*??? POV*

I  chuckle at all of the couples. They were blindly adorable, struggle to keep their feelings in check around each other for the sake of the rest. Chuckle at what I could do to......break that emotionally bondage that keep them together like two magnets. I think of all the ways, but know I must get their trust before I start the plan. 'Oh how much I want my revenge on your bloodline. For what you did to us' I thought then think how it would break them.

The frustration and anger begun to stir at my emotions. The darkness that flowed through my veins were bursting into sparks ready to be used when commanded. It was time to finish what they started. I knew if I kept these powers on lock down something bad could happen. So I disappear before I could do anything rash at the moment. Knowing I would need it the future not at this moment.

*King POV *

Scanning through all the important documents and hear the laughter of my children at my decision to send Lui instead of my older ones. They were all cowards questioning why until Lui automatically volunteered to do it and that must have took a lot of courage. I know the reason the boy wanted to show that he was strong but that's why I sent those men to protect him. I checked Luna and my spies message saying he was fine also that some people have helped them. It was worrying when he said that they suddenly disappeared. But knowing them they'll pop out into his sight anytime soon.  

It was a possibility that they could be coming to the kingdom. So I wanted to have a dinner with all the people who helped with this journey. I hear chuckling and hear my door once again open by Xavier's hands. "You still believe that spy of yours saying he alive" he says sitting on the chair the continues by saying "Why didn't you choose me or Xander maybe even Zaylee would be a better pick than Lui." I glared at my heir to the throne than say "Watch what you say. He could come back stronger than you'll ever be."   

He scoffs then says "Believe what you want to father." I take deep breath then think 'Good thing that he doesn't have a wife by his coronation looks like it's going to one of the others.' I turn to see the raven hybrid child on my balcony with fear laced into her eyes. 

*Brian POV* 

I groan in pain, hissing as I push myself up. Hearing footsteps as the blurriness in my vision was clearing up to see Brock as he asks "Are you alright, do you need me to get you any herbs." I shake my head then say "I'm fine. What happened while I was out." He then explained that Marcel woke up and thanked us for helping him also not leaving his brother in his help of need. He helped me while I was sleep and keeping Brock company while playing with his brother also going into the jungle entrance to get whatever he needed for supplies. 

'Reminder tell Marcel thank you' I think setting it up as an objective. As I get up stretching Brock says "Hey Brian, I wanted to ask if we should go with them." I raise my eyebrow at what he's saying then reply "Whatcha mean." He then says "Should we go with Marcel and his brother into the jungle." I think about it for a second than say "Sure what's life if not to explore." He looks at me in surprise then says "Okay I'll get our stuff ready." 

I surprised myself saying that knowing I'm a suborn son of a bitch. Lingering into my thoughts long enough of the echo of laughter and a child's giggle snapped me out. Standing up, I walk to the door opening then wander around the place to soon see Brock and Marcel grabbing things and finishing putting stuff away. They look my way and Brock says "Oh Brian I was about to get you. This is Marcel and this brother Cameron." I slightly smile as Marcel messes up his younger brother's hair. 

"ALRIGHT LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED" I yell surprising the three. The exit of the catacombs was right there. We didn't know how to get it opened so I tightly hold two bars and pull them away enough for everyone to pass them allowing myself to be last. As I walk pass them, something alerted me that we were heading to a danger zone. "Yeah yeah shut the fuck up Arnold" I mumble underneath my breath. "WHAT WAS THAT BRIAN" I hear Marcel yell in front of me with Brock and Cameron. I playfully roll my eyes as I summon the screen to disable this alert that Arnold is spamming me. 

That was until a growl is heard. I quickly bring my screen up and allow it to assemble my weapon. Scanning my surroundings, the tension and adrenaline rushing through my veins were ready to strike at any given moment. As soon as a I was about to strike, a guy emerges from the bushes. The three of us look at each other confused at the situation. 'What normal person would be out here' I thought to myself that was til my question was answered as he opened his eyes.

He's sclera was completely black and the iris was dark purple nearly turning back. We back up as two more appear they looked like twins. 'This is some freaky shit' I thought as the three of these corrupted ones summoned orbs of dark magic. "Cameron go hide" I hear Marcel say to his brother. He nods running fast enough to get behind a tree. "Let get this bitch started" Brock says spreading his wings running towards one. 

'We're all gonna die' I thought as I dodge an attack. I run towards them swinging my sword only for them to block. Punching them in the stomach then head butting them with the metal side of my head. To end this quickly, I shift my sword to it's cannon form and point it to this creature's head. Loading the weapons power and firing right into their skull. Black blood shoot up hitting my gun, clothes and my cheek. 

