Applejack stepped through the portal, waves of excitement and anxiety dancing inside her as she took a good look at the dimension she had been before once.

" See that, Sugarcube?" Pearbutter held Applejack's shoulders as she gestured towards a cave, " try to avoid going in there. Cave worms are quite deadly as its body has sharp thorns, its teeth are poisonous for Magic and Mutants and its size is twice a school bus."

Young Applejack shivered, " That's scary,"

Pearbutter laughed, " Yes, it is, dear. But scary things will never stop us Adventures from doing our things!"

" I wish I could be as strong as you and dad, " pouted the little girl.

" In order to become strong, you must know your weakness," the woman kissed her daughter's cheek before activated a portal and went back home with Applejack in her arms.

Everything her parents had taught her about the world had never been erased from Applejack's memory. She sighed as her hands gracefully brushed against her whip on her belt. The whip that used to belong to her dad.

" Hey!" A voice called from behind.

Applejack turned to see a Cybertronian who had green armour, looking round and big, waving his servo in the air as he called her. Next to the bot was a Mutant, a turtle, with red mask and had his hands crossed over his chest. But what surprised Applejack was the fact they were both standing in front of a cave -- the one her mother had pointed years before.

" What on earth are you doing here?" said Applejack as she reached them.

The turtle frowned, " Um -- to get pass this test?"

" No, I mean by standing in front of this cave!"

The bot looked at the cave, " We need to enter the cave -- it's part of the order," and he pressed the gadget on his wrist to show he was telling the truth. 

A hologram of words printed on it showed up, saying Your task is to achieve the key of your way out from a Phoenix. Enter the first cave you see as your first move.

Applejack bit her lips, her green eyes scanned the cave. She didn't like it. Not one bit.

" Don't tell me you're scared of going inside a cave, cowgirl?" the red masked turtle looked at Applejack with amusement glint in his eyes. His eye colour looked quite the same as Applejack's.

Applejack rolled her eyes, " First of all, I don't. Second of all, have you ever heard of the Cave Worm? Bad idea. Not to be bothered. Better to avoid than to face it."

The turtle let out a laugh, " Worm? Come on, it's just worms, nothing to be afraid of!"

" Except for scraplets," the bot muttered, " now that's very bad idea."

Applejack frowned, " Can't we -- uh -- do something else aside from entering this cave?"

" Yadadada, can't hear you, now being brave enough to enter a cave with worms!" The Mutant sang as he dashed inside the cave, his gadget wrist had its light on to guide him.

" Sorry for his attitude, I just met him too," the bot apologized, scratching his helm, " I am Bulkhead and the Mutant was Raphael, you can call him Raph."

" I am Applejack, AJ is fine, " the Magic gritted her teeth as she watched Raph went in further inside the cave, darkness slowly hiding his figure. City boys.

" Don't worry, I am sure nothing's bad gonna happen," Bulkhead nodded as he started to walk inside too.

Applejack stared for a second before sighed in defeat.

You are now in Faura dimension

Pinkie Pie grinned as she stepped out from the portal, her blue eyes scanned over the field for any sign of her teammates. Once she saw a Mutant and a Cybertronian, she did an excited cheer before skipped towards her teammates. Filled with energy like usual, this Magic tended to be a happy go lucky person.

" Hey! Are you my teammates?" She questioned once she was closer to the boys.

The Mutant, a turtle with orange mask, turned to look at Pinkie and froze, his cheeks turned red. He coughed and said, " Yeah, I am Michaelangelo, but Mikey is fine," he did a failed impression of wiggling his nonexistent eyebrow seductively.

" The name's Smokescreen, miss!" The Cybertronian grinned and he, too, had the same awe glint in his optics as he looked at Pinkie Pie.

" My name is Pinkie Pie, nice to meet you!" Pinkie said, oblivious with the sign of adorness from the boys in front of her, " Are you ready to pass this test together?"

" I was born ready!" Smokescreen grinned, his energy seemed higher than before, maybe because he thought he would get some boring teammates.

" Man, I do glad I have awesome people as my teammates," Mikey said, " I was worried of getting teammates who just like to lecture around."

" I can totally relate to that!" Said Pinkie, remembering how often would she get nagged by her friends sometimes, but of course, it was for her own good.

