Pearl was bored.

And look at that, the universe had conveniently blessed her with magic.

Hehe.

Pearl did a small experiment inside her base, just to make sure it still worked. A dirt block floated up a few times its height, then fell back into the ground.

Pearl glided down, willing the blocks to fly. The moon was big. The hermits would undoubtedly think it was the moon.

She heard Scar let out an exclamation of surprise. Then she swooped back into the sky and out of earshot.

The Octagon was her next target. Doc seemed to realize it was her and threw something. Pearl dodged, giggling, and kept going.

The entire server fell into mass panic. Blocks floated and fell. Pearl's mind strained from the effort of keeping it all going.

And then she let the blocks fall.

That caused even more chaos when the hermits wondered what had caused it. Doc screamed in chat, "IT WAS PEARL" but no one listened to him except Ren.

Pearl, exhausted, landed on top of Gem's woodland palace and watched chat, grinning at the chaos she had caused.

Somehow, the conversation in chat had pointed to Doc. Doc insisted it was Pearl. The rest of the server insisted it was Doc.

"Success," Pearl said smugly.
