Answers || Q/A

this includes mostly TBOE questions, since about 99% questions were from the series. so, for the rest of the book, i guess we'll have another Q/A session again sometime? 😅 i'll try to cover up most of the questions that you guys have asked, let's gooooo!

gracie: i'll be your host throughout this session, and make sure everything goes smoothly. *smiling* so, today we have our main TBOE characters sitting with us. *the seven boys, lily, suho and areum are sitting across gracie* so, let's start. i'll first ask the common questions that i received, then move on to each one of you separately, okay?

taehyung: fine.

jungkook: *judging gracie* can you work on your tone, please? we have jimin hyung, sir namjoon, chief seokjin and commander min with us. and the dragon lord, jung hoseok. you have no right to speak so casually to us.

gracie: *judging him back* i created all of this.

the boys: *laughing*

gracie: so, anyway. the first question is about your ranks. could you please elaborate your role in the kingdom of schionberg and royalty, please? can we start with his grace? *grinning at jimin*

jimin: *chuckling, nods* sure. so, uhm as already, i'm the new king- emperor of the dynasty. i was the heir to the throne.

gracie: that's amazing! how's it like to be the emperor?

jimin: it's definitely a lot of work. it appears as though the king doesn't really have to do anything and keeps ordering everyone around, but that's really not the case. to supervise things, make decisions for the betterment of the nation and its people, even putting a foot down sometimes, is all very... stressful.

gracie: i understand. and i must say, you're fitted perfectly for your role. i couldn't have a better king. *jimin smiles at that* now, moving to taehyung.

taehyung: i'm the martinet, or you can say the enforcer, who enforces the law at ground level for the king. i didn't really enjoy my job until jungkook joined me. we have fun even we're out of missions, and we just know that nobody can beat us when we're together.

gracie: *smiling* of course. you brothers are strong. we remember your fighting scene. the readers loved it, even though they were worried when you'd patch up.

taehyung: well, yeah. that was something *grins*

gracie: now, jungkook?

jungkook: *squints* call me 'your highness'.

gracie: *shaking her head* your royal highness, would you please enlighten us, worthless weaklings like myself, with your graceful words?

jungkook: *smirking* of course, now that you're being so polite. *gracie sighs* i'm the noble warrior, but that doesn't really define me. i have sworn to be the protector of the throne, my nation and my people, which briefly means, that when there's danger, i'll be the one facing it first. and i love my job.

gracie: 'thank you' *proudly* say that to me.

the boys (except jungkook) and areum: *laughing*

jungkook: how did you even become a writer? you're so kiddish.

gracie: *being held back by taehyung and hoseok* how did you end up in my book?! from now on, no more chapters with jeon jungkook in it! *huffs*

jungkook: fine. watch your readers leave without me.

jimin: *sighing* jungkook, stop it. and now, the next person, please.

gracie: yes. namjoon?

namjoon: i'm one of the council's minister. you must've heard the boys, especially jungkook refering to me as 'your excellency' *chuckles* that's mostly the way to address someone of knowledge and experience from the king's council. i had just joined during queen sunhee's time, so my role back then was limited. however, with experience and working among the best minds of the kingdom, i think it's safe to say that i've learned a lot and secured my position throughout king karol's rein.

gracie: right, i always thought that 'your excellency' was maybe a bit l, like overdoing things (?) but then, it suited your personality and role so well, that i couldn't have taken it out. *grinning* and jungkook's respect towards you and the character just did the magic. it was beautiful.

namjoon: *smiling* i'm glad everyone liked it.

gracie: *nods* now, chief? would you please go ahead and tell us about yourself and about your job?

seokjin: first of all, it's really nice to be here and *gestures towards gracie and the rest* doing this together after a lengthy and dynamic series. my role in the kingdom goes back to when queen sunhee was just a princess herself. in kaedith i was trained under her father when i was still young. i was the commander-in-chief of the army. the day she got married to a neighbouring prince, and gave birth to prince jungkook, i had sworn to protect them until my last breath. then jungkook's father and princess sunhee's father died in war with schionberg, that's how the marriage of royal convience took place and all of kaedith came under karol's rule. i stuck by my oath and continued being queen and her son's protector, even after she gave birth to princess lily, and later when they were given an exile.

gracie: you fascinate us. a lot of the readers loved you and admire you for giving jungkook the guidance he needed at times. namjoon and you, are the only people jungkook doesn't hate instantly and warms up to.

jungkook: i don't areum, suho and sir hoseok either. and i certainly did not hate lily.

gracie: you didn't like suho and areum instantly.

jungkook: suho's a kid and i didn't want any distraction or to put him in danger, which i ended up doing nonetheless... *sighs* but still, i wanted me and lily to stay alone, hidden. and no, gracie, i never hated areum. it's impossible to hate her. *glancing at areum like a whipped man*

areum: *chuckling* well, moving on?

gracie: thank you so much. he's such a distraction. *areum laughs, while jungkook glares* yoongi please.

yoongi: i'm the commander of the army under schionberg. you fan understand it simply by saying that i help the enforcer regulate the army and lead during wars. although, prince taehyung doesn't really need me anymore, the former king had appointed me to fill in for an important position, since prince taehyung was young and was still undergoing his training.

gracie: yes, it's mentioned that you played an active role in training the enforcer. but that's a talk we'll like to reserve for later. *smiling* dragon lord, hoseok, now please.

hoseok: *smiling wide* ah i'm not the dragon lord. like everyone else, i've got the powers to connect with the mystic creatures, and living in the erbos forest has put me through enough training that one requires to be with those of authority higher than us humans. dragons are only one of those many creatures.

gracie: it's so amazing to have a power like yours. and being the sweetheart that you are, i'm sure all the dragons love you.

hoseok: *chuckles* well, they do respect me as i do to them. it's a give and take.

gracie: of course, *smiles* moving on, we have areum, who-"

jungkook: that's more than enough, i'll introduce her. *grins, ignoring gracie* we have areum with us, she's beautiful, her eyes blue eyes, brunette hair, soft skin, kissable lips and well, all of her. areum, darling, will you please tell the readers about yourself? *gracie sighs*

areum: uh, there's not much to say. i'm not a royal blood and mostly have lived in the slums. my life is all about misery, until suho came. we still had to struggle, but at least i had someone to hold on for. then jungkook came *shrugs* it's been quite thrilling since then.

jungkook: right *admiring her*

gracie: fine, love birds. now-

jungkook: how dare you move on when areum still has something to say?

gracie: are you for real? she's done talking. ask her if you want!

