"No, they said that they have the limb up near were you are and it would take longer for them to ship it down here than for me to go and get it."
"How are you getting there though?"
"Even though the cancer may be gone, I still have a wish."

"What?  To get your limb?  Yes, that would be a waste."
"No, that's not what I would use the wish on though."
"Then what would it be used on?"
"To see you, round trip."
"That's an even bigger waste!"
"No, you are the only one that still tries to cheer me up."

"Maybe not, but you're the only one that hasn't stared at my leg whenever we talk."
