A man/woman has suddenly appeared before you from seemingly out of nowhere (depending on your own gender). You might've panicked at the sight of them, but for some strange reason or another, you didn't. Instead you just stood/sat there and listened to what they had to say.

"Hello there young (y/n). Sorry for the start, but you may like what I have to say. Ever heard of a magical (y/g)? Well I'm here to tell you that you can become one, live your wildest dreams, use magic, and help those in need. What's the catch? Simple, there is none. What your business as a magical (y/g) is, is up to you. All you have to do is answer a few questions, and magic power can become yours. There are other magical boys and girls though, so keep that in mind as you travel the city. A lot work in pairs or teams, so it may behove you to meet a few of them. Now, there are some rules to this. If you and another magical boy or girl fight outside of special arena dimensions, you will be disqualified as a magical (y/g) and will immediately retire from being one. If any normal human were to find out of your true identity, the same effect applies. Finally, no one over the age of 18 may be a magical boy or girl, and your powers will be revoked upon your 19th birthday. Hmm? The questions? Oh right. Well, here they are-(proceed to the forms to answer them). Okay now that that is settled, best of luck to you! And remember, nice things don't last forever."

And with that they disappear and all seems normal again...