jungkook: she's speaking. areum, baby you can talk all you want. i'll see who has a problem with that. *cracking his neck, precisely glaring at gracie*

areum: it's okay, jungkook. i don't have anything else to say. *jungkook frowning lightly, asking if she's sure* yes. and sorry, gracie. he's a little-

gracie: jerk? i know.

jungkook: you cut her again. how dare you, gracie? *standing up* where's my sword?

taehyung: *laughing* wow, jungkook being in love is such a mood. gracie, you can sit here between me and jim. he won't attack you here.

gracie: *nods* thank you, i really am worried about my life. *moves to sit between taehyung and jimin* yes, now suho.

suho: uhm i'm ten years old now, and i'm learning how to use a sword. commander min teaches me, and it's fun. *grinning*

gracie: really? what else does he teach you?

suho: swords for now, but he said he will soon start training me in archery and then horse riding too.

gracie: *smiles at his cuteness* that's nice. good luck with that. and what is lily learning?

lily: *glances at taehyung*

taehyung: sir hoseok is taking care of her training. she needs to conquer her abilities first like any other royal. and since her powers are similar to sir hoseok, she often goes with him to the erbos forest to learn about mystic arts and creatures. in the palace, chief seokjin is teaching her how to aim with throwing knives and using daggers.

gracie: that sounds cool. and to my readers, i must mention that for every question lily is asked, taehyung will be with us, using his min reading abilities and providing the best answer on behalf of lily. also, they've bonded a lot.

taehyung: of course *smiling*

lily: *nods and goes to taehyung to sit on his lap*

gracie: so, without further ado, let's move on to our next segment, where each one of the boys, lily, suho and areum will answer the questions asked by you, one by one!

Q) did you know you were a real princess?

lily: *nods and glances at taehyung*

taehyung: she knew *nods* jungkook used to tell her stories about the kingdom, their past lifestyle in the palace, and about the queen. *glances at lily again* and she even remembers some things from the queen, and especially how jungkook used to train with chief. *lily smiles*

Q) how did you feel when you saw jungkook injured after he returned from the jousting game?

lily: *tilts her head in confusion, glancing at taehyung*

taehyung: jousting is... how do i explain it? that's not important, the question is, how did you feel when jungkookie came home injured that night? you remember, right?

lily: *nods, a pout forming on her lips*

taehyung: *smiling sadly* she thought we was going to die. *lily looks at him* she was scared and didn't want to let go of him ever. but he promised that he was okay and he would get well soon to play with her again, so that made her calm down a little. *lily nods, glancing back at jungkook with a soft smile* i didn't know all this...

Q) you and suho instantly became close. how do you feel about that? is he good to you?

lily: *nodding eagerly with a giggle*

taehyung: suho's her best friend *chuckles* they've been playing together ever since they first met, and now they've started training together as well.

lily: *grinning*

taehyung: they're always running around the palace and playing games. *glancing at lily again* he's like an elder brother, but different than jungkook or us, because he's closer in age. he's very caring with her, but they also fight sometimes. *laughing*

Q) if you had to choose between suho and jungkook, who would you choose?

lily: *shrugs casually*

taehyung: *laughing* areum.

Q) how is the palace life different from the slums for you? what is favourite thing to do in the palace?

lily: *thinking*

taehyung: she likes how the palace is big and has plenty of space for her play, because back in the slums, *pauses to look at lily* jungkook didn't allow her to go anywhere. so, she couldn't play a lot. now, she can play all she wants with suho. and you guys might not know this, but she often goes to the courtroom to accompany jimin on the throne. *chickling* she likes sitting there, above everyone else with him.

lily: *smiling sheepishly*

taehyung: her favourite thing to do is— what is it? *focusing on lily* that's a lot, princess, think of one thing.

lily: *straining her whole body to think of one thing taht she absolutely loves*

taehyung: *sighing* hide and seek in the courtyard? *lily nods* with suho, yes.

Q) do you like seeing jungkook and areum together? has jungkook changed after his marriage with areum or is he still the same?

lily: *pretends to think carefully, then looks at taehyung*

taehyung: short answer is yes, she likes them together. areum is caring and treats lily like her own child, just like suho. which is why they both behave like siblings. suho calls jungkook appa and i won't lie, i've heard lily refering to him like that too in her head. *chuckles, glancing at lily as she shakes his arm* yes yes, you learned that from suho. they know that.

taehyung: jungkook is very fond of both the kids and leaves no opportunity to play with them or take them for horseback riding whenever he's free. *nodding* has he changed, lily?

lily: *shakes her head*

taehyung: not to her.

Q) have you gotten closer with the rest of the guys?

lily: *nods with a smile and points at taehyung, then at the back where the rest of them are sitting*

taehyung: *smiles* she gives a lot of hugs to me. jimin also tends to spend his free time with her. yet, the most time she spends with is commander min, chief seokjin and sir hoseok. even when she's not training, she'd stick by one of them just to help them or learn what they do.

lily: *smiling excitedly*

taehyung: she says they're amazing.

Q) what was your favourite thing to do with jungkook back in the slums?

lily: *slips down from her chair, hearing suho laughing in the background*

taehyung: hey, don't go yet. just a few minutes more. *smiling nervously* i'm sorry, everyone, she's a little bored and wants to play now. please don't mind, our princess is still young.

gracie: it's okay, these were the main questions. *smiling* lily, this is the last one i promise.

lily: *pouts, pointing back*

taehyung: i know, princess. you can play with suho after this. tell us quickly, what was your favourite thing to do with jungkook?

lily: *thinking for a while, then her eyes flick towards suho and areum again*

taehyung: taking walks and listening to the stories of royals. *smiling softly, and kisses her forehead* you can go now.

lily: *smiling, and sends a flying kiss to everyone, waving her hands*

gracie: *cooing* bye baby~

Q) hey, jungkook. how are you doing?

jungkook: *nods with a smile* pretty good.

Q) can you please elaborate about your powers? we'd love to learn more!

jungkook: my powers... well, everyone with royal blood, and higher elites are born with one special ability. my innate ability is manipulation, brawn is something i acquired. i'll explain a bit more. in the kingdom, we have schools with trainers and special teachers, who mostly well experienced elites, who teach the children of the royalty and higher elites, how to control their innate abilities and aquire more. usually, since it's an extremely challenging and difficult task, most people bear only one abilty, which is usually innate, and master that.

jungkook: although, princes next to the heir, like taehyung and i, are made to aquire morethan one ability. that's how my second power is brawn, which means physical strength beyond normal human measures. taehyung's innate ability is healing, and acquired is mind reading. jimin hyung's innate ability is manipulation of earthly elements. he doesn't have an acquired ability. i hope i could make you understand it.