Smokescreen nodded, " I know right, it's like everything you do --"

" -- Just seems wrong in front of others, " the three of them chorus together.

They looked at each and beamed.

They are so gonna enjoy this test

Group 6

You are now in Faura dimension

Rarity heaved a relief sigh; she thought the test would be held somewhere dirty or muddy, good thing it was at the Faura dimension. At least she didn't need to use any of her rain boots or any protection aside from her weapons.

A portal emerged a few meters away from her and a girl, human, stepped through it. She has reddish orange hair tied in pigtail and a metal fan attached on her belt with a sword as well. The girl turned to see Rarity and a smile appeared on her face.

" Hey, are you one of my teammates?" The girl questioned, walking towards Rarity.

Rarity smiled back, " Yes, my name is Rarity, nice to meet you." She extended out a hand to shake the girl's hand.

" I am April O'Neil, nice to meet you too," the girl shook Rarity's hand, " any idea where's the test of out teammates? "

The Magic shrugged, " I am not sure, dear, but if I am not mistaken, our team will have four people instead of three like the others --"

Right on cue, another portal appeared and two Cybertronians walked together out of the swirling vortex. One was clearly a female, with dark blue colour mixed with pink and another was a male, with a pair of katana attached on his back. The robot's weapon reminded April of her Mutant friend, Leonardo.

" Well will you look at that," the male said, once seeing Rarity and April, " looks like we're a bit late, Arcee."

Arcee, the female bot, rolled her optics, " Let me do the talking, Wheeljack." she turned towards Rarity and April, " I am Arcee and this is Wheeljack."

The male bot grinned, " How are you doing, Sunshine?"

" Excuse me?" Rarity raised an eyebrow, " My name is Rarity and this is April."

Wheeljack titled his helm slightly, " Is that because you were born in the month of April?"

April opened her mouth but no sound came out, she just looked at Wheeljack awkwardly. Arcee sighed.

" Ignore him, he's just being himself like usual," said Arcee, " shall we start our mission?"

Rarity nodded, " Yes," her eyes traveled towards Wheeljack, " let's start..."

Wheeljack caught her staring and offered the Magic a smile and a wink. Rarity jumped slightly; the bot's action strongly reminded her of --

Ah, forget about him, thought Rarity, he's not worth it...

" See something you like, Sunshine?" Chuckled Wheeljack and Rarity snapped out of her thought.

Shaking her head, she said, " N-Nothing...Let's just proceed," and Rarity refused to look at Wheeljack again.

Arcee elbowed Wheeljack, scolding him with a glare. The male bot shrugged innocently.

Group 7

You are now in Faura dimension

Rainbow Dash leaped through the portal with a yell of enthusiasm, her feet stretched out, ready to land on the ground but instead, she hit somebody else from the other side.

" Ouch!" A boy, around Dash's age, with black hair and clearly a human, landed on the grass field with Rainbow on top of him.

" Oops, sorry," Rainbow said, stepping off the boy and scratched her neck, " didn't see you there."

A laugh was heard in front of them and Rainbow looked up to see a Cybertronian, with red colour, laughing openly while bending on his knees.

" Your face was priceless, Casey!" He laughed, wheezing slightly.

" I'll get you both for that, mark my word!" Casey spitted out the grass that got into his mouth and stood up.

" I did say sorry, " Rainbow Dash said, putting her hands on her hips, " I am Rainbow Dash."

Casey glanced at the girl's colourful hair, " No wonder. The name's Casey Jones."

" I am Sideswipe," said the robot, straightening his back and smiled, " now who's ready to get pass this test?"

Rainbow smiled, " Even if we have to face monsters?" Her challenging tone made Sideswipe's smile turned into a grin.

" What fun will it be without any challenges? Being Adventurers also means troubles will follow you everywhere," Sideswipe crossed his servos over his chassis.

Casey laughed, " All right, then! The one who is the slowest in attacking and moving must treat the others a box of pizza!" Sideswipe coughed and Casey added, " Also an energon treat."

" You made a wrong dare, Jones! I am the fastest thing you will ever see!" Rainbow flapped her wings, lifting herself off the ground.

" Oh, bring it, Rainbow girl."
