I jolted awake to Mordred's voice. I grown as I get up and listen. I was the first to arrive at Morgana's chambers. I gently shake her awake, much to her displeasure.

"Ari, what is going on?" Her words were as regal as ever, even if they were slightly slurred.

"Mordred's here, and he's not alone."As if cued, a man and Mordred entered the room.

"Morgana! Ari!" He quietly exclaims and embraces us in a hug.

"I missed you kid. But what are you doing here? It's dangerous." I say in the same shushed tone. The man explained the situation. I have to admit...I want to trust him. But at the same time,I don't think I should. "You should hide. The guards shall be here soon."

Almost ten seconds later, Arthur and Merlin barged in. Morgana had gone back to 'sleeping'. Mordred, the man, and I had hidden ourselves away. As they walked out with a confused Merlin, I shifted from my hiding spot.

"You shouldn't have come. Uther shalt not rest until the both of you are dead!"

"So you shall help us?"I sighed as my sister bent to Mordred's puppy dog eyes.

"I shall not, though I wish the three of you the best. Your secret is safe with me." And with that I left them, to tired to listen to their plans of conspiracy.

When the warning bells went off for a second time, I knew Merlin would consult me soon. I best be ready. And indeed, he did come. I opened my door before he even had a chance to knock.

"Come in, we have much to discuss." I moved aside so that Merlin could enter and he stammered in response.

"H-how'd you..."

"Know? Well, if you had been fully equipped to stop Morgana, you would have already done it. She shall be setting out tonight to deliver the crystal. I shall join you, but know this: if a fight were to break out between you and my only kin, it would be a battle you shall have to face alone. Come on, I already have our horses set up."

So we rode in silence as we followed my sister from a distance. We rode all night, and indeed, she did hand them the crystal. Merlin gently pulled me back as Morgana nearly kissed that man. That swine! And he has a girlfriend, no less!