Q) why did you not like taehyung as nuch as jimin?

jungkook: it's obvious, taehyung is the enforcer. the royal martinet, who is of the highest authority after the king and the leader of the entire army. the former king had raised him by feeding lies about mother, which eventually includes me and liky too. i don't blame him anymore, but in the begining, i couldn't trust him and thought that he was exactly like his father. thankfully, i was proved wrong.

jungkook: why i didn't hate jimin hyung? the answer is, i... i wasn't fond of him either. but i knew that if i ever had to fight, my opponent would be taehyung not jimin hyung.

Q) you're married to areum, how does that feel?

jungkook: mind blowing. *grins* she's simply amazing. i'm so glad to have met her that night, or else none of this would have been possible. i don't think i could've made it without her.

Q) you burnt down the entire palace, had dragons attacking and killed almost everyone who came in your way to save areum. you've been a hero that we're struggling not to fall for.

jungkook: why struggle so much? just fall for me. *chuckles* but yes, i wouldn't lie, it made me furious when i came to know areum and suho were taken to the palace. and when i saw the king hurting her, i knew i didn't care anymore. nobody gets to hurt my areum as long as i'm breathing. i wasn't kidding when i said i know no limits when it comes to protecting my family, if i have to burn down the entire world, i will.

Q) do you like areum?

jungkook: *frowning* like? i'm drowning in her eyes every night, she's walking all around my head, i can see her when i close my eyes to sleep, when i wake up my hands search for her, and her voice feels like a melody to my ears. i don't just like her, friend, i love her. crazily, lunatically, obsessively, dangerously love her.

areum: *scrunching her face* sounds scary.

jungkook: does it? *winks*

Q) what is your favourite memory with lily?

jungkook: when she was much younger and hadn't seen, or maybe hadn't noticed little details of life, and she noticed them for the time. like shadows. she wasn't familiar with shadows and tried fo run away when those dark things kept following her all day. *laughing* and anothr one is when i taught her how to make throwing stars out of parchment paper and aim. she had learned quickly and could attack my heart in just a few days.

Q) do you have a particular fond memory from the palace when you were younger (before leaving) with your hyungs?

jungkook: yes, i do. no matter how much i wanted to forget some things, i just couldn't. *smiling a little* i remember us playing all around the yards and long hallways of the palace where lily and suho play now. i loved swords ever since i was a child and i guess that paid off. *chuckling*

taehyung: i taught him horse riding. he used to be scared of horses! *laughing*

jungkook: i was ten, what do you expect? *taehyung still laughing*

Q) did you ever think you could share the same roof as taehyung again?

jungkook: honestly, no. i was so determined to kill him *sighs* if it weren't for chief and sir namjoon, i think i wouldn't have stopped fighting him even after the noble sword disappeared. thank god, they're always there for me.

Q) did it hurt when jimin buried you by throwing 'a chunk of the palace' as taehyung called it?

jungkook: yes. a lot. powers like jimin hyung's are divine and one of the highest of order that us nobles can bear. not everyone can learn to control such devastating and heavy powers. by heavy i mean, the pressure we feel when we use our abilities. i only got access to hyung's powers for a short time, and it felt like each one of the nerve in body would explode with the intensity. jimin hyung's strength is beyond just brawn or healing. to be so calm and in control of his powers, one needs immense mental strength and body stability. that is why even healers couldn't vanish the pain of the bones i cracked from jimin hyung's single attacked.

Q) is there a special power that you wish to take in exchange what you already have?

jungkook: uh yes, i guess i'd like to take jimin hyung's powers *grinning* or lily's. her powers are rare and unique.

Q) is there a particular thing that areum does wich drives you insane?

jungkook: oh yes, her habit of existing. *dramatically holds his heart* totally killer.

Q) do you ever think of being the king?

jungkook: when i was set to end everyone including jimin hyung, yes. but after I discovered he wasn't like his father, i was okay with him being the king. he's the eldest prince, the rightful heir to the throne, and much wiser than me. he makes a great king.

gracie: that's all the questions for you. thank you so much, jungkook for joining us today.

jungkook: it's my pleasure. i love q-n'-a sessions.

gracie: i wish you'd say the same about me some day.

jungkook: *sighs dramatically* maybe, one day if you stop torturing us so much.

gracie: i don't. *huffs* moving on-

Q) did you ever wonder about jungkook and lily after they left with the queen?

taehyung: certainly *nods* jungkook was close with us back then, and having a bit of an age gap we saw him grow up. he loved to play with us, watch us train and try to copy everything me and jimin did. he was two when late queen married our father and came to the palace. we were nine then, me and jimin. so, of course we loved him a lot and enjoyed his company. we had plenty of time with jungkook, than we ever got with lily. because my training had started, so i couldn't stay in the palace during the day so much, then only in a few months the queen was asked to leave. lily was only a few months old when they were forced to give up the royalty.

Q) we know you've had a hard time through your teenage years, do you wish to change anything from the past?

taehyung: *thinking for a moment, then shames his head* jimin has asked this a couple of times, and i always had the same answer. no. if i could change anything, it would mean our roles being reversed. and i cannot so selfish that i put my brother through the hell i've seen, just so that i could save myself. that's ridiculous. i'm fine with how things have been between jimin and i. we're brothers before a king and an enforcer.

taehyung: but yeah, there is one thing i wish i could change. it's what father did with queen sunhee. maybe if he didn't give her an exile, she's continue living with us in the palace, jungkook wouldn't have to go watch his mother being murdered, lily wouldn't have to grow up in the slums, she wouldn't lose her voice, and maybe we wouldn't have lost so much time in finding the family we had to.

Q) why were you so enraged with jungkook?

taehyung: i was... unsure. i knew he was my brother. i knew it the moment i stepped inside that small house where areum lived with her son. i could read right through their thoughts. yet, i couldn't believe myself. maybe it's human nature that i was in denial about the obvious. of course, lily was the princess and jungkook the prince, who returned to seek revenge of his mother. but i still kept refusing to see that jungkook as my brother, lily as my sister. now that i think about it, i knew that the king would make me kill them, and if i kept telling myself that jungkook isn't the brother me and jimin once loved so much, it would make killing him much easier for me.

taehyung: just to avid the guilt that came with the thought of taking my own younger brother's life, kept haunting me and i couldn't being myself to believe anything against the king. i have killed many people during my training and after taking my place as the enforcer. it was my job to kill anyone who went against the king. i was raised for it. and probably that's what made it hard for me to function without the king always sitting inside my head, ordering his enforcer of his next victim.

Q) i love your mind reading and healing abilities, but it's human nature to want more. what more powers would like to have?

taehyung: well, i guess i would like jungkook's manipulation powers. they are very handy when fighting. he almost made me give up defending myself when we fought like crazy. it's so hard to defeat him with his tremendous strength, skill and that mind.

