsubaki Sawabe in “Your lie in April”, Yae Sakura in Honkai Impact 3rd and our favorite Infinity Girl Ochaco Uraraka form My Hero Academia.

Her English Voice Actor is Lizzie Freeman, who is known for voicing Erimi Mushibami in Kakegurui, Trish Una in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventures: Golden Wind & Cardinal in Sword art Online: Alicization.
