**Romeo's POV**

"I love you too, Wendy" I said still stroking her hair. For the next couple of hours Wendy cried in my arms and sat in silence.

"Romeo? Can I stay with you tonight?..." Wendy asked me. "W-w-why?!" I asked in utter surprise. "I don't know... It just feels...right" She said unsure of herself. "Yeah, I trust you!" Was the quickest response I could come up with so I didn't hurt her feelings.

"Thank you so much Romeo! I owe you. I'll just go and call Mum" Wendy said walking into the lounge. Wendy came back with a grin reaching from ear to ear. She was also holding things.

"These are Wind Reader Glasses and lots of books for me to read from Macao!" Wendy explained excitedly. "So what do you wanna do babe?" I asked her, kinda awkward about saying babe. "B-b-babe? Can it Marvell! Umm, we could draw!" She suggested. It's so cute how she calls herself Marvell, I thought to myself.

"I'll get the paper and pencils, you just find somewhere for us to sit!" I said to Wendy as I left the room. When I came back she was almost finished the last book she had been given. "You like books huh?" I asked her and she just nodded.

I watched Wendy finish the page she was on and close the book. "Where are we sitting? I looked around my room and she didn't seem to signal anywhere. "We are going to sit on the grass!" She said, beaming and holding up two books. "We'll lean on these" and with that she was skipping out the door.

"She's still upset about her real mum! She doesn't have to cover it up... She knows that right?" I asked myself. I went outside, only to see Wendy, staring up at the sky. "We can talk if you-" I was about to say but "I have a boyfriend now Grandeeney, his name is Romeo, he's really nice, cute, caring and I just love him. I still miss you a lot! How are things in the sky? The ground is less fun than usual but I'm still having fun. Porlyusica is teaching me the secret arts and not much else has happened... I love you Grandeeney! Bye!" I heard Wendy say to the sky.

"Hey... Wendy?" I asked to get her attention. "Romeo, can we talk? About us? Please?" Wendy asked me. "Wh-what about?" I asked nervously.

**Wendy's POV**

"What high school are you going to Romeo?" I asked him. "Fairy Tail High. Why?" He asked me curiously. "Ok, it's nothing" I said with relief. "You can go inside if you want. I just need to think..." I said to Romeo hesitantly.

While I was thinking I saw some people...

**Romeo's POV**

"AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH" I heard a high pitched squeal come from out side. "WENDY" I shouted as I ran after her. The people ran into a tunnel. They held a gun to my girlfriends head and I did not like it! As they shot her I hit them with my Rainbow Fire.

I grabbed Wendy and ran her to Porlyusica. Porlyusica couldn't completely heal Wendy but she was mostly healed. I sat by her bedside, squeezing her hand until she woke up. When Wendy was awake she was crying and wincing in pain with every sob she made. "Romeo, Don't leave me..." She said to me so I just squeezed her hand tighter.

When she woke up next she didn't signify me. She just jumped up, and enveloped me in a hug. "Where is Mum and Dad?" She asked still crying. "On their way" I gave Wendy a long and passionate kiss when her parents walked in. Jellal was looking like he could kill me and Erza was just crying. Wendy and I parted the kiss and I left her hospital room.

On Erza and Jellal's way out, they both hugged me so tight. "Thank you for saving our baby girl! Take care of her, ok?" Erza said still crying. "Ok" I said as they exited the hospital.

I went back into Wendy and she was still crying. I went over to her. We were looking into each others eyes. Her lips looked so soft and pink. I kissed her even more passionately that it turned into a make out session. Porlyusica came in and told me that I could sleep here with Wendy tonight so I did.