Q) did you ever feel any empathy about lily? obviously keeping out your 'heartless self' did you ever want to be a good big brother to her?

taehyung: yes. i had no problem with the princess, and honestly, there was a time when i thought about bringing her back to the palace after i get us rid of jungkook. she's the princess, she has the royal blood and she deserves the life of respect like mr or jimin. about being a good brother to her, absolutely. i cherish her. *smiling fondly*

Q) are you really okay with areum marrying jungkook?

taehyung: of course. *smiles to himself* she's... uh, she loves him and jungkook loves her back. i'm happy for them.

Q) do you ever plan to come clean about your feelings towards areum, to jungkook or areum herself?

taehyung: *sighs deeply and shakes his head* no. not in this life. i'm genuinely happy for my brother finding love, for areum finding a man who truly cares for her and doesn't just... kill people on the king's order or visits pleasure houses. she deserves a man, not a monster.

taehyung: yes, jungkook has got blood in his hands too, but he's different than me. i'm drowning in the pool of my victims' blood, when i sleep i hear their cries and pleadings, the screams echo my room as i tortured each one to death. nobody deserves to end up with a man like me. in another life where i'm not this way, maybe then i'd look for love as well. so, no. i don't ever plan on saying anything to anyone. some things are better left unsaid.

Q) do you think if jungkook wasn't your brother, there was a possibility of you having a future with areum?

taehyung: you guys are crazy... *genuinely taken aback* i don't know what- *takes a deep breath* i don't know, and i don't wish to think in that direction. areum is family's daughter-in-law, jungkook's wife. i just— *chuckles in disbelief* no, we don't have a future together, not now and most definitely never. she's married. she's married to my brother.

Q) you told jimin that you saved areum before and you'd keep doing it again and again, what did you mean by that?

taehyung: i meant exactly what i said. *glances away* i've saved areum before, and i'll keep doing it no matter how many times i have to. jungkook's love roars in crowds, loud and flashy. so, i guess mine can burn in silence. *smiles lightly, eyes flicking to the side where areum's voice is clear.*

taehyung: *takes a deep breath* okay, no more areum questions now. you guys are too much.

gracie: that was the last one *grinning* i'm so happy with how it has turned out!

taehyung: you know, i think jungkook isn't completely wrong when he says that you torture us.

gracie: oh please, i've done nothing.

taehyung: nothing? this—

gracie: next question!

Q) do you and jimin remember jungkook and lily? do you have any story to share?

taehyung: *chuckles* yes, we do actually. jimin, come here, it's for both of us.

jimin: *takung a seat with taehyung* yes?

taehyung: they're asking us about jungkook's childhood days.

jimin: ah, he was such a mischievous boy. *smiling* he loved to play with us and would always find ways to sneak in the training grounds where tae and i practiced. and just like lily, he loved the courtroom and always wanted to sit on the throne. father, didn't let him, but whenever he wasn't around or at night, kook would sneak in the courtroom and sit on the throne like a king. *chuckling at the memory*

taehyung: yes, and he would make me and jimin his special knights to protect the kingdom. *laughing*

Q) a day with nature, fury and you, without having to worry about royal duties. how do you feel about it?

taehyung: feels like a dream *smiling*  i would love a day off like that. i could use and uninterrupted evening near lake redver, or probably on the valleys of karvon range. it's beautiful.

gracie: that's all of the questions for you, taehyung. thank you so much!

taehyung: no problem. *smiles*

Q) can you please share some of your favourite moments with jungkook when he was younger?

jimin: we have answered that already. but i believe i can share more *smiles* it's not my favourite, but it has stayed with me through the years. kook was around nine or ten and gad started training to regulate his manipulation powers. he wanted to have some fun with what he had learned and wanted to try it on me and taehyung. i told him not to, because my powers are something not everyone can control, especially not children.

jimin: kook didn't listen and with that naughty grin on his face he slipped in to see what he could make me do, how he would manipulate my abilities with his. it ended up pretty bad for him. he had lost consciousness quickly and since i wasn't completely able to do anything, we almost blew up the yard. so, this is isn't exactly a fond memory, but it keeps reminding me of how jungkook was never really scared of trying anything and he loved being flashy about the things he could do. *chuckles*

Q) now that you have the princess back after seven years, it must be overwhelming and joyous for you and everyone else. what are some things you wish to do to make up for the time you've lost in the princess's childhood?

jimin: honestly, it's not possible to recover the time i've lost with lily. it's seven years, after all. a lot changes in seven years. *smiling sadly* she went through things that she shouldn't even know about, saw her mother dying in front of her, saw her brother fighting for their life. i know there's nothing i could do to take all that pain away, but now that she's with me, it's like a relief. the first time i held her— the first she actually, really, let me hold her i released a breath i didn't know i've been holding. it's not a right, it's not something i deserved, and it's not something i craved for, *blinking teary eyes*

jimin: it's a privilege that i got to hold my little girl and realise that i've been blessed. many people don't, and still they continue to live, unaware of the power a soul can hold over another. *chuckles fondly* i'm glad jungkook brought lily back, or else i'd be one of those people.

Q) how old were you and taehyung when the queen left the kingdom?

jimin: we were twenty. taehyung used to be away on missions while i used to take lengthy tutoring lessons about politics and political ethics. no one knew what really happened, and why one day the queen rose against the king and left the kingdom. we were told, like the rest of the kingdom, that the queen wanted her son to be the next king, and when father didn't give in to her wish she revolted. *shakes his head in disappointment* that is why taehyung initially thought that jungkook was back for the throne, seeking revenge. it wasn't his fault, for seven years the whole kingdom was made to believe something untrue. something that never happened.

Q) can you tell us about your young days with taehyung? maybe about your training?

jimin: with taehyung? *chuckles* well, we started training by the time we turned ten, but it was only light. by the time we turned thirteen it got way worse and so mich more intense. our time in training grounds increased and we would spend most of our in the mud, sharpening our skills, running laps and weight lifting. jungkook used to accompany us *chuckles* watching from a distance or sometimes wrestle one of us in the mud.

jimin: taehyung and i loved training together, but it was only limited because eventually as we grew older, i was made to attend meetings with father and his counsil, i had tutoring lessons aligned and grooming classes. all of that, father said, was necessary for me to become a good future leader. meanwhile tae was being treated like animals. we started getting less time with each other, except for the times i insisted on joining him for a duel or exercising together.

Q) if you knew what the king did to the queen and little prince and princess, would you agree in removing him from earth?

jimin: *laughs a little* i like how you speak. the answer is, although, tough, the righteous thing to do would be to punish him for his deeds, yes.