Turning away from that I see Brock struggling to hold the corrupted creature back. I sprint towards them, pushing to creature to a tree. Stepping back the creature lunges at me, they slam me to the ground. Throwing the thing off of me I think 'Now this little bastard pissed me off.' Quickly I do back flip to get up then turn shooting the creature it backed into another tree and slid to the ground. Taking deep breaths I turn to see Marcel and Brock looking at me mortified at what I just did covering Cameron's eyes. 

Looking at them in confusion as they walk away still covering his eyes. "What. Guys, wait what did I do" I ask following them to where ever we're going to on this journey.                 

*Vanoss POV* 

Upon waking up, my bird senses were screaming that something's up. The ashes of the fire put out and everyone still asleep except Wildcat who's looking around. "You sense it right" I say looking at him. "Yeah, don't know where it's coming from and I've been looking for at twenty minutes" he says wandering around the place seeming paranoid. I raise my eyebrow as he shivers then growls at himself. "What the fuck is wrong with you" I ask putting my palm under my chin. Only an idiot can't see the frustration and war inside his helmet. Then he replies saying "It pisses me off when I get this damn paranoid and its only when something bad is gonna happen."

As the rest of the group woke up. No one except myself and Wildcat sensed it. The paranoia and frustration we both were feeling at the moment was unsettling to the max. Because it was only us, I'm surprise about something. Mini hasn't showing any signs of worry, frustration or just anything. He was peaceful for the first time in the last couple of days even though he's the most paranoid out of all of us. I'm surprised Wildcat has been keeping his composer even though he's tense enough to stab someone in the throat if they seem a slight bit off. Can't blame him who knows what shit he's been though to end up like this. I shake these thoughts out my head. 'Let's stick to the problem at hand' I think looking up to see everyone joking around except Wildcat who's helmet is hiding whatever or whoever's under there.

That until their was multiple rustles of bushes from different locations. The rest feeling the tension and get up summoning or grabbing their weapons. We glare at our surroundings 'til it landed to one. Like it was wanting our attention. A chuckle is heard echoing and we hear a voice of a male saying "That's not nice of you to point weapons at your allies." He steps out the bushes, his jade green eyes scanning us one by one. Fluffy blonde hair that seems closer to white then it's color underneath his top hat wearing clothes that are similar to a magician's. As he says "What a bunch of people, I'm surprised. A werewolf, royal vampire owl, elven dragon, monkey prince, sorcerer and a knight of the royal kingdom." 

His eyes landed right at Wildcat. I could tell he was staring right at him, not in the good way. I glance towards Mini to see that he was pissed. The jealousy was beyond than I've ever seen and if looks can kill this man would be end within a second. "What's your name" Nogla says hiding his accent to sound more threatening and it was working 'cause even Wildcat's surprise. "Oh little old me, that's not important I just wanna know who you are" he replies walking around us one by one in a sing song tone finally ending at the one person his was watching Wildcat. 

It was hilarious watching Mini try not to kill him, his knuckles were turning white gripping his sword. His eyes were shifting from green to yellow to orange and finally crimson red, it was like he was gonna kill him. "If you say your name you'll get ours" I say seeing everyone glare at me. I shrug thinking 'Nothing is going to happen if we don't do something.' His smile grows as he says "I'm Arsen, it's a pleasure to meet a fine group of men especially when they have hot ones like yourselves." Glancing between me and Tyler. I swear this threw not one, but two of this group over the edge as Nogla and Lui held back Mini and Delirious. It took everything to not make me laugh. 

"Now what are your name" he says looking towards the two of us. "Vanoss and Wildcat" I say pointing to him. I know everyone hates me at the moment, but still shit needs to be done and no ones doing a damn thing. He then tips his hat and says "Now allow me to go get my stuff and we'll get this show on the road." Everyone gave me a looked that screamed 'Are you fucking serious right now.' "WELL I'M SORRY NO ONE WAS DOING ANYTHING" I yelled sarcastically. We grab our stuff waiting for Arsen. 

Only for him to have two bags filled with who knows what. "Let fockin' go already" Nogla whines his tail and ears dropping. Lui rubs his head and Nogla tail wags and ears at completely straight. 'Heh straighter than my sexuality' I thought to myself chuckling. "Whatcha laughing about" Delirious says jumping towards me. "Oh how couple Lui and Nogla are" I say loudly catching there attention. 

*Wildcat POV* 

As they joke around I slip back to Arsen. I glare at him then say in a threatening tone "Act suspicious during this trip. I'll guarantee that you won't make it to Akari alive." A smirk crawls up his face as he says "Oooooh feisty, I like it." He then slips past the guy making them silence as my last thought was 'What in the living fuck just happened.'