Q) can you please explain your relationship with jungkook?

jimin: *surprised, but smiles* i'm his elder brother.

taehyung: *from the back* me too!

Q) your favourite thing to do in the palace?

jimin: if the same question was asked a year ago, i would've said working in my study. but now, i'd have to say that i enjoy taking walks with the kids. every evening, during sunset, lily has made it my habit that i take a stroll with her and suho in the front gardens as we talk about flowers surrounding us. *smiling fondly*

Q) how did you feel when you guys were separated?

jimin: it was bad. *nodding with a sigh* jungkook cried holding me because he didn't want to leave us. his hyungs. taehyung tried to stop the queen, while i talked to father. nothing worked, and in the end jungkook had to leave with his mother and sister. taehyung did not leave his room for three days, i continued asking father what went wrong, but he knew we couldn't say a word against him. not back then. the fourth day tae was dragged out of his room, tied up and left in the erbos. i was told to carry on with my life, take it as a lesson that a king never deals with emotions. to be a king, i had to adopt practicality. *shaking his head* i had hoped to see my kook again, but the way it actually happened was unexpected.

Q) is there anything in life that you regret?

jimin: *thinking carefully, and nods* i regret that i couldn't do anything to help my brothers, to help lily. i wish i could turn back time and spare them the pain they had to experience.

gracie: *whipped smile* you're the loveliest brother anyone can have.

jimin: ah- *surprised laugh* where did you come from?

gracie: i'm always here *grins* anyway, thank you so much for your precious time. that was it with our king, *jimin smiles* let's move on to the next person now.

Q) what post are you on after the Queen's death?

namjoon: i've always been the king's minster. although before the queen's departure, i was pretty young and new to the royalty and my job. i gained experience by working with other ministers in the king's counsil and secured my position as his excellencies.

Q) were also a teacher to jimin, like yoongi was to taehyung?

namjoon: no. as i just mentioned, i joined the palace a lot later than chief kim or commander min did. by the time i was considered an important person, jimin had almost completed his basic studies. and if we talk about guidance, i've always tried to show the princes the right path whenever i felt like they were lost. *smiles*

Q) do you think prince jungkook and the other two princes should have met sooner?

namjoon: *thinks for a moment, gradually shaking his head* i think whatever happened was bound to happen, especially since nobody could stop it when it began. the anger and hinger for revenge, speaking for both taehyung and jungkook, was born from lies and deception. when negative feelings like those are left undealt for too long, kept alive in one's heart, they take devastating forms. you've seen how jungkook and taehyung wanted to kill each other. and in those circumstances when the two only wanted spill the other's blood, meeting sooner would've caused just more destruction. massive destruction. so, honestly, i think whatever took place, took place when the right time came.

Q) jimin is the new king, do you have any expectations?

namjoon: *smiles* not much. he's capable of making good decisions and has a broad mind, open to all kinds of responses and ideas. he knows what's right for his nation and people, do there isn't much to expect from him in those grounds. however, what i do expect from  him regardless of all things, is to always keep in mind that making mistakes is okay. what's not is to be ignorant. an ignorant king means the downfall of the entire kingdom.

Q) if you are granted one wish to ask anything, what will you ask for?

namjoon: i'd like to ask for some patience *chuckling* for both of your younger princes. even now when it's been over a year, they still end up arguing sometimes.

Q) how did you meet chief seokjin?

namjoon: it's a fun story actually! *beaming* when he used to train taehyung— yes, he did train taehyung for a little while in the initial days when taehyung was around eleven years old. i saw him in a meeting where he stood by the queen, while commander min was behind the king. after the meeting, chief kim asked me if i was new and took me for a drink. it's embarrassing to say, but i ended up drunk and he had to take me back to my chambers.

jungkook: *laughing at a distance* his excellency getting drunk sounds funny!

namjoon: unbelievable, i know *sighs*

gracie: *giggles* thank you for sharing that. we had fun listening to you, sir.

namjoon: the pleasure's mine *smiling with dimples*

Q) you've always stuck to your duty and had your priorities straight. yet, do you think there's ever been anything in your life that you regret?

seokjin: *chuckles softly* to put it simply, no. i have always lived up to my principles, the promises i made and my duties towards the royalty. i may have made mistakes in the past, but for all i know, is that i am the only one responsible for them and no one else. throughout my time, i have, and will always, continue playing my part. if i go against the realm, i shall be punished.

Q) how did you feel when namjoon brought jungkook to see you in the dungeons the first time?

seokjin: i was more surprised than happy at first, for nobody other than commander min's men and namjoon came to see me ever since i was held captive by the king. i used to tell namjoon about jungkook and the princess, and how i could've protected them. i told myself that could, forgetting that i actually did. i did everything i could to protect the prince and princess. when i saw jungkook that day after seven years, i felt relieved.

Q) was jungkook a quick learner during his training days, since you've been the one to teach him everything?

seokjin: yes. he was always eager to learn more and could easily train for different things at the same time. i think it came handy with his innate powers, which he had learned to slip into people's mind and try to adapt to their skills, then incorporate it in himself with his physical trainings. i used to go hard on him back then, and there were days when he would leave the ground bloody and crying and cursing at me for beating him up. *chuckling* i felt bad too, but we had no other option. the king could've attacked any time and it was important to get jungkook ready for a bloody battle to protect the princess and the queen.

Q) how did you lose your arm? i'm so sad!

seokjin: *glancing at his missing right arm* oh, when hoseok and i were outside the palace, he wasn't really fighting, but getting his dragons to smother up the palace, half of the elite localities were burnt. while i had to step down in the palace, because jungkook already had the enough people to fight. commander min and i had a really ugly fight. *sighs* his skills are no joke, and his ability to produce illusions just made it extremely hard for me to take him down and ended up losing my arm to him. but we're good now.

Q) chief, if you could do one thing right now what would that be?

seokjin: i'd like to get a drink with commander min and namjoon *smiles*

Q) you have my huge respect chief, how did you decide to be against the king?

seokjin: *thinking* uh, it's... how do i explain this? *pauses* see, some people with immense strength and capabilities end up pledging their loyalty towards the wrong person. sometimes it's not even their fault, because they swear to serve the throne, the crown, and when there's a n undeserving person sitting on that throne, they automatically become the superior figure. since i never swore to stick by the throne, i could easily go with whom i thought was my lord. queen sunhee. even when she left the royalty, my duty was towards her, not the king.

seokjin: that, i think, is a great deal. had i given myself to the crown, i'd be bound to obey the king and walk the path he chose for me, like he did with taehyung and commander min. and secondly, my principles have differed from the former king's more than enough times to let me know that he did not stand a chance against my queen. *smiles proudly*

Q) i find your and jungkook's bond intriguing. so chief, please tell us a story when you realized jungkook trusted you so much that he ran to you first when something happened.

seokjin: he's a good kid *smiling fondly* i've seen him growing up before my eyes, and i often times during the exile i had been the one to play the role of his father, be it scolding him for his mistakes, helping him out with things that bothered him, taking him out for mini excursions and other things he insisted to do. he knew he had the right over me and trusted me enough to tell me what was on his mind. if he asked me to slice open my own chest, just so he could look what was inside, i would have done it too.

seokjin: jungkook is the kid i feel like i raised. at times he'd complaint about my harsh trainings to the queen, although within an hour he'd come back to me, asking when he'd be strong enough to beat me in the field *laughs, shaking his head* he never managed to, though. but now, i guess it's for me to step down from my job. he has improved a lot and grown ip to be one of the finest warriors in time. he doesn't need his chief anymore.

jungkook: *from the back* i do, chief. don't you dare try to run away from your responsibilities. you're supposed to be by my side and heal me until the day i die.

seokjin: *chuckles* you mean until the day i die?

jungkook: *serious* no. my last day, chief. you can retire if you want, but you'll stay right here. i won't allow you to leave.

gracie: you two will make me cry *wiping tears* before it gets any more emotional, let's quickly move to the next person! thank you so much, chief!

seokjin: *nods with a smile* thank you.

Q) you've been a big part of taehyung's training. can you share more on that?

yoongi: *nods* when prince taehyung was ten, former king had started his traning to be the future enforcer. for the begining years i did not train him. although later as he grew older, around the age of fifteen the king had given the reins to me, to train and shape him into the enforcer he was supposed to be. from accompanying him in the erbos, to deep waters of moros, heights of karvon ranges, i saw him taking all of it with grace. he was beyond just strong and had learned to take the pain better than anyone i had ever seen.

yoongi: i told the king that he did not require that kind of treatment, but he didn't listen and kept ordering me and the main trainers to keep pushing the prince to his limits. when taehyung said that he was cut open and left in the erbos at night, he wasn't kidding. it was one of the trainers who obliged by the king's order just to test taehyung's resilience and abilty to survive worst conditions. if jungkook could draw taehyung to his edge, i'm certain seokjin trained him well. both taehyung and jungkook are carved forcefully, one because of his father who was scared to see his end, and the other to protect his sister and mother. they've both seen a lot than they deserved.

Q) how do you feel seeing jungkook and lily back, and especially with areum and suho?

yoongi: i'm glad the royalty has its son and daughter back after seven years. prince jungkook and princess lily's return was meaningful and significant. about her highness, areum and suho, i wasn't certain of the decision at first, however seeing them for a while, i do realise that they don't mean harm. jungkook loves the woman and her son. she's the daughter-in-law of the novelty, and we accept her the way she is. *nodding briefly* suho, i must add, is persistent in learning new things. he's doing fairly good with the moves i've been teaching him.

Q) go easy on prince taehyung when you are alone with him will ya? and make sure to smile atleast once a day or else you might turn into a rock.

yoongi: *hesitant* he is my prince. his word is command, you ordinary! i've always worked for his betterment. if ever, have i crossed any limes with the prince, i shall be hung this instant.

taehyung: hang you and get a slap? no, thank you, commander. *smirks*

yoongi: please, stop talking that way, your highness. people assume that i torture you.

taehyung: *still smirking* you do. i'm gonna sit here and listen to you, my precious commander min, *sniggering* gracie, bring on the next question.

gracie: okay, i guess?

Q) is it the promise that makes you implement king's rule or fear? if given a choice to whether serve for jungkook or the king without any consequence whom would you choose?

yoongi: yes, a promise. a pledge, actually. we're made to swear our loyalty towards the throne till our last breath, which is why i'm bound to the throne no matter who sits on it. my duty is to abide by the law of the crown. i have always done that, and i will continue to do so. *nodding*

taehyung: i think he's right. i have done the same. we're bound to the throne, not to the ruler... and that is a little, absurd because poor kings exist.

yoongi: yes, but for the next few decades, we do not have to worry.

taehyung: *nods* jimin's doing a good job.

Q) you are not a bad guy right?

yoongi: *confused* i trust i'm not.

taehyung: he's not. *confident*

Q) will you marry me?

taehyung: most definitely yes. *grinning* commander min's wedding something i wish to witness.

yoongi: i'm not sure...

gracie: *laughing* well, you can talk it with taehyung? and till then, we'll talk to hoseok.

Q) how did you learn to tame dragons? and do you think anyone can do that? or is there a special ability required for that?

hoseok: i do have the innate power to understand the mystic creatures and arts, however i'm not sure if it's solely because of my powers that i get along with dragons and others. dragons, like any other organism on the planet, deserve the right treatment and respect. and since they are blessed with higher powers and superior authorities than us humans, it becomes important to give them the regard that they deserve. you respect them, they respect you. it's a give and take. if you try to make yourself look superior and try to fight them, or so to say *air quoting* 'tame' them, they'll show you your place in no time.

hoseok: prince jungkook was able to tame the fire breather in the royal bowl during the trials because he knelt down first to submit to the dragon. princess lily too, respects them, which is why she's so good with them. her innocence and playful nature along with sense of responsibility is of of much esteem. *smiles*

Q) lily's your student, how's that?

hoseok: it's good to have a student like her. *smiling* our power is rare and i, honestly, haven't met anyone with it. which is why i live all by myself with the mystic powers in erbos and not in the capital. when i learned about princess's powers, i visited the palace to seek permission to train her and make her the greatest dragon rider. fortunately, they agreed and were happy with the thought.

Q) can you please tell us more about your life? like why you chose to live in the forest of mystical creatures, when it's so dangerous?

hoseok: my father was a mystic healer, which means he could heal injured animals. he loved them so much that he used to live in the foot of the inner karvon mountain range towards the erbos forest, while me and my mother lived in the village nearby. after mother's death, i went to live with father and realised that i loved these special animals too. i could communicate with them through my thoughts, understand them and form a bond that i hadn't seen even between humans. that's how i started living there, even after my father's death.

hoseok: about the forest being dangerous, yes it is. but not for me. *smiles* it is dangerous for those who mean harm, who have ill internations. i don't. i mean, why would i think of harming my home?

Q) i wonder if your enemies see rainbows and flowers burning in fire before getting killed by you.

hoseok: *laughs* i don't know, do you think that happens? *laughs again*

gracie: i think it could be possible because you're such a cutie patootie!

hoseok: *tearing up laughing* thank you.

gracie: of course *smiles* now, we have areum. i know many of you are excited to talk to her and listen to what she has to say in response to questions you've asked. so, let's go!

Q) you are a strong woman!

areum: *smiles* thank you. we all are.

Q) how is the new life in the palace?

areum: like a dream *fascinated* i never would've imagined myself like this, in a palace, married to a prince *chuckles*

Q) how is jungkook with suho and vice versa?

areum: they're so adorable together! especially now that suho's learning martial arts and whatever else they teach him about weapons, he likes to show it to jungkook. and jungkook's reaction is always so pure and generous. i'm really thankful for the two of them.

Q) what is your favourite thing about jungkook?

areum: uhm physical feature? i like his eyes. i'm not sure it's because of his powers that the eye contacts are so intense or just... i don't know, but his eyes when he looks at me are my favourite feature about him. among others, of course *smiling*

Q) how do you feel seeing taehyung everyday, after everything that he did?

areum: we're fine. he's a nice guy and jungkook's brother. they seem to be getting along, that's what matters to me. *smiles* i don't really have an opinion about him ever since the day, because we barely ever talk. he's busy with his work and i'm mostly in my chambers or with the children. the only time we actually cross paths is during meals.

Q) have you noticed any kind of tension with taehyung? since it's clear he has always been a bit interested in you even before he summoned you and suho.

areum: *hesitating* uhm, i... i'm not sure what you're trying to imply, but i'll try to answer that wisely. taehyung saved me the first time in the pleasure house, he was seventeen, i was thirteen. after that, i saw him only a few times when he would sometimes pass the main market in the slums. the only time, i think he ever saw me, was when he came home asking about jungkook one night. *nods slowly* so, i don't see a reason to have tension, but i guess even if there is some it's because of the bad encounters we both have had. other than that, it should be fine. he's pretty okay with me now. when he summoned for me, he was harsh and ignorant but i don't blame him. he was doing his job.

Q) what is it like to be jungkook's wife?

areum: nothing beats the feeling. but i guess everyone in love feels that way when they're with their partner. *smiles* jungkook is a caring husband, a supportive friend and compititive too at times *laughs* he's also taking his time to teach me archery.

jungkook: *approaching* it's fun.

areum: well... *holding back a smile*

gracie: okay, next question!

Q) do you also have any powers like the royals?

areum: no. only royals and higher elites have powers. not even middle class and lower elites inherit them, nor are they allowed to acquire any. *glancing at jungkook to explain more*

jungkook: yes, it's complicated. to keep the powers at manageable levels and avoid anti-national activities, our ancestors have kept the powers and their knowledge limited. the trainers and schools where abilities are taught and incorporated in kids, are only allowed to take in children of the upper elites. children of the royalty have special trainings and classes in the palace itself.

Q) what did you feel about helping jungkook against king karol?

areum: i didn't know. *shrugs* at first i just wanted some kind of security, and i saw it in jungkook. he felt like i could rely on him. *glancing at jungkook. he smiles* maybe i wouldn't have trusted him so easily if he was all alone. it was lily's presence with him that made it easier for me to see the good in him. i mean, a man with a little girl who cannot speak cannot be as bad as the imperials i had met before.

jungkook: i should thank lily then. because of her i got married. *areum laughs, and jungkook grins*

Q) how did you and jungkook meet?

areum: we met one night... when i saw him outside with suho and he looked somewhat angry. i thought he was going to hurt suho, and he also had lily. i quickly assumed he had abducted her and was going to hurt her too, because he looked scary.

jungkook: she means attractive, guys.

areum: i mean scary.

gracie: well, for this i'll have to agree jungkook, for once *chuckles in disbelief* i intended on making him look attractive. i succeeded.

jungkook: you don't need to put work for that, i already am very attractive.

gracie: right, *ignores* and now we're moving on to suho, our lily's best friend and companion in this whole series.

Q) who do you get along well with in the palace?

suho: *thinking* uhm everyone, but if i have to pick i'd say commander min and prince taehyung. commander min because he teaches me how to be strong, and prince taehyung because he's always looking out for me. he doesn't really show it or talks to me much, but i know he that he cares. i got hurt while training one day and prince helped me even before commender knew. *grins* he's nice.

Q) do you have any fun encounters with taehyung or jimin?

suho: yes! his majesty is really funny and we go to the gardens everyday in the evening with lily. it's fun. he tells us stories about royal men and his own childhood events, and i tell him the stories eomma told me. prince taehyung doesn't hangout so much with me, but lily thinks he always listens to what i have to say. even when lily and i fight, prince taehyung tells her that it's okay and we shouldn't fight with our friends, just like appa and eomma do.

Q) do you like staying at the palace?

suho: yes! it's so big and beautiful! and we can play everywhere all we want! even the imperials don't scold us anymore *giggles*

Q) do you like jungkook being with your mother?

suho: of course. he's really a nice man and takes care of eomma. he loves her— not more than me, but he does love her a lot. he loves me too!

Q) what do you think of lily?

suho: she's my beat friend forever! *smiling widely* i love her so much, prince taehyung told me one day that lily loves me back. i always knew she looked like a real princess, and i'm happy that she's my princess not just the kingdom's. when we came to know that we'll stay together in the palace, we both were so excited. lily hugged me tightly and kissed my cheek. i wish i could understand her like prince taehyung does.

Q) is jungkook being a good appa to you?

suho: better than anyone's appa *grins* he plays with me and lily, takes up for horse riding and lets us see all the weapons he uses. he promised to help me become strong like him.

gracie: that's so cute. i'm sure he'll help you all he can. *smiling* right, jungkook?

suho: definitely. suho and lily and are going to be my warriors.

gracie: for the second time today i feel like i agree with you. *jungkook rolls his eyes* and now finally, we're talked to all of our lovely characters, and it's time to get ready to meet and listen to your author: gracie! *points at herself* me!

jungkook: *chuckles* i'll be around to correct you and humble you down.

gracie: *annoyed* thank you so very much.

Q) how did you come up with the magic system of schionberg?

gracie: it's a fun story to tell! *smiling widely* i was reading a post which described how to use magic systems in different universes. it was basically a guide for writers to efficiently use magic and other forms of fantasy tools in their stories. also, i've always been a fan of fantasy, even though i'm not confident in writing the same. but yes, after researching a little and studying about magic, super powers and faerie lands and mediaeval kingdoms, i felt the need to write something of my own. *nods* so that's basically how i got the idea for my precious TBOE series. i just knew it had have magic in it, that's all. *laughs*

Q) you've openly mentioned subjects like rape, teenage pregnancy and marriage of convience, have you been thinking of covering these issues more often or is it just limited to TBOE?

gracie: it depends *thinking about it* yeah, it really depends. if i have a good idea, i'm willing to do whatever it takes to build a plot that takes me as a reader through a roller coaster of emotions. there has to be action, drama, maybe a little bit of love? *chuckles* for a good plot, everything is fair as long as you do it right. even in TBOE, these things were strengthening the plot and the characters. and that is the only reason they found a place in the story. citizens being abused by imperials and other officials is something we know actually happened back in their time, even today if you compare many people are exploited by goverment officials on unsaid levels. so, that plays an important part in world building and showing that not everything is pretty and glittery. *nods*

gracie: and about the other part of the question, i don't know if i'll be bringing it up. maybe i will, maybe i won't? i don't know, but one thing i can say for sure is that i do wish to write more involving public concerns. it was a big decision from my side when i concluded areum's character as a woman who has had raging bad experiences with men. she gave birth at fifteen after being raped by several men, and even when she's summoned back to the palace, ome of taehyung's men forcefully has sex with her. and similarly i've mentioned pleasure houses, so if you see i'm trying to bring up the odds at surface level and show the aftermath of things. areum, despite everything, fights for herself, for her son. taehyung seems to regret his actions, he punishes the man who touched areum in the dungeons. so yeah, these things need to be discussed openly and i hope i can continue doing it.

Q) who was your favourite character to write in this series?

gracie: this is so unfair. please don't make me choose *dramatic sigh* jungkook. honestly speaking, he was the big hero in my mind, shaped like a villain, with questionable morals and only a single ground rule: revenge. his character didn't care about how many people he had to kill, he just wouldn't be satisfied until he killed the king, and well his sons as well. *chuckles* and because of lily with him, then areum's presence it was fun to write him. *looks around* i hope he's not listening or else he won't ever shut up about the praises.

Q) what do you think about the tension between taehyung and areum? was that planned or just a random thought?

gracie: oh my god! how do you guys have so many details *flabbergasted* well, it wasn't planned. there weren't even major scenes between the two, but eventually when taehyung orders his men to 'get' areum and her son, it sparked a little... something. but i didn't dive into it right away. the major, like tension strike, to me was after the he punishes the man who assaulted areum. he was genuinely enraged, and after that the scene which adds fuel to the fire was when he decides to confront areum without a shirt on. i was done for. *facepalms*

gracie: did you guys like it, though? the tension between areum and taehyung, especially since a lot has been revealed in the Q/A *grins*

Q) do you think there could've been an alternative ending?

gracie: there was, actually. *hums* i have re-writen the ending. now that it's published i think i can say it, after areum sent suho back to slums, he was supposed to be killed. *sigh* it looked appealing to me, but in a larger view i realised that suho's death would mean areum marrying jungkook without any... uh i don't remember the word, *thinking more* it would look like i killed suho's character because i wanted the route clear for jungkook to get with areum. then they get married and have their own kids and stuff. which made suho's death useless. that is why deleted that whole thing and came up with the one that is published.

Q) what was the biggest challenge you faced while writing TBОЕ?

gracie: writing in first person pov. as you know i don't really write in first person, so that was a bit challenging. then, this whole fantasy genre nearly kills me whenever i try to create something out of it. so, that has to be it. first person writing, and fantasy.

Q) how was it writing fantasy since you've mentioned before that you're not really confident in the genre?

gracie: i died three times! *sighs dramatically* it needs a lot of imagination, you need to picture it all as you write to make sure what you describe makes sense on reading. and it's harder than general fiction because in this world, your readers don't know what to expect, where to go, what to imagine. if your words form the right image, they'll see what beautiful world you're talking about in the text, and if your words don't make sense, the readers wouldn't even know if they're seeing the right thing. i struggled a lot with the jousting scene, then the dragon scene in the bowl arena, and after that i kept struggling until the series ended *nodding helplessly* i was so desperate to convey the image from my mind to your mind that i could risk it all for this series. i hope i didn't fail...

Q) how are everyone in this story?

gracie: they're good i guess? *chuckles amusedly*

Q) i love this story, it can be a literal netflix series.

gracie: thank you. that's a big compliment! *tearing up* i wanna hug you

Q) what did jk mean when he said lily us king karol daughter so she is still half brother for both jk and jimin and tae, so who is jk father?

gracie: explanation time! everyone listen carefully, as it's mentioned in the story that kaedith came under schionberg after the marriage of royal convenience, sunhee and karol, that is. before that when sunhee married a prince of a neighbouring kingdom. but because kaedith was strong and powerful, and sunhee ruling her state (father had made her the heir after him) instead of submitting to her husband's kingdom, she expanded her own. from that marriage, she had jungkook. however, in a war sunhee's husband (jungkook's father) and sunhee's father died that's when karol learned about kaedith's widowed queen with a young son. he asked her to marry him for the betterment of both their lands. it was after mane years of this marriage that lily was born.

Q) when tae has healing powers he could have healed lily so that she can speak now

gracie: uh no. it has been mentioned in the text, i remember, jungkook says that even the healers couldn't help restore lily's voice. i think some of you misunderstood the healing powers. *sits straight, ready to explain again* healer can only heal superficial wounds, they cannot prevent death, they cannot change something that has already happened, other than fixing a few bones and stitching skin up or stopping blood. they cannot regenerate either. the powers only amend of what's left. so, no healer can help lily with her voice, nor can seokjin regenerate his arm.

Q) your writing and story is very amazing. I am very inspired by you, and i hope i can be good author too in the future. please wish me luck. also do you have any tip to share how to write a beginning scene?

gracie: first of all, good luck for your future. i really hope you become a good writer like you wish to be. and thanks a lot for your kind words, it means a lot. *smiling* beginning scenes, right? even i struggle with them. but i guess one good trick is to kick start with something already happening. and let the readers read to find out exactly what is going on, then introduce a character smartly. mayne they're pissed about something, maybe they're excited, or maybe they just bought a lottery ticket and are thinking what to do with all the money they are yet to win *chuckles* it can literally be anything, it's your capability how interesting you can make it.

Q) when's your birthday?

gracie: it's november 30. when is yours? any birthdays coming this week?

Q) i read a post about characters not listening to writers, is it true?

gracie: *laughs, nodding* yes! jungkook is that character for me. i'll have a basic idea of a scene in my head and then when i weite it, it just flows in whichever way he wants. i was yesterday, a sweet cute adorable scene where jungkook is supposed to be whipped in love, but no. a cocky joke had to come in between. so, yea it's true. it's like u'know the natural flow you feel while writing different charcters. and that is why i said this q/a is so exhausting mentally.

gracie: but i hope you guys had fun, and it wasn't exhausting for you. *smiles* i'll be signing off now, it has been really fun talking to all of the characters and answering your questions! i'm so tired i'm gonna sleep, byeee! take care guys!

TBOE cast: bye! *lily sends a flying kiss*
